‘Engineering padiche nalla future’ said some moron who did not do Engineering. The hoax this created and the actual reality is totally adverse.

Engineering has changed a very few lives and ruined many lives.I have seen  people who have opted Engineering just because their parents told them.The other way around is where you have no option other than Engineering.The topic is so big that there is also a book written named ‘Wasted in Engineering'.

There are a lot of examples where 50% of the students go by the reputation of the college rather than to choose the stream they are interested.The students end up in jobs where they just get paid almost equal to a salary of watchmen. This is the pathetic situation we Engineers are in. We all know Engineering is slowly becoming a mockery and will slowly lose its value.There are several examples where an Electrical Engineer works for a Software firm. The only reason for this to happen is their own negligence or not knowing what they need.

The job is so important for an Engineer not because he needs it.It is simply because his relatives who seem to be uninterested until then are now ready to ask about his job and plans.Please choose a job which suits you and something which is not a burden on you.

I have been a victim of Engineering and it also does not mean I hate it.I have been affected by it.I sincerely suggest you to follow your ambition and goals.

Skip Engineering unless you really seem interested.
