Take a moment to think about all those times you've attended an event or watched interviews of people, whom society considers to be successful, "Success" is a fairly relative concept whose definition varies from person to person. When those successful people are asked to share their wisdom and offer some advice to youngsters so that they could achieve their goals, most of the time what we hear them say are things like,"Hard Work, Dedication, Confidence, Focus, Purpose" etc. If you ask a High School student to take out a paper and ask him to note down ingredients of a successful life he/she would probably state the same points or possibly even more, and that made me wonder if we know what to do already, then why is it that most of us aren't where we want to be? are we seeking the right answers? we can't if we don't ask the right questions. intuition developed because of our subconscious mind has a lot to do with how we perceive, and since it happens in a domain we lack control over, it limits perception to some preconceived notions, and that is why I think we often miss a few key factors that can actually open up a whole new range of possibilities in our lives. when a single person tries to address a group of people, from his POV what he sees is a normalized group of individuals, and problems that each individual has are highly specific to that single person and I used to find it odd that, I never felt a need to approach someone to seek motivation from, because every time I did, the end conclusion was clear and mostly the same that, these people only remember how they got there but don't quite understand the nature of drive that helped them accomplish goals in their lives, and their advice and the temporary "motivation" it provides or whatever you call it, is just like a medicine that treats the symptoms and leaves the root cause unaddressed. "IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS !! ".

Have you ever heard people from the earlier generation bragging about how they went through hardships in their times and stood firm and worked hard despite the odds? and we are expected to exceed that standard because we seem to possess freedom of choice and action along with all the resources we need. It may sound counter-intuitive to conclude that, having such comforts doesn't help as much as their absence does. so does that mean? we need problems in our lives to urge us to act in ways that make us strong and responsible? not necessarily ...

As it goes with the laws of nature, what we need is an imbalance that sets things in motion, if we draw an analogy between life and an electric circuit, our pursuit to move further would be a quest for finding that potential difference to get the current running ... problems in life do it for free, but they also bring repercussions with them ... those who fail to wield it often succumb, while some become resilient and some of us even become strong enough that we kind of overshoot to places we wouldn't expect life would take us ... and this bottom-up perspective of how things are, fits pretty well. So what I believe is that instead of seeking ways to get where we want to from someone else, we must look into ourselves, this is also one of the cliche sentences we hear more often, and is also overlooked because people don't usually agree that they lack better understanding on themselves. what I mean by "looking within" is to spend the time to truly figure out a path that resonates with our beliefs, ideas and set of values, I guess this is what finding passion truly means ... this gives us a clear sense and creates contrast between who we are and who we were meant to be, and this realization itself creates that necessary imbalance we need to move forward, unlike other kinds of motivation garbage this one lasts longer. which in turn enables us to take small "CONSISTENT" steps towards a life that makes us feel alive, and with consistent thinking come strong "FOCUS", "PROFICIENCY" and an undeterred "WILL" that motivates us to "WORK HARD" and infamous among students like me "DISCIPLINE" comes along too, all of which don't completely assure a happily ever after life or success, which brings us to the most important part, we lack complete control over everything in life, and it is still a play of chances, all we can do is take steps to increase chances towards a favourable outcome, so it is also important to view possibilities and opportunities seperately, no matter what the amount of time and magnitude of resources we invest in something we cherish, if things get out of control leading to a failure we must never fail to consider the opportunity that being alive with this gift of perfected human life to think and act gives us, so when someone says,"doing so would guarantee you success" just smile at the poor person and if feasible help him/her understand that outcomes in life aren't certain ... and he/she is feeding a toxic mindset that makes us vulnerable when it comes to accepting failure ... it is not possible to gain the relatively infinite wisdom in a single lifetime, and that is why I believe, the best help we could offer each other is to share our experiences gained from failures and mistakes in our lives that help us think better and improvise ... this is what I thought through my journey from the day I regret getting into this college to today, when I still regret being here but with a significant difference, I've learned to focus on anything good that I am left with rather than thinking about what I've lost ... and I guess thats an important lesson which I hope you realize without going through as much trouble as I went through in my life ...
Life is obviously a mixture of success and failures which passes through many hurdles As a human ,we cannot stop thinking .And that thought makes us do many different things which may sometimes go very wrong or pave one a very better life to live.
But our thoughts doesn't stop screeming from our minds until and unless we stop breathing.
A child when first gets introduced to this beautiful God created world doesn't know what should he do or what should he think. He is neither a judge who can judge others or infact himself nor a minister who can rule this entire world. But if you observe, till they get matured and starts understanding the real aspects of life, wherever they go,think that that place is theirs and the miracle is no one stop them doing what they want to do.
Although every human on this planet born alike,i.e..from mother's womb ,create a different way to lead one's life as we grow up.
But just try to do the right thing whatever you do.It is not mandatory to be superior amongst your people. It is enough if your heart peeps that "You are doing the right thing". That is what I mean by "Try to be right, not the superior".
When our life begins,it is like a closed book which has not been read by anyone. It is we,who need to go through the pages of that book resembling life. The better we try to read every page of it,the better you will understand the essence of life and then you will see yourself brightening.

"}]
Hey guys !! Examination season is up, which means our fate is ready with its fists clenched tight to pound us with assignments, records, internals, externals and what not !! So take a deep breath, lean back and get ready to relate to the "Examination Saga".

This is the legend of a warrior,
a warrior whose courage never bent.

Battles his greatest foe every year
He is none other than a student.

Trapped under the heap of syllabus,
as the time keeps ticking at a really fast rate,

he comes up with a brilliant strategy,
which is to "procrastinate".

There is this stupid little warrior in all of us,
who convinces us that it's "OK" even though the syllabus is a fuss.

To start or not while my mind seesawed,
he suggested to "not", saying that the time is quite odd.

When I finally begin, after wasting an entire day,
this fellow still doesn't seem to compromise on his play.

He transforms the wall into an abstract masterpiece
and makes my bed cozier with a hint of gentle breeze.

"Not a minute more than an hour", I said to myself and slept.
Woke up the next morning to foresee my fate and wept.

Then, again I heard the little moron say,
that "Warriors don't cry, they bend down and pray".

Each person will feel things their own way...
Each person will hurt the only way they know...
They will love, the only way they've been taught to love..
Not everyone will see the things the way you do...
you can't force your beliefs on people either coz that's not love...
We all have our own right to see the world the way we feel like...
Therefore understanding is a key... it really matters...
And i don't mean saying it, saying you understand someone without putting yourself in their shoes;;; without respecting their views..
You have to really know yourself and your environment to understand why the people are the way they are...
You have to go through enough pain to keep your heart open,,, to be compassionate towards other people...
I repeat... Undertanding is the key and not everyone will understand you... that's ok...
But the point is to remember how all of us are different and try to understand that not all of us are meant to be same...
If you ever want a fair shot in accepting your flaws and mastering them....
And before i finish, I just want you to know that the beauty of it is this....
The more u understand people the better you'll understand yourself...
From the known and to the depths of your soul...
People will always shape you...
All that ua is all you've experienced with them...
And don't ever forget that "people you love will always have a piece of ua heart... they will always be with you...
