Q:Can we know about you?

Ans: I am Shreyes Reddy Manyam pursuing  my B.tech in Sreyas  Institute of Engineering & Technology.

I Started this startup called STAGGER. Stagger is a market place where we sell most of our products handmade, creative and we customize the products.

Q. How did you come up with this idea for your business? 

Ans: I noticed that a lot of women were approaching many stores to find the one product which seems to be made for them. What I thought was why don't the creators directly communicate with the users and the users can get the product which is created only for them. So stagger is a market place where we aggregate lot of creators located all over the country.

Q. How unique is your products comparing with others?

Ans: Stagger is a market place where we sell most of our products handmade, creative and we customize the products. The good thing about handmade things is it need not to be manufactured and is unique from other products. People can get the things of their choice. They can design their product and let creator know about it, so that they can receive the exact product what they expected.

  Q. What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur? 

 Ans:  I strongly believe that I belong to this. I actually never wanted to be an entrepreneur but some where back in my   mind I pretty sure know that this is what I want to be. I feel it as my destiny. Things like this comes only through   passion.

Q. How did you come up with the name for your company? 

  Ans:   STAGGER the only domain was available and stagger means surprise.

  Q. When did you start your business? 

Ans: In July 2018 we ideated it and we have done a lot of research and understood the flaws in it and .we gathered thousand creators all over the country. In August 2018 we relaunched it and we are marketing it now.

  Q. How do you market your business and which tactics have been most successful? 

  Ans: The main thing is data mining like we get orders from many people and we understood what people are more         likely to be prefer. we use human influencers to market our product and we always need to switch with right set of   people. I am always with people who proposes me new and innovative ideas.

  Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

  Ans: When hard work pays off . We have done a lot of hard work to generate new ideas and the moment once it started   showing us good result was my most satisfying moment ever.

Q. Who were the people that supported you initially? 

Ans:My family and My team.

 Q. Which three skills are needed to be successful entrepreneur? 

  Ans:   1.VISION -because when you are starting up with a new thing vision is the most important thing that everyone                                        need 

            2.HARD WORK 

           3.DISCIPLINE .

Q. Do you have any plans to expand your business?

  Ans:Well, I am planning to expand it internationally next year.
