Before I start anything I'd like to congratulate all the women/girls out there for what you are and for what you have been so far.

Let's not talk about statistics because we know that it is depressing. Let's talk about what can be done to see at least a small change in every nook and corner of the community because girls have the power to change the destiny of the world. It's okay if you're worried that you cant change the world, let it be, its fine. Change a single mind, a single thought a single person. It's fine even if a change begins at a small pace.

And girls! Stand on your feet nurture the strength you have within you because no one will steal it from you. You are a lot more than what people think you are. Because a girl is never a liability. Because a girl is a nurturer, not the provider. Because a girl is a strength. It's a lot more important to accept yourself before people start accepting you. Let your strength and confidence be the fuel to your fire. And remember its ok if you cant be another Mary Kom or another Malala just be yourself by discovering your inner strength and that'll definitely make a change.

Let's be the voice for the voiceless. Use your voice so that they won't be any lost generation until we are alive.
I thank every parent for giving life to the womb of the universe.
🌟 CRYPTOCURRENCY🌟

#What is Cryptocurrencies? ..........................................

A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that uses cryptography for security. A cryptocurrency is difficult to counterfeit because of this security feature. A defining feature of a cryptocurrency, and arguably its most endearing allure, is its organic nature; it is not issued by any central authority, rendering it theoretically immune to government interference or manipulation. In a simpler way ,a cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency designed to work as a medium of exchange.

# How are cryptocurrency records kept?.................................................................That digital public ledger on which all transactions are recorded is called the blockchain. Data is stored across a network, so it’s not susceptible to exploitation by hackers or central failure. Each record or series of records on the blockchain is known as a block. A block is sent to the network and added to the blockchain after it’s accepted by the network as a valid transfer. Once verified, the blocks cannot be changed.

#Legality of cryptocurrencies :-................................................

As cryptocurrencies are becoming more and more mainstream, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities and legal regulators worldwide are trying to understand the very concept of crypto coins and where exactly do they fit in existing regulations and legal frameworks. With the introduction of Bitcoin, the first ever cryptocurrency, a completely new paradigm was created. Decentralized, self-sustained digital currencies that don’t exist in any physical shape or form and are not controlled by any singular entity were always set to cause an uproar among the regulators.A lot of concerns have been raised regarding cryptocurrencies’ decentralized nature and their ability to be used almost completely anonymously. The authorities all over the world are worried about the cryptocurrencies’ appeal to the traders of illegal goods and services. Moreover, they are worried about their use in money laundering and tax evasion schemes. As of November 2017, Bitcoin and other digital currencies are outlawed only in Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam, with China and Russia being on the verge of banning them as well. Other jurisdictions, however, do not make the usage of cryptocurrencies illegal as of yet, but the laws and regulations can vary drastically depending on the country.

#Why Invest in Cryptocurrencies And Why not?

There are three major good reasons to invest in cryptocurrencies. First, because you want to hedge your net-worth against the fall of the Dollar imperium, which is assumed by many people to inevitably happen at some time. Second, because you support the social vision behind cryptocurrencies – that of a free and hard money for the whole world. Third, because you understand and like the technology. However, there are also very bad reasons to invest in cryptocurrencies. Many people fall victim to the hype surrounding every cryptocurrency-bubble. There is always somebody captured by FOMO (fear of missing out), buying massively in at the peak of a bubble, just in hope to make quick money, while not understanding cryptocurrencies at all. That’s a bad reason. Don’t do this. Learn before you invest.

With zero exposure and not knowing much about the world and joined Mechanical Engineering at Gogte Institute of Technology in Belgaum. There was no stopping me from there then. I organised fund-raising events, leadership camps, leadership journeys and mentored close to 500 juniors for taking up social projects. Than there comes an opportunity when an educational travel company came to Deshpande foundation. The travel company was looking for a volunteer who could work as Kannada/English translators for an Australian group for a week. I took the opportunity and surprisingly it turned to be a new turning point of life. On day 3 of the trip the CEO of the travel company offered job to me. The rapid urbanisation of India did not come without its problems.

A recent study suggests that an estimated number of 30 Indians move from rural areas of the country to a major city every minute, young men and women looking for economic opportunities, farmers who've lost fortunes saving what they have to find a life to live in our urban centers, in their quest to make a life for themselves, all our major cities became the city of their dreams.

Yet we have failed in making our cities livable, with insane traffic snarls, water problems, unaffordable homes, pollution numbers that regularly break the AQI Index meter and an acute lack of open spaces.

"In fact, Hyderabad remains one of the last livable cities in India," says Dipika Prasad, "and we have to work to keep it that way."

Dipika Prasad is the co-founder of Lakeer, a civic and social enterprise that mobilises citizens to make their neighbourhoods more livable. Dipika was also invited to Davos, Switzerland to speak at the World Economic Forum on her initiative and how she can take it to the world. We caught up with her for a brief chat about Lakeer and her upcoming talk at the WEF this week.

