Chandrashekar Rao . Telangana movement : In the early Telangana movement , Marri Chenna Reddy formed a party called Telangana Praja Samiti to lead the Telangana movement. After two years the Telangana Praja Samiti was dissolved and its members rejoined the Congress .A successor party , Telangana Rashtra Samithi , was formed in 2001 by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao . Even the smartest and most qualified job seekers need to prepare for their job interviews. Why do you ask? Interview skills are learned, and there are no second chances to make a great first impression. These interview tips will help you in answering the interviewer's questions and convince the hiring manager that you are the one for the job.

Tip 1: Look at your ABCD before you go to the interview.

A For Appearance: Appearance is one of the factors that are easily notable and it is the first thing the interviewer sees while you entered into the room. So while you are getting ready make sure you iron your shirt and groom your hair properly. Tie's length should not go over the buck of the belt and the tie knot should match the shirt. They are 3 types of knots for a tie, Practice them.

B For Body Language: Body language reflects a lot of things about you like your confidence levels, are you nervousness, etc, Make sure you speak right body language. Dress appropriately, make eye contact, give a firm handshake, have good posture, speak clearly, and don't wear perfume or cologne, it might turn on you in small rooms

C for Content: Content is important while giving an interview because it gives you confidence while answering the questions about the industry or the company. Homework is so important, it should start from the company background and end will competitors.

D for Delivery: A confident delivery of the things you know can push u towards getting the job. Practice the regular question in front of the mirror and expect the unexpected so that you won't have to fumble for them during the actual interview. Whatever you do, make sure your practice consists of speaking aloud too. Rehearsing your answer in your mind won't cut it.

Tip 2: Exercise in the morning.

When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. Endorphins are only one of many neurotransmitters released when you exercise. Physical activity also stimulates the release of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. These brain chemicals play an important part in regulating your mood.

Tip 3: 3 PPPs for interviews.

Practice, Positive and Performance. Practice your speech, what you gonna say, about what you want to talk and make changes to how you speak. be Positive. If not this job You will get another. Don't be desperate, he is under more pressure with his target. Performance is everything. Be courageous and be adaptive. everything doesn't always go as planned so learn to adapt to the situation and questions of the interviewer.

Tip 4: Clothing Choice.

Clothing choice is important while you are going for an interview. Appropriate interview attire will vary according to the job you are applying for. For example, an interview in finance or law requires a conservative business suit and dress shoes, while a lifeguard interview simply requires business casual clothing. “Business Casual” (decent khakis or slacks, a button-down shirt, and maybe a tie and blazer) is appropriate for almost any technical interview. You can always dress that down once you arrive by disposing of the tie and blazer, but you can’t dress up jeans and a t-shirt.

Tip 5: Grooming.

Good Grooming is expected for an interview. Ensure that your shoes are shined and cleaned. Your clothing should be neatly pressed and should be free from odors and stains. Trim your fingernails neatly and file away any rough edges. Pay a little extra attention to your hair. Make sure that it is neatly combed and brushed away from your face. And last but not least have a clean shave.
"}]
India is a country known for its cultural legacy, traditions, society, religion and geographical features from the ancient time. It is also popular as a male chauvinistic nation. In the ancient times, women were treated very badly by family and society. They were not given education and were only restricted to doing household tasks. They were kept completely oblivious of their rights and development. Women make up half of the country so, in order to make this country an entirely powerful country, women empowerment is necessary. In order to gain back the respect, independence and their rights, women must understand their strengths to grow and flourish in life. Women giving birth to the babies means they are the one who shape our future.

Women empowerment is empowering the women to take their own decisions for their personal development as well as social development. Empowering women is to make them independent in all aspects from the mind, thoughts, rights, decision and social or family limitations. It is said that women are the backbone of any society, so we should develop them from beginning.

Many programmes have been implemented and run by the government such as International Women's Day, mother's Day etc in order to bring awareness in the society about the true rights and value of the women in the development of nation.

