How enjoyable does it seem that you are being paid for playing and being with animals all day along?

For animal lovers, it is a dream come true.

There are jobs that pay you for taking care of animals and looking after them in the absence of their master. Apart from the general animal lover job such as that of the Veterinary Doctor, there are several other additional jobs which you might not have learned about.

These jobs not only let you earn well, but also keeps you happy and excited, as you will be dealing with such cute and naughty animals.

Barbar Ali at the age of 9 took the solicitude of enlighting the kids on whatever he learnt in his own school and teach other kids of his village who cannot afford to go to a school and get a basic education.

Here it goes...

Barbar Ali was very famously known as the "Youngest headmaster of India" is a son of a jute seller and a drop out who believes in the motto " Education is a man's true religion"!

Barbar happens to be one of the fortunate young soul in his village to go to school and get a formal education which was not reachable to the other kids there. He got help from his own teachers, local cops, and Ramakrishna mission. He also managed to get the mid-day meal scheme from the government where Barbar's father used to provide rice for the children before he was sanctioned with the mid-day meal scheme. When the children of the village and the localities nearby are done with their chores and jobs at day time, they run to attend Babar’s afternoon school. They arrive in time. Babar Ali gives lessons just the way he has heard them from his teachers.

There is no building or establishment for his school. He teaches his students under the open sky. Some children sit in the mud, others on rickety benches under a rough, homemade shelter. The family chickens scratch around nearby. In every corner of the yard groups of children can be seen studying hard.

Today, nine years down the line, the school has 60 regular attendees and over 220 students on roll-call and 800 students in total, with 10 volunteer teachers teaching grades 1 through 8. His little afternoon venture is now registered and recognized by the West Bengal State Government, which means students graduating from Babar’s school are eligible to transfer to other local high schools. Thus came a day,

Of merriment and joy,

Amidst the squeak and squeal,

Of the newborn child,

Why did it cry?

Was its first tears was of happiness?

Or was it of despair?

If it were of despair,

Where did it come from?

By the embodiment of innocence,

Unaware of any emotion

How did emotion sneak its way through?

Does the tears account loneliness?

Or was it just shy?

If it were loneliness

What did it yearn?

Was it the warmth of comfort,

Spoiled by the caress of the smooth wind of the new place?

Was the wind treacherous?

Its gradual flow comforting,

Yet its chill,

Speaking the words of misery of mankind?

Or was it scared of its voyage ahead?

Scared of the wheel of fate turning against it,

Or did it sense boundless despondence,

down its ragged road, replete with sorrow,

reek of betrayal and wrath out of selfishness?

Or did it feel enslaved to the body,

Abandoned in a mysterious and maleficent gloom, the world

Blinded by the illusion of materialism,

And afflicted by the disease of incessant desire?

Or was it just the cry of exhilaration,

To be born a human,To live a dream,

dreamt by lesser spirits?

Or was the exuberance accounting for,

A handful of divinity,

Transcended over births,

Caught in a concoction of the five elements,

To finally seek the journey of the cause

Of finding the true meaning of joy?

The tears of gleam,

What is it worth?

Is it worth to feel the delight of existence,

To explore and experiment the flow of emotions,

To finally drip down the fountain of blithe?

Why weep why not a smile,

Of being alive,

Breathing the air of hope,

Embracing the flaws of not being perfect,

Yet dwelling in bliss a step away from divine.

Life pelted rocks at you? You're thrown down? You pick yourself up,yeah, dust yourself back up. You learn from whatever went wrong; you become stronger, true; but there's this thin line between developing a more rigid character and becoming stone cold to all emotions and loved ones. In case of the latter, that's not a win; you're losing there.

You know what people who've stopped caring are called? They're called they're dead inside. But you wouldn't know that, would you? You don't realize what you've become yet. You think you've achieved something big; that you've learnt to walk along life. What you don't see is what you now get to pursue is only a lost cause. That the dreams you'll now work on are just excuses to replace the void that has become of your emotions.
You think you're in control now. You believe that you've been through hell already and have come out stronger. No, you're not. You don't see that you've now been reduced to someone lesser; you're a someone who's always cowering behind self-made reasons to believe its easier to not to have to care, to feel, to be real.

I'll tell you what went wrong? What went wrong is that you broke, and then you became bitter. You didn't know better, so you kept at it. You were hurt so you wanted to hurt and in the midst of it, you changed.

You started to rid of the feelings that haunted you, made you ache. You wanted to leave them all behind. And then you you started to move forward. There's a part of you that still keeps looking back at all those lost moments and memories that you've somehow managed to separate from your being, sometime when you're all by yourself, when you're walking back home or sitting under an open sky, staring up at the stars and the moon.
You now believe that it was pointless of you to hold on to feelings that were so unpredictable, that were gonna change and things were gonna move on in life anyway. What you failed to see is what would've been different, if you would've believed in them instead and held on.

