Acting is not about being famous, it's about exploring the human soul.

Ajith Cheekurthi a 3rd-year student from the Ece department has a huge number of fans for his acting. He is the star tik-toker of our college attracting everyone with his dubsmashes and making them fall in love with his expressions.

His first dubsmash was portrayed when he was in his 12th standard. It was a comedy clip insisted by one of his friends to enact just for fun. He found himself enjoying while doing so and he just made it a part of his daily routine acting at least once in a day in his free time. He actually wanted to build his career in the acting side that's one of his main reason to do dubsmash every now and then.

He strongly believes that acting is not just related to face it is more to do with the heart. When you own the situation, when you place yourself in that particular character's shoes then automatically you start to live in the situation is what he says. Now he is a very good actor and played the main role in a short film which was not released due to some issues, but must say he is a king expression maker.

He can act professionally and mold himself into any genre of movie dialogues, comedy scenes, love songs, etc. Though he may not really land up in the acting profession, it always remains close to his heart and he would cherish these memories of acting for the whole lifetime.

Look at his amazing acting,spellbound!!

txt
rich_1566841832962

India is a developing country rich with its heritage and culture .Everything

in India is governed by the Government bodies of the Central, state , district, etc hierarchy . As days go by , Indian citizens are being more and more affected by the adverse nature of things happening in the country. Even though it feels like everything is going smoothly as all of may not experience the exact situation as others do , we may not know what exactly was happening in the country at that particular time .India is such a country which is prone to disasters on a very large scale , hence we do not know what disaster may arise in a single moment . Well , do u think disasters are always about the earthly ones ?dont you think disasters may also be mental and psychological ?Well the biggest disaster in India arises due to the power of man……and that disaster is named as CORRUPTION.

rampant corruption has stunted the country's development. In 2008, a report showed that about 50% of Indians had first hand experience of paying bribes or using contacts to get services performed by public offices, however, in 2018 their Corruption Perception Index ranked the country 78th place out of 180 most affected countries in the world. From the above reports we can infer that the root causes of corruption in India are bribery, Cronysim,Kleptocracy, competition among political leaders ,electoral fraud,Nepotism,Slush fund and political scandal.

Both government regulators and police share in bribe money, to the tune of 43% and 45% each, respectively. Officials are alleged to steal state property. In cities and villages throughout India, groups of municipal and other government officials, elected politicians, judicial officers, real estate developers and law enforcement officials, acquire, develop and sell land in illegal ways.

In Government Hospitals, corruption is associated with non-availability/duplication of medicines, obtaining admission, consultations with doctors and receiving diagnostic services. Agents are the channels of corruption in this bureaucratic driver licensing system, facilitating access to licenses among those who are unqualified to drive. These are few examples as to how corruption takes place in India.

Black Money

Black money refers to money that is not fully or legitimately the property of the 'owner'.There are two sources of black money in India .The first source includes activities not permitted by the law such as drug trade and crime. The second one includes wealth that may have been generated through lawful activity but accumulated by failure to declare income and pay taxes. Some of this black money ends up in illicit financial flows across international borders, such as deposits in tax haven countries. Another issue is that Indian companies are misusing public trusrs for money laundering.

Anti- corruption efforts

Finally , it is the responsibility of the citizens to reduce corruption and make our country corruption- free from all corners, although the government has been doing its part by passing some anti- corruption laws such as IPC of 1850 and The Prevention of Corruption Act of 1988 and many more .

Coclusion

“Power does not corrupt ,fear corrupts ,the fear of a loss of power …”

txt
India has seen a healthy rise in the number of its women indulging in sports. Through the last decade, we've seen quite a couple of women putting their best foot forward and breaking the stereotypes that women wanting to pursue a career in sports are surrounded with. One of these women is P.V.Sindhu, an Indian professional badminton player.

Her parents have been national level volleyball players but she picked badminton after getting inspired by seeing the success of her present coach Pullela Gopichand, the 2001 All England Open Badminton Champion. She had started playing Badminton at the age of eight. She had initially learnt the basics of the sport from Mehboob Ali in the courts of Indian Railway Institute Of Signal Engineering and Telecommunication, Secunderabad. She then moved to Pullela Gopichand's Gopichand Badminton Academy. I had stumbled upon an article that quoted the fact that she never used to report late to her training despite having to travel about 56kms from her residence to the academy. Her commitment and determination towards the sport have always been the primary reasons for the success that she holds today. Pullela Gopichand has often said that Sindhu's attitude and her never-say-die spirit have played a major role in shaping her sports career.

Being just 24, she holds myriad titles (including Padmashri, the fourth highest civilian honor of the country) that she has achieved all along through her hard-work and the recent feather to her cap is the prestigious BWF championship that she's won. She's the first Indian to have won this world championship. She also holds a place in the Forbes list of "Highest-paid female athletes 2019."

