"Success"- Everybody needs success. Everyone is running after this seven letter word SUCCESS.
Rather than just running after the success defined to us by Google and people around us. We should pause and ask ourselves this question- " What success means to me?"

Success is not just professional.It can be related to personal as well as professional life. A smile on parent's face can be a success for one, getting a promotion maybe success for other. Success ultimately leads you to happiness, satisfaction and peace at the end of the day.

Now, I know that everyone's definition of success is different. What is a success for me may or may not be a success to you, but this throws up an interesting conundrum. What is the correct definition of success? Is my success greater than yours or is yours greater than mine? Should I feel morally superior if I'm happy with where I am with my success or feel discontent because someone else's definition of success was them making a lot of money?

The question of morality, then, comes to the definition of success as well. Maybe your goal is to make a lot of money, maybe your goal is to give away the money you make to charity and make the world a better place, by the very essence, we cannot say all successes are the same. 

But the point is that individual success needs to be celebrated and congratulated nonetheless. Merely getting to that position, in itself, is inspiring. 

So, rather than just running after theoretical definitions, take a pause ask yourself "Is it what I am running after will lead me to success?"