To really bring empowerment, women need to be conscious about their rights. They should be aware about what's happening in their society and surroundings. Women are more equipped than men to deal with certain problems in the society.

Women are confident, intelligent, sharp, kind and all these attributes make women a great leader. The biggest examples of smart talented women are Indra Gandhi, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton and many more. These women have shown tact, kindness, bravery all while winning hearts.

Through empowerment, it can be possible to change the male dominated country into the equally dominated country of prosperous economy. A women is considered to be in charge of everything in the family as she can solve all the problems in a better way.

Women are taking part in the every quater and showing great interest in every field. Finally they are getting their rights to go ahead on the true path.

Empowerment of women would automatically bring empowerment for everyone. It is nicely said

"ONCE A WOMEN IS ON THE MOVE,

THE WHOLE FAMILY MOVES,

THEN THE VILLAGE MOVES,

AT LAST THE NATION ALSO MOVES..".

Everyone is talented at something. It may be sports, drawing, playing a musical instrument or writing. Some people discover this almost instantly, while others do not realize it at all. Same thing happened with my friend.

One day our college conducted a rangoli competition for all under graduate students with 2 members in each team. And they also said that winner would get a surprise gift from their class incharge. All were excited. Majority took participation in the competition. My friend asked me to join with her in the competition. But, I don't even know how to hold muggu. I said the some thing to her. Then she said me not to worry, she said she knows everything and can complete in a given time. She only asked me to be beside her and help in filling the muggu with colours.

The next day we both brought our collection of rangolis and she asked me to choose the best one out of them. I selected a design and wanted to present that. I was so excited and I was waiting for that day to come.

Atlast the day came and I felt nervous because I don't know anything. Then my friend stood beside me and encouraged me by saying "SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING". She asked me to participate and said will give our best. She also said, instead of doing nothing, We'll do something even it's small, because it will be one step close for winning. By listening to her I felt that was true and we both participated.

The competition has started and time limit was 45 minutes. We both were nervous but wanted to give our best. She took the muggu and started keeping dots and I took initiative of coloring so I arranged all the colours in different bowls and kept ready. After she completed her muggu we both took colours and started filling muggu with different colours. I did nothing, I only coloured a flower and everything was done by her. We completed it in the given time. It was really amazing. I dint even thought that my friend can do this very well. I felt our rangoli was the best. All our teaching and non-teaching staff appreciated us by seeing our rangoli. Later the results were announced. I was surprised when I came to know that, we got second place. This is all because of her. The next day we received our gifts from our class incharge.

From that day, she was recognized by everyone in the college. If there is any event occurring in our college she'll take the initiative to decorate the enterence with rangoli.

To enable it for students, the institute has decided to take this step," adding, "Students can apply for the sabbatical if they come up with an idea for a startup that demands their complete attention. Regardless of how small or big or how successful the idea is, we want students to give in their 100% to come up with innovations."

Further lending support to the students, the institution will also let students stay on campus during the sabbatical and students can also utilise campus resources and infrastructure to pursue the idea. The sabbatical facility will be made available from the academic year 2020-21 onwards.

According to the director, any student of the institution can apply for this break if they have an idea to work on. "If the idea works out, the students can join the institution for a period of up to four years and if it doesn't work out, they can just rejoin the institute and finish their existing course," the director reportedly said, with a spirit of supporting and enabling innovation. The institution is reportedly expecting at least 25% students to take a leave of absence to work on startups and will also consider allotting funds to the ideas.

Also, considering that students have been complaining about lack of time to pursue internships as the summer break is not enough time to gain enough experience. Sixth semester students will be given the option of taking a 6-month break to pursue internships and the institution is also mulling over the idea of giving a certain number of credits to the internship while the remaining credits of the semester can be adjusted over the next semesters.

This is a great move by IIT-H and considering how real-world experience is much needed for freshers, it is high time all other institutions take up moves like this, especially in the startup aspect.
"}]
