College life is part of your life that you are going to relive in your memories until you breathe.

Being a Sri Chaitanya student in intermediate and have done my schooling from a missionary one, I never got so much of freedom as of now I'm getting in my college. It was all about reprisals and oppressive teachers.

Entering into B.Tech was a completely new and obviously different experience for me. Here one's academic excellence depends on the interest of the person rather than forcibly doing it for the sake of faculty. Till my intermediate, there was peer pressure by the lecturers to score good marks, but faculty in B.tech colleges are only firm about assignments and attendance, excluding these two, they are very friendly and focusing on our careers rather than securing more percentages.

My first day of college was filled with excitement and fascination. It was a good take-off starting from that day till date. In my 1st semester, I restricted myself only to the classroom but got a bunch of new friends. And, we had a traditional day where I enjoyed the maximum, played many games with my classmates where I came to know about each one of them as I did not even know half of their names before it. I must say about our chemistry class, our classroom would become a dining hall, a bedroom and a leisure hour, as our chemistry sir was that calm and nice. There formed such a tight bond between us that we had section shuffling in our 2nd semester, where I remember protesting it. But, at the last, we had to accept it, however.

Labs were the best part where I learned something new and also shared a lot of memories doing experiments on the equipment with my buddies. 2nd year was no less, though sections were shuffled every semester, I came to know all most all of them and hence, I faced no issues and got adjusted to it. The best memories were relished in our canteen bunking the classes and sitting in the library on Saturdays so as to skip the clubs. The same fun I'm having now in my 3rd year too, but I'm maintaining equal levels of academics and enjoyment.

Friends are the best part of every college student's life. As in the case of all, even I share the sweetest as well as bitter moments with them. But I am lucky that I've got an amazing gang, to share my happiness and sorrows. Though, I fight with them sometimes, the next minute we are together again.

To conclude, college life is all about sleeping during the classes especially post-lunch hours, being awake late nights talking with friends, studying the night before the exams, visiting the canteen every day and the library once in a while, silly during exams and serious during placements.

Hangout for me is catching up over good food and something nice to drink!!!

Many of us feel stressed, irritated, and obviously bored to attend the classes regularly, though it may be for the attendance or to gain some knowledge, getting frustrated with the daily routine is common for every college student especially in engineering. And the best part to get some refreshment is to hang out with our buddies.

The favorite and the nearest place to hang out for our CMRCETIANS is OLD SKOOL RESTAURANT situated at kompally. This casual dining restaurant brings us a vivid menu of delicious and different cuisines. Their authentic food preparation is made with the richest ingredients ever impressing us providing a taste that is unforgettable by our taste buds. It is a rooftop restaurant with a decor that enhances our dining experience and helps us enjoy our meal to the fullest.

And we must say about the very famous MANDI available there which is our favorite dish among all. As it is the one that is frequently ordered by the people when they land up in the restaurant with a gang of more than five members. The one giant dish which fulfills all our hunger.

Its classy ambiance plays a key role in uploading our Instagram stories and Whatsapp statuses providing us the best ever relaxation and refreshment from our daily chores and also helping us get back to the mood. It makes the whole dining experience the tastiest and this place is no less than a feast for all the food lovers out there! Nothing brings people together like good food.

Once a CHILD'S wonder... staring at the bright old moon among those glittering stars in the dark night, slips into a hazy sleep😴. It's certainly an extraordinary moment in the history of 🇮🇳 India's space programme that Chandrayan-2 is the second lunar exploration mission which was launched at Satish Dhawan Space Centre on 22 July,2019 by ISRO. 💫The main aim of this mission is to achieve a soft landing on the lunar surface. INDIA will be the first to launch a mission to the unexplored Moon's South pole. ⚪ However, travelling along miles of distance, carrying our billion dreams to land on lunar south pole seems so special because of the craters of the moon which have been untouched by sunlight for billions of years. ⚫Now, the world awaits you to sit and gaze at the India's historic moment that is about to be created within few more hours. ✨ Anyway, this will be the another CHILD'S wonder...🌝

txt
A man had two sons. The younger son said to his father, "Give me my part of all the things we own." So the father divided the wealth with his two sons.

The younger son gathered up all that he had and left. He travelled far away to another country. There he wasted his money like a fool. He spent everything that he had. Soon after that, the land became very dry, and there was no rain. There was not enough food to eat anywhere in the country. The son was hungry and needed money. So he went and got a job with one of the people of that country. The man sent the son into the field to feed pigs. The son was so hungry that he wanted to eat the food that the pigs were eating. But no person gave him anything.

