Study Hacks To Improve Your Memory

Well, exams are just around the corner and all 0f you might have prepared your study schedules and started preparing but there are several other factors that you are worried about; like not being able to make time for revision or not being able to remember or recollect what you have studied. Stress eating is not the only solution to this problem, here are a few hacks that could help you improve your memory. 

1. Teach What You Have Learned:

The best way to learn is to teach someone, you can assess yourself whether you have understood the topic entirely and work on it accordingly. If you cannot get someone listen to you, teddy bears and soft toys are always at the rescue. 

2. Stay Healthy: 

It is scientifically proven that 20 minutes of exercise will boost your memory and improve your brain power. Eat healthy food, keep yourself hydrated and that will eventually improve your performance in the exam. 

3. Study In A Group: 

Group studies are always helpful because it creates an environment that will help you focus and keeps you away from distractions. You'll get to learn new things and all your doubts will be instantly clarified. Sharing ideas, information and tips will help you in a lot of ways, it is always the best way to ease out and handle exam stress. 

4. Speak Out Loud Instead Of Simply Reading: 

Although this may make you look a little crazy, give it a go, you will be surprised how much more you can remember when you’ve said it out loud. 

5. Mind-maps And Diagrams:

6. Study Breaks: 

Take regular study breaks to avoid overload of information that will eventually accelerate your stress levels. Take break for every 45 minutes so that your brain absorbs the information and it will also keep you motivated. Reward yourself after finishing certain tasks. 

7. No One Night Study:

Make sure to get adequate rest the nights leading up to your exams. When you sleep, your brain assimilates the information you have learned when studying so getting a good sleep will help you remember important points that you will help you perform better. 

8. Practice: 

More and more of practice will help you remember things. This is the most common technique but ultimately helps you retrieve information during the exam. 

9. Meditate:

Meditation helps you improve your concentration levels, Not only that it will help you stay calm and combat exam stress.