Wanting to pursue an unconventional career has not been anything short of a fire-walk for young women across the country. Post Sindhu's success, she's become the prime example that women can catalyst through their career-discussions. Not only women, people in general who have the zeal to achieve bigger things in life often walking the road not taken, can quote P.V.Sindhu's journey to be their inspiration. Working through every mental and physical hurdle that stood in her way, she managed to shut every mouth that says women cannot compete with as much strength as men.

Being independent financially is another way that P.V.Sindhu serves as an inspiration for all the young women. It is important to realize that financial independence is an important criteria to cater to our own needs and choices without the fear of being abandoned.

“There will be many obstacles in the pursuit of your dreams. I had long hours of training, balancing studies and badminton.” said P.V.Sindhu in one of her interviews, telling us how "not giving up" is the first choice that we must make. We all sometimes think of pulling off things and later get disheartened with every little hardship that we face (both mentally and physically), but that's not how we go about something that really makes us scream our lungs out, persistently.

There is one particular thing that she's said which makes a very strong impact- “The greatest asset is a strong mind. If I know someone is training harder than I am I have no excuses.” Being aware of your competition and tackling it in a healthy manner is something that we must carry with us, consciously. Her consistency and her confidence (not overconfidence) have shown us how far can the way we look at ourselves and motivate ourselves play a key role in building constructive lives.

Strive and work harder each passing day to 'prove yourself to yourself' and simultaneously, to the world. Being a 'woman' must rather be a blessing than a hurdle. Also, regardless of your gender, her perseverance and commitment are something that we all must try and inculcate in ourselves.

Her racket does the talking for her and let your weapons in your respective fields of battle, do the talking for you.

She's an extremely humble person even with all the fame and success that she owns. This is a picture of when I had met her in a restaurant last year. She was so patient with everyone who came forward to talk to her/ click pictures with her.

The daughter of two-star volleyball players, Sindhu took up badminton at a very young age, inspired by Pullela Gopichand. There were many critics... like "Sindhu is not yet gold standard." The main problem of the society is...they focus on discouraging rather on encouraging! They underestimate the talents!!!

In 2008, when I was 19, I went to present a paper in Technozion, a national level tech-fest at NIT-Warangal. Being an electrical engineering student, I presented a paper on renewable energy and I ended up winning that event. I was a student at TKR and I was competing with people from premier institutions like IITs and NITs and I won.

It triggered something in me and I ended up winning over 40 such paper presentation competitions over the course of my college life and winning became a habit. I started being noticed more, I was being recognised at different places and it was almost addictive. It also made me learn communication, stage presence, how to utilise visual aids, learn to network and a lot more in an indirect manner as to win, I had to know all these. I ended up using these skills so much that they became second nature to me.

I was retrospecting about all this one day and I realised people realise their true potential when they get a chance to compete with equals or people better than themselves.

It also made me realise one crucial thing and that is, if students from average colleges are given a platform to be discovered and a platform where they can showcase their own talents, a platform that is equal for them and for premier institutions, then every student can compete and even win, regardless of the standard and ranking of their college.

Somewhere down the line, I feel all the experiences of my student years are what led me to start a platform like stuMagz, which serves as an equaliser for all students. On stuMagz, students can take part in the quizzes, opportunity challenges and more irrespective of their college and have an equal chance to win.

This is what I urge students of today to do, compete, lose, compete more, win and win more. Winning once will definitely trigger a yearning to achieve more and once winning becomes a habit, nothing can stop you.
"}]
The World No. 5 ranking, Arjuna Awardee, Padma Shri Awardee and Olympian badminton player Pusarla Venkata Sindhu, aka P V Sindhu, became a household name in the country after bringing home the silver medal at the 2016 Olympics. In fact, she created history as she is youngest and first woman individual to bag an Olympic Silver medal representing India. Two years ago, at the 2017 BWF World Championships, she had a very close match at the finals, with Japan's Nozomi Okuhara and brought home a silver medal. Hackathons are where your crazy idea becomes reality.

It was on October 6th, 2018 we attended the SMART CITY HACKATHON for the first time conducted by NASA and TITA to promote the hackathon culture in India, organized at CMR Central Auditorium.

The purpose of this hackathon was a group of programmers work together on a collaborative project choosing one of the topics selected from either Nasaspaceapp challenges or smart city challenges.

We were a team of five members representing our CMRCET college working on the concept of a Smart Drainage System. As we often face the problems of blocked drainages leading to a serious issue of stagnant water on roads especially in the rainy season which leads to traffic jams, accidents, and health consequences. And our team name for the day was Error 404 Found as we had an optimum solution for the most frequent problem faced by the people in the cities.

Our idea mainly works with the sensors which indicate the households as well as the GHMC with the sound buzzers and light indicators to clean the blocked drains otherwise the situation would get worse. This was the basic idea of our project.