The boy realized that he had been very foolish. He thought, "All of my father's servants have plenty of food. But I am here, almost dead because I have nothing to eat. I will leave and go to my father. I will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against God and have done wrong to you. I am not good enough to be called your son. But let me be like one of your servants."

While the son was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. The father felt sorry for his son. So the father ran to him. He hugged and kissed his son. The son said, 'Father, I have sinned against God and have done wrong to you. I am not good enough to be called your son."

"But the father said to his servants, 'Hurry! Bring the best clothes and dress him. Also put a ring on his finger and good shoes on his feet. Bring the fat calf. We will kill it and have plenty to eat. Then, we can have a party. My son was dead, but now he is alive again! He was lost, but now he is found!" So they began to have a party.

The older son was in the field. He came closer to the house. He heard the sound of music and dancing. So the older son called to one of the servant boys and asked, 'What does all this mean?' The servant said, "Your brother has come back. Your father killed the fat calf to eat. Your father is happy because your brother came home safely."

The older son was angry and would not go in to the party. So his father went out to ask him to come in. The son said to his father, "I have served you like a slave for many years. I have always obeyed your commands. But you never even killed a goat for me. You never gave a party for me and my friends. But your other son has wasted all your money on prostitutes. Then, he comes home, and you kill the fat calf for him!"

But the father said to him, "Son, you are always with me. All that I have is yours too. We must be happy and have a party because your brother was dead, and now he is alive. He was lost, but now he is found."'

Moral:

This famous story teaches us some important lessons about ourselves.

1. People seek happiness in the wrong places. The younger son thought happiness was getting away from his father's control and being free to have fun. In the end, he was miserable because he was looking for happiness in the wrong places.
People in today's world are making the same mistake. They are seeking happiness in money, drugs, alcohol, sex, thrills, education, power, fame, beauty. But selfish living does not lead to joy. It leads to suffering and shame.

txt
Life is all about learning something new every time and for me, this process happens by analyzing and adapting the best qualities of people around me.
My friends, family, acquaintances are my teachers. In fact a small talk with a stranger is also learning.

To all the teachers out there, thank you!

"}]
Most of us have a favorite teacher we remember from our school days. I changed many schools. As I look back to my school days, I realize I was fortunate enough to have some teachers who had a great impact on my life.

During my kinder garden stage, I would feel a fear to go to a strange new place called ‘school’. My then headmistress of the school Annapurna helped me to feel at ease in that strange place by pampering me. I used to go to every class that she goes, for the first one month later on she scolded me and made me sit in class. Even today when I meet her, she laughs at me recalling the incident.

When I was in my 5th standard, I never knew how to write something on my own. I used to make my brothers write to me. For the first time, I wrote an essay. I don’t know what my English teacher(Humaira) liked so much in it; she praised me in front of fifty classmates. We know praising boosts our confidence since then I started writing. She is so patient enough to scan the entire scrap I wrote, correcting my mistakes and giving me more new ideas. I learned a lot from her.

I got some of my favorite teachers(Sarala, Bhanu, Prapoorna) I wonder what qualities they had to reach a child who was nearly out of reach. They were more than just instructors and paper grades. They believed that there is more to be taught to students other than textbook lessons.

Here is the story of the most inspiring teacher in my life. Miss Madhavi the founder of the challenger’s academy. I found to met her when I went there for my EMCET coaching. She is scary and strict to the eyes of those students who had never been in her classroom. Those who were her students truly enjoy her class. She practically teaches everything and interacts with every student in the classroom. She believes that students will understand and grasp the subjects if they were interested in it, so she motivates us my telling different stories of life. When I asked her that I Wanna see IIT or another premier institute the very next she took permission from the BITSAT Hyderabad campus. She took us over there and made us see the entire BITSAT campus that is our Madhavi mam. Teachers like her are not just inspiring to students of her but also for the teachers of forthcoming generations.

On this teacher’s day, I Wanna tell you that, if you find any class boring, go to your favorite teachers and talk to them. Trust me, they have more interest and valuable stuff than what our textbooks and boring classes give us.

