Coding is an incredibly empowering skill.

Coding is something that is very close to a super natural power.

Programmers of today are the wizards of tomorrow.

We give certain inputs and write a piece of code that brings out the desired output . No body can help you better than yourself in programming. You can think that, you can learn it by watching videos or attending some tutorials ...that's a myth . You can certainly get assistance in getting familiar to syntax, but building up the logic to the problem is your part of work, which comes through practice.

To write a code for a problem, we must first understand the different constraints associated with the problem. First start working with least number of inputs possible and try generalizing it .

For example, if you have to find the average of n numbers , first try writing code for finding average of 2 numbers and check if the output obtained is correct or not . If yes...great! you are moving in the right direction...now generalize it for n numbers .

The whole beauty of programming lies in generalizing, keeping in mind all the constrains.

Programming is no different than math

To enhance programming skills , one have to improve their problem solving abilities, which can be obtained by solving many numerical s , mental ability problems etc which will help one to think out of box .

Practice is the only solution to coding.

Is it important to learn many programming languages ?

No, Language just brings the ease in writing the code , the main theme is all about writing an algorithm that fits the requirement .

So programming doesn't mean learning many languages but master 1 language.

Today we have the ease to live, it's all because of programming.

HAPPY CODING!
"}]
It was around 9 pm when I started looking for share auto to go back home from my office. A person stopped his car and asked me if I wanted any help. I said no and thanked him for his concern. I then started walking and was looking around for an auto. Finally, after 10 minutes I found an auto. I got in and closed my eyes just to relax.

Suddenly, the auto stopped. I opened my eyes and found myself alone. The driver was missing. I got out of the auto and started looking for driver. I found no one around. I decided to get out of the creepy place by hook or crook, so started walking all the way to find someone. But one thing that was continuously striking my mind was where did the driver disappear to and this thought scared me more. My hands started shivering.

Soon, I heard a vehicle horn. I turned back and was trying to figure out who would be that wgich was quite difficult as the vehicles headlight were blocking my sight. When the vehicle was near me, I realized that the man driving the vehicle is the same man who came up to me in the car in the beginning offering help, then came in auto as the driver. And sooner I turned pale. I started running away from that place as fast as possible. To my confirmation of theory I found the same auto in the middle of the road. I continued running without giving a second thought. Soon I see the car that came to me in the beginning. I ran in a different direction and got caught again in the same net.

The seconds hand in my watch was moving but the time was stuck for me. To my surprise I hear a familiar voice yelling at me with my name. I was running and fell down and realized it was 9:00 AM and my mom is about to throw a glass full of water on me to wake me up. Black Friday is regarded as the day after the holiday of Thanksgiving where it is also called the first day of the Christmas shopping season. It is called so because many people went out for shopping which caused traffic, accidents and violence at few places.

The term Black Friday came out of the debate, on which day should Thanks giving shall be celebrated. It was first decided that it should be on the last Thursday of November but the Great depression had come on that day. Fearing about bankruptcy, retailers petitioned and the president Roosevelt gave the fourth Thursday as Thanks giving but this also back fired. Finally, Thanksgiving was kept on the fourth Thursday of November but people started calling in sick for work on the extra day after thanks giving and went shopping. Due to this many people took leaves. Companies and work places decided that this day would be given a paid day off to the workers through which black Friday came into existence
"}]
Tough and strong are often the adjectives for men. But why? A famous Bollywood dialogue says “Mard ko dard nahi hota”, but why? I often heard people say “boys don’t cry” or “why do you cry like a girl?” But why? The society wants to make him tough but end up making him stone hearted. They intend to make him strong but end up making him emotionless. We often ignore the fact that boys get hurt too, and there are times they just want to cry tell someone about it, but guess what? "Men don't cry" right?

I often hear some of my friends say "All men are the same". Trust me they are not. Every time someone says why spend so much on your daughter's education I have my father confronting them and defending me, and he is not "the same". Every time some random guy creeps me on my social profile and he is not "the same". I have my best friend threatening him to leave me alone. I remember this one incident clearly, I was once walking to my home on a deserted road, a man in his late twenties was stalking me but then two guys understood his intentions confronted him, and made sure he did follow me they were not "the same". Dear women, not all men are the same.

We talk about equality but there are incidents where an innocent guy was framed, publicly shamed, lost his job and respect. Just because a girl posted something on her social media profile. He was judged even before his side of the story was heard. What about right to equality? Dear women, being a women dosen't grant you special rights to destroy someone's life.

We talk about equality but then we expect a guy to pay your bills. Dear women, let us split the bill. We are equals after all.

Dear women,

Not all men are the same.

They can't be strong under all circumstances.

Let us hear what they have to say too.

Let us promote equality.

Let us understand this and stand up with them, just like they have been doing for us.
