This is Lalitesh.P, today I wanna share my views about success and failures.

As I mentioned above, Success and failures are like Day and Nights.  So everyone must accept them equally in their life. The main motto of writing this is, Nowadays  suicide has become a new fashion.

For each and everything, for minor and major, people are just committing suicides. Maybe it is to blackmail someone or really they want to die, I don't know. But it is the trend of youth. What does it give? What are the issues with that? What are the preventive measures for suicide, let us discuss now.

What is life? Life is a precious gift given by god. we have given good parents, friends, teachers and many things to experience. Of course, we have some problems in life, but suicide is not a solution. If suicide is the only solution for each and every problem, there would be a very few people on earth. Yes undoubtedly.  The first thing we have to know is, No one's life is like a bed of roses. If this philosophy is digested, then we can say one of the problems is solved.

Considering the issues for suicide, we can see 2 major issues. They are Love and Failures. 

Let us discuss some problems and solutions for those. 

1.Love

Problems: Nowadays youth are going crazy about love. Actually, in my view, we could not call it as a love. It is just like an attraction, scientifically called as Infatuation. Being in this middle age, the psychology and mindset of every individual drag him/her towards this sort of attractions. It is not a major problem. But the problem arises due to some reasons

1. Nowadays all the corporate sector aiming only marks, in this process they don't prefer coeducation. Due to this, being a uncommunicative person with opposite gender, all the emotions are suppressed and this leads the same become hyper-communicative when he enter into professional courses like b.tech/degree/BBM/medical and all those.

2. Parents being very busy with their professions mainly nowadays, they make less leisure time to talk freely with their children. In fact, there are some who even don't speak  and put them in hostels since childhood. This makes the children feel Lonely and suppressed.

Now let us discuss some of the solutions for the encountered problems that are stated above.

So the corporate style of education must be made student friendly. Of course. there may be some issues with coeducation like students neglect their studies. But not in all the cases. 

Parents must discuss the problems or needs of their children. They should think children are more important than their work, as they even work for their children and their future.

Problem2: Failures

The problem next to love is failures. As we all are humans failures are common. As in above-mentioned success and failures are like days and nights. As we consider both day and night are important, We should accept both success and failures in the same way.

We should think and accept in a positive way. The main reasons for failures are 

1. Lack of interest
2.Pressure

1. Lack of interest: As we all are unique, no one's mindset and interests are same. They differ from person to person. Everyone has got their own interest and skill in different fields by god's grace. For example, A person may be interested in sports rather than studies or in special arts like dance, music and dramas etc. So we should consider our strengths and enhance them. But parents nowadays force their children to take up only studies.This has been a major problem for youth today.

2. Pressure: Students are being confined to only studies. the main reason for pressure is comparing. Parents compare one child with other. They compare like this "see that child is scoring more than you, why can't you score more than him"

These type of comparisons lead us to depressions. Trust me friends we are all like wonders of this world. we don't compare taj mahal with Eifel tower. Likewise, why should we compare our children with others.

Solutions:

Parents should support and encourage their children to take part in their interested fields. Now Dhoni had success because his parents encouraged him. 

We should not compare children. If you want to compare, do it in a positive way. If we do like this, most of the children climb the heights of success.

If we consider some of the great people now, they have faced many problems to achieve this status.

For example 1. The person who was a drop out from school became a great scientist. He is Einstein. 

 2.Bill gates, and his quote proves the above statement "Some times i failed in exams, but my friend passed all. Finally he got a job in Microsoft, but I became the founder of microsoft." 

 3. The person who worked as a paperboy, became Dr.A.P.J abdul kalam. 

4. The person who was kicked out from dance school became Michael jackson. 

5.The person who was kicked out from auditions of films, became Big B( Amitabh Bachchan) like these there are many examples........  

The common solution for being confident from childhood is reading Bhagavad Geetha, bible or Quran. In Bhagavadgeetha Lord says " Do your work sincerely and heartfully and don't expect any result as you do your duties and believe in me. Then the success follows you. 

From our childhood, we need to imbibe Geetha in our character so that we shall become confident enough to face any kind of problem and one can understand suicide is a ruthless crime. If it is imbibed one can able to resolve dilemmas and can differentiate right or wrong. Frankly saying it is like a best personality development book.

According to Swami Vivekananda's perception, the verse in the second chapter has got a great value

"Klaibyam masmagamah pardha, naithatva yupapadhyadhe

kshudram, hrudaya dhorbalyam, thakthvotthista parantapa"

this verse changed the life of Swami Vivekananda. As he says, strength is life and weakness is death has derived from this verse. This is the verse which fills the heart of a coward with courage(here arjuna.)
