Irani Chai <\/b><\/p>Hyderabad's Irani Chai is ridiculously famous, with famous cafes in the city serving some of the best tea you'll ever have. Places like Nimrah at Charminar and Cafe Nilofur near the hospital of the same name have been around for decades, and still are committed to serving the best chai possible. Hyderabadi Biryani <\/b><\/p>There simply isn't enough time for me to talk about how good Hyderabadi Biryani is. Hyderabadi Haleem <\/b><\/p>Haleem itself is not unique to Hyderabad, as variations of it exist across the Middle East. However, Hyderabadi Haleem is unique for its taste and it's prominence in local culture when the month of Ramzan comes calling. Hussainsagar Lake <\/b><\/p>The large lake in the middle of the city with the statue of Gautam Buddha on an artificial island must be seen and visited to be believed. Prasads IMAX <\/b><\/p>72 foot tall, 95 foot wide, and a sound system that will make even the most ardent audiophile nod their heads in approval, the Prasads IMAX screen is one of the biggest in the world. Sadly, however, it does not have the new digital IMAX projector which is now universally used. However, Christopher Nolan's movies are still shot in 70MM IMAX format, so Prasads IMAX was the only screen in India to play the true IMAX experience of Interstellar. <\/p>Movie buffs from across the country travelled to Hyderabad just to catch the movie on the screen, and what an experience it was. Personally, I watched it 4 times when it was still running, and it remains one of my most enchanting movie watch experiences, and I cannot wait for Nolan's next movie, Dunkirk, which will also be shot in IMAX 70mm. <\/p>"},{"type":"img","id":"img-uid-1493637688442","data":"59071d2a67292"}]