"It is incredibly easy to say these problems won't really affect us in our lifetimes and ignore them, but these problems are already affecting people in various places around the globe," says Dipika, speaking on urban issues like a severe lack of water and basic livability, "In the coming three decades, we are going to see drastic changes in our urban areas, what with the number of people migrating to the cities in search of economic opportunities, it is time we think about how to make our cities more liveable now before it is too late."

"It starts with small actions," she went on to explain, speaking on Lakeer's operations, "to solve problems of such hyper-local nature, we'll need people within the area to report issues and make sure the problems are solved."

She goes on to talk about appointing local representatives for the organisation that'll help point out the issues that need to be addressed at the earliest.

Speaking quite passionately on the issue, Dipika continued to talk about the need to build livable cities for ourselves and those who will come after us, "To offset the current number of people that migrate to cities to look for opportunities and provide them livable conditions, India needs to be building cities the size of Chicago every day. It's either that or focusing on making our cities livable today."

We did ask Dipika about building new cities that would potentially cushion the fall of economic migration, to which she replied, "The economic power will still be distributed in our major cities, not to mention the fact that it'll take years for new cities to become economic powerhouses of their own. We have this problem today, right now."

Dipika also spoke about how the problems Lakeer is trying to tackle has already come to pass in the South African city of Cape Town, which is rapidly running out of water. We encourage our readers to google the issue and read further on the topic, because if we are not careful, India will be next.

She was selected in recognition of 8 years of her work in using technology to solve social challenges in South Asia and East Africa. Prior to setting-up Lakeer, she leads Intellecap’s Innovation Lab and award-winning virtual incubation platform StartupWave. Appreciating her selection, Telangana State Minister KT Rama Rao said, “It is heartening to see a young entrepreneur from our state being selected to address such a prestigious summit.”

Dipika’s focus at Davos will be to highlight the importance of making cities in the developing world, especially in India, more liveable for everyone. With some of the most powerful people in the world in attendance, including our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, facing the crowd and delivering a speech is no easy task. On being asked about it, Dipika laughs, "I'm definitely nervous," she says, "I have a speech prepared and everything and of course, I'm doing this for a cause and I must remember that when I'm on stage and give my best."

In conclusion, we asked Dipika what her advice to students and her peers would be, considering the fact that she was taking on an enormous amount of responsibility at a young age. She pondered the question for a few minutes before answers, "Three things," she began, "One, we have led extremely sheltered lives, built a bubble around ourselves. To truly understand this world, we must leave our bubbles and see it with our own eyes. Second, what you learn is not what is happening in the world. Keep learning, keep up with the technologies of the world, keep doing micro-degrees online. Finally, remember that we're all equal."

The session at BVRITH with the Cheif Managing Director Mr.K.P.Singh has ignited the fire in minds and showed us a clear path to how to get our dream of studying in abroad to be fulfilled. The statistic analysis and the future guidance about choosing the stream to do Masters and the way he carried the talk was really Interesting and they also started their new branch in our city near JNTU Metro Stop to help even our Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Students. For the people whose dream is to do their masters in Abroad and trying to stay back because of lack of Financial Assistance, they are even connected with various banking companies to help them in this process.

Hearing today's session made many of immediately take a decision to fly off to abroad for studies for a couple of minutes and few of them strongly decided even to do that. For someone who really was in a dilemma about "Is going to abroad a right decision?" I hope they have made themselves clear to some extent. It's pretty good decision regarding education and yes even I do agree. Even to people who opt for scholarships, I hope they have got really very good clarity for their funding !!!

"We give Wings to your Dreams"

The motto of IMFS has been proved by showing a great path to 46,800+ students to fulfil their dreams. It was a very motivating and inspiring session for all the youngsters.

There is no wrong if i say life is a coin two faced..

Every step is to be amazed..

One is the face of terror, the journey of being in sad..

You put a smile and wave a good bye for the one far a mile controlling yourself for the sake of

goodness stopping the within you from getting mad..

How bad!
We wish to have a life similar to our fairy tales..

But then soon we realize we are getting crushed in the world of males and females..

Putting the treasured feelings in the game of sales..

Our heart fails..

We come across faces many, but we share feelings amount of penny..

The tragedy strikes the bullseye

For the heart gets connected for his/her one lie

Then In the day so sunny..

Life plays the symphony of agony..

The other face is so happy..

No matter what, it dances to its own tune flappy-flappy..

It sings the song of heart known as feels..

Unaware of the fact that for some its their tasty meals..

It has its own dimension

Which i don't seem to mention

This face is free of tension

Far from perfection

Lots of confession

Opposing depression

Hates oppression

Makes... Lovely connection

Oh wait!. This is true, Not a fiction..

These are the white clouds of sky let us open space to fly..

We accept this is not complete life, yet we wonder it is not why?..

So, this is the justice we do..

We let our lives flew..

We now call the sad tidings our experiences..

And happy tidings as our moments..

But we don't realize the fact that choosing the faces is not endeavour...

The coin is in our hand, we flip or turn is in our favour..

"}]