You don't see what you've done; what you've lost.
You don't see what you've lost is what people live for; people live for the simple moments of joy and the sad times of hurt. They live it all, all along, and they live to grow from it. They live to care and they live to love. The things that happen to you are what make life worth living for.

And when you stopped living is, when you became meaningless, when you went wrong.
"}]

Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people

Steve Jobs talked about how his model for business balanced each other so that the whole was greater than the sum of the parts. And then he went on to this quote, which goes to the heart of his point.

Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith.

Jobs got fired from his own company by others, but he didn't lose faith instead he said that it was the best part for Apple's revolutionary. Jobs always had a vision to create something new and he dont want to follow any one.So he always wants everyone to innovate something new.

" He is a monster with unbelievable strength and who travels at a speed of Mach 20 who destroyed 70% of moon, capable of destroying earth but he chose to teach your class for an year. If you can't kill him within the year he is here to teach, he will destroy the earth." are the opening lines of The Anime series, Assassination Classroom.

Anime holds a major share of income for japan, a country with third largest economy in the world. Beautiful and Inspiring anime come out every year and one such, that caught my attention is Assassination Classroom.

An super strong octopus, fastest ever creature known in galaxy destroys 70% of the moon and gets ready to destroy the planet earth. Then he agrees to a treaty with government where he chooses to teach a classroom full of students who are considered as scum in their university due to their low grades for an year. The students are asked to assassinate him within an year of his teaching to save the planet earth.

The students who are isolated from others in university now have the responsibility of saving the planet from an unknown creature. They name the target teacher Koro Sensei (unkillable teacher )and keep continuously trying to kill him while, the teacher takes the responsibility of every student seriously and teaches them in a perfect way.

Instead of just concentrating on how to kill the target teacher, every student tries to improve his skills which he is already good at and thus use them to assassinate the target. Hence, students start learning everything practically by trying to kill him and improvise themselves constantly.

Yusei Matsui, did a great job in keeping up the interest meanwhile managed to describe the modern day education system ( with no practical knowledge ).The plot goes on while students keep grabbing every opportunity and planning to assassinate him parallely learning what it takes to get a perfect job done.

In this process, they get to meet new assassins sent to kill their and slowly the sad and beautiful story behind Koro Sensei's motto of destroying earth is unfolded. What drove a great teacher like him, want to destroy planet earth? Will he be killed? Will the earth be saved?

For those who are looking for some change and something different in their leisure times, I would definitely recommend to watch this 22 episode short series filled with the student-teacher attachment, fun and assassination. I hope this you find something interesting and different in this... Have fun..👍

Entrepreneurs are not born they are made, in fact, circumstances will make them successful. One such entrepreneur is Mr. Subbaraju Pericharla, founder of Cross borders, and co-founder & CSO of Real Shoppee.

He shared his exclusive views on entrepreneurship and students getting into the startup bubble, believe us you are really going to get inspired by his story! It's only his hard work because of which he is standing as an inspiration to many.

Here is the one-on-one with the great entrepreneur!

Q: Can you tell us about your Startup?

"Well, I have two of them one is the 'Cross borders' Which I found to help small and medium segment with all the facets of their business enhancement, if anyone wants to set up their own business we will help them to formulate. The second one 'Real Shoppee' is a rural commerce company, we would replicate e-commerce in rural India. Q: How do you define Startup? Money? People or Serving?

" People. Money is essential but it is not the priority in my personal opinion and service also needs money so that is the reason it is essential. You can actually live by creating something which makes you feel happy, which motivates you.

Q: What is your revenue model?

" For Cross borders, we include the entire costing and entire project cost from the company and the entire spending of the money from that particular project we will take a percentage of it, from Real Shoppee whenever a rural person buys a product, it gives us some kind of revenue"

Q: Few words about Real Shoppee?

" Real Shoppee is a pure business entity but I and my team feel proud all the time, there are about 150 young guys who are working at the associate level most of them are school and college dropouts. We also have a warehouse where 60-70 people are working in that 30-40% are women for most of them this is the only earning for their family. " Sure! Am a BSc graduate, started as a faculty in Hyderabad, before that was a data entry operator in Chennai, then planned for abroad and due to some personal reasons I had to choose my family and stay back. Later, I taught Java for a year in Hyderabad that was when I realised that am not fit for technology then I got into management started recruiting people, worked with NIT as central head extending my recruiting capabilities got into company as an HR head there and in the same company I became a director on the board as per the management opportunity. Then I quit in 2013 and started Cross borders and Real Shoppee! Most of the time my intention is working with small companies where I can add some value"
