Description:

1. Understanding the complete cycle of manpower recruitment, training, work allocation and payments. 

2. Understanding the existing UI of the Manpower Management Software (MP DBMS) and taking charge of the development phase. 

3. Working in tandem with the development team to ensure the DBMS is meeting the set expectations. 

4. Setting up module wise timelines and ensuring that the deadlines are met. 

5. Extensive testing of the already completed modules/ongoing modules, capturing feedback of the same & getting the changes/errors fixed with the development team. 

6. Final delivery of the software post thorough testing.

Eligibility: Student pursuing any degree, who has an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, other relevant skills and should also posses a smartphone and laptop.

The internship lasts for three months and the stipend ranges from 3500-5000 per month.
