We were and still are taught that one must imbibe such values to become a virtuous person and an embodiment of values. <\/p>But if you talk about ethics in today's culture where everything is wireless, faster, busier you will undoubtedly get written off for being lame and uncool because ethics today doesn't matter to many. And that's exactly a big problem for our nation.<\/p>We are the future. The Gen  X that we are, pave way for a transformation in  almost every aspect be it our culture, our traditions, our technology, our society. We are set to and have bought tremendous change. So why is ethics suddenly a matter of issue? Because one thing that remains constant is -emotions.<\/p>We could be clones and still prefer them to have feelings or we get fascinated if we hear of a robot with feelings. Why? Because every human experiences emotions and its what keeps us connected and reminds us that we are human beings. Human beings can withstand pain, hatred, discrimination to an extent but finally it will lead to a huge outburst of revenge. Yes it just takes to hurt someone for real long to drive their minds to destroy humanity at some scale. <\/p>Now where did it all go wrong? When you forgot to say thank you to that friend who always does favours  for you, or when you look down upon you're help at home and treat them without respect. Or when you condemn and humiliate people who are differently abled in some form just to entertain yourself and others.<\/p>But do realise who is affected by your unethical actions. They might be the sorry victim of your misbehavior but the tables certainly turn when people forget to forgive. Lets remind ourselves that being kind and nice to people no matter what their status is, won't cost you anything in this commercial world. <\/p>Throwing light on many incidents that have occured recently like the Orlando shooting, US Prez elections where we have heard about candidates like Trump, and closer home the everyday drama we hear of our embarrassing politicians its time we changed our view on ethics.<\/p> As we head towards a modern era we have to change our mannerisms, attitudes and mindset because the world is more than just about money and fame. Words like equality, freedom, peace resound from every corner of our world. And our attitude decides if we can achieve all that or not. If we realise how important ethics is, our roads would be steady and clean, we would have queues where they need to be, our hospitals would be hygienic, our transport system would be effective and many more boons will follow. And for all this, you just need to be way more ethical than the average indian mindset that believes in the infamous \" chaltha hai\" attitude. <\/p>Do think about it 'cause we all are guilty of being unethical at some point and we can change that if we spend time on introspecting ourselves. <\/p>So Good luck and Cheers!