We were asked to pitch our idea with a presentation and so we were working on it but it was 24 hours hackathon where we were not supposed to sleep, all our faces were drooping by the time it was around 2:00 clock. So, just to get back the teams into an active mode they asked a few of us to come onto the dais and showcase the talent of singing, dancing or any other extra quality that would entertain all. For an hour or so we had fun and we were back to the mood.

The next day morning at 9:00 we have presented our idea and was eagerly waiting for the results, by the meantime, we came to know that our team was qualified for the next round. We were excited to attend the second round which was organized a couple of days later but due to some consequences, we missed it.

Altogether, it was a completely new and different experience working for a day restlessly. We also gained a lot of experience, learned many new things and made a bunch of memories. It is the event to be attended by every engineering student at least once before they complete their graduation.

''Photography is the beauty of life captured" he says. Akula Abheshekh, a 3rd year ECE student of CMRCET is making the best ever memories for our college. For any event going in and around the campus, his presence is a must.

Before joining engineering, photography was just a matter of timepass to him. But, in his 1st year of graduation, he started taking pictures of his friends. As time passes he went on collecting more and more pictures to make memories which became his point of interest and a favourite hobby. With his increased enthusiasm he joined the Photography Club of our college. This club encouraged and supported him in all possible ways and helped him develop his moment capturing skills. And now he is a well-known photographer of our college.

There are two types of photographers according to him. One's who spend their time taking pictures of other persons, nature or the things they find creative in their daily life. Others who click their own pictures for memories. He belongs to the first category.

Memories are lived and enjoyed in present but cherished only when reminded by a photo is what he believes and that was the only reason that made him a great photographer today.

Finally, he concludes saying that- I love photography as an art. I take photographs because I gain perspective and knowledge about things around me and secondly it charges my battery. Before I put forward my analysis on Dance and choreography, let me clear it out that I am a clumsy person and could hardly even stand on my feet for a proper minute. But I love art and observing it as many times possible before my deadlines approach demanding me to pass in the tests. (Studies blehh)

I am no judge of anything, moreover art is subjective and it cannot be given a score or a rank.

Good choreography could sometimes even take over the music and there have been innumerable instances of choreography playing a major role in the success of music videos.
I will break down my observations on what factors contributed to beautiful portrayal of some of the popular sound tracks. Lats Gow

Saree ka fall sa (R Rajkumar)

The music's great but it is also one of the songs with relatively greater number of views during the time of it's release and it is so, because of its choreography.
Prabhu Deva is not only an exceptional dancer, but also understands what might hook people into the music. He is one of the fewest artistes who has used the concept of dancing to the tunes in literal sense.

Now, say there is a song playing, it has 2 or more instruments playing different tunes, one relatively slower than the other. Generally, everybody concentrates on the faster track (you find the dancers dancing to it) and there's a slower track in the background which only few people recognize.

What Prabhu Deva has managed to crack, is that, he considered the slow track too in his songs, that is, if you take an example of Saree ka fall sa, you see Sonakshi Sinha and Shahid Kapoor dancing to the lyrics (faster track) while the background dancers have slower moments (according to the slower track) or VICE VERSA.

He made use of all the tracks through dividing the performers into dancing to parallel music respectively.

It gives the song a complete look and it is also what makes you want to dance along with them.

This is just an example I have used which I think most of us would know but he used this brilliant concept in his other songs as well, like Key Sara Sara to which he and Madhuri Dixit shaked a leg to. In this case, they danced to the relatively slower music while the background performers took care of the faster music.

In case you too love watching great performances, do not miss out on watching Urvasi Urvasi, Andhamaina Premarani, Mukkala Mukkabala and Vennelave to name a few of his marvelous works (great complements to AR Rahman's compositions), this time with your observation lens on.

Undalenandhi ( Viswaroopam)
Pandit Briju Maharaj was not only a versatile Kathak dancer but also gives out an undeniable coordination in his choreography. Viswaroopam is a film that has stood out not only for it's story and cast but also this beautiful song which remains in your mind very long even after the movie ends.
While the lyrics and the dance successfully told their audience a story, Pandit Briju Maharaj managed to stick to the character of one of the leads of the film who takes part in the dance. (Andrea Jeremiah)
It is the introductory song of two of the lead characters in the film and Andrea is one of the dancers, she arrives late to the dance and is a bit forgetful of her steps yet playful. You get all this just from the little things he has added in the choreography. The song is one of the classics.
The most common thing in both these men is their ability of storytelling and good coordination.
According to me, you need not always have huge sets, hundreds of background dancers and stunts performed in your music to stir the audience, it can just be an engaging story, coordination and knowing the psychology of your audience.
What I have mentioned are VERY FEW examples because there is lots of delightful stuff which we are missing out on and this is just a reminder for you to stop, look around..who knows what fascinating things you have been unintentionally ignoring all this while?

#Choreography

"}]

"}]