Thank you, and happy teachers day to all the teachers.
"}]
In this current world of materialism where education became a commodity, teachers became mere employees who come to class as "instructors" and finish the syllabus sheet and students are clients where they 'buy' education. Objectivity spanning over everything where oneness in ideas, actions are encouraged and studying poetry just for the sake of clearing examination and where we were taught history just as a propoganda tool to shape our thoughts. University is a space where our identities are dragged down to mere ID cards and surveillance through CC cameras is seen as normal. In these spaces where they talk about acquiring skills and job oriented training, I didn't find a difference between Ameerpet coaching centres and the universities. Research is always seen as the last option and looked upon as a career taken by the so called less meritorious students, I don't think this is what we have envisioned our universities to be. Uninspiring teachers and demotivated students and the highly make-believe rankings and advertisements all over the cities, these became the norms of educational places. Critical thinking and expression are supressed and dissent is always seen as going against the rules of that University. Cultural and heritage classes are looked at a lens of history rather than some interesting insights into how the food habits of foreigners changed the way we eat, or the Marxism was boiled down as an ideology against liberalism but we never explored the romanticism in Marxism. Gandhi is just given a space in the almirah but was never taught to us.

In all this humaneless society, In my little space I found a professor who is much passionate about her subject, who encourages discussions and she is the one who brings multiple perspectives to look at a text and makes us think critically. She is the one who intellectually excites me and gives us a voice to lay down our thoughts in the class which sometimes we discuss throughout the class. Lord Byron texts are discussed in a feminist perspective by her, but she didn't curtail us to look at the same texts through various lens and also she gave us space to discuss with our peers. She is the one who gave me hope that there is something for tomorrow. If there is one teacher in my entire life that inspired me to take up research is her. Thank you for motivating us to move our dead souls walk into the heavens of knowledge. Thank you so much ma'am. And finally happy teachers day.

txt
My mother, who has been a part of my life since the very first second I stepped into this world, gave me my first lesson-Never give up on what's important to you in your life. If you don't get, try as hard as you can. Eventually, it will be yours. She gave me a simple example, If we are in a state to extract oil from the driest bits of sand, you can do anything within your limit to achieve anything. She also taught me that impossibility is a virtue. Besides giving me all the motivation, she also taught me a bunch of good manners(frequently reminds me to throw away the chips packet after I'm done hogging which I fail to do all the time), to cook, do the chores and most importantly, taught me my first word. My mother is my first best teacher. My father has always been a little strict with me regarding my academics. He would ask me to write down all the tables from 1 to 25 at least three times in my vacation(I was in my fourth grade). He would ask me to write down at least a page of an essay or a story. I was a kid and always got flustered about it. But now, I am very grateful to him-people love my handwriting and I am pretty good at maths now. There are many more instances like these which I cherish till date and laugh at myself for being stupid. My father taught me that hard work and smart work hand- in -the hand is the best way to succeed in life. I also learnt from him that criticism is an essential part of our lives as we learn from it and develop ourselves to become a better person.

Every campus is blessed with a spot that has seen birthdays, relationships, breakups, celebrations, achievements, and failures. In the case of HITAM, it is our canteen that turns out to be an ideal place which rests away from the main building and is free from any chaos by faculty and prone to all the chaos by students. La Muinteora Sona (IRISH ) , HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY FOR ALL THE MARVELLOUS AND COGNIZANT TEACHERS IN THE WHOLE WORLD. A teacher is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue. Teachers provide instruction in literacy and numeracy, craftsmanship or vocational training, the arts, religion, civics, community roles, or life skills. They also serve as supervisors for extracurricular activities. In some education systems, teachers may be responsible for student discipline. Today on the occasion of Teacher's Day, ST.ANN'S DEGREE AND PG COLLEGE students has impressed their teachers with their stunning performances. All the teachers were mesmerized with their presentation. Besides students, teachers also played their role gently by participating in silly games and performed a crazy cat walk with their beloved students and made the programme successful. Celebrating Teacher's day at school is one of the finest memories from the school days. With no doubt we can say everyone will agree with it. Begining to prepare to surprise our teachers with all the decorations along with elaborate plays, essays and speeches is an event that leaves a mark in the memory. A very prominent part of the Teacher's Day celebration is the speech.

We have a few sample speeches, in English and Hindi for the students to convey their wishes and gratitude for teachers. Teachers are the light of the world, the beacon in the dark and the hope that gives us strength to survive. On this beautiful occasion, let us take the opportunity to convey our wishes to all our teachers, who have given impeccable contribution in shaping us.

txt
