A small conversation with her gave me a lot of knowledge about her passion \u2013Gymnastics. So these were her answers to my queries.<\/p>\uf0b7 When and why did you join gymnastics? <\/p>-I joined gymnastics during my 3rd class summer break and later continued it due to my intense liking for this sport. I joined it because I like physical games more than studies. <\/p>\uf0b7 So you have done schooling from a sports <\/p>-Yes, I was selected for the sports school. <\/p>\uf0b7 How do you get the courage to just do something that looks like you could break your neck?<\/p> -Hold your breath and count to three.<\/p> \uf0b7 How do you maintain your grip on the bars? <\/p>-We use chalk. Chalk helps keep gymnast hands free from sweating and slipping off the bars, but it is hard to get off.<\/p> \uf0b7 Are grips comfortable? <\/p>-They are miserable until you get them broken in and build up enough blisters. <\/p>\uf0b7 Do you flinch watching each other?<\/p> -Absolutely! I get more nervous watching them than performing it myself.<\/p> \uf0b7 Who do you think will win a faceoff between women and men? <\/p>-I think women\u2019s team has more potential to win.<\/p> \uf0b7 How many medals have you won till now?<\/p> -approximately 40 -50 state level, national level 20.
