Technology is the present world. It helped us grow in various sectors like medicine, internet banking, communication etc.,
Technology itself is found by humans and is being implemented to meet the needs of growing civilisation.
An example would be the use of computers to perform calculations and different tasks.Students can get access to video lectures, journals Etc.,
Technology has emerged from humans as they have the ability to think. Thinking is what makes homosapiens different from other species.
Thinking is nothing but drawing conclusions based on their experiences, knowledge and insights, but using technology for every need affects the ability to think.
When students are given a task ,they directly browse the internet without a second thought. As 'Nicholas Carr' has observed, reading encouraged our brains to be focused and imaginative. In contrast, the rise of the Internet is strengthening our ability to scan information rapidly.
The ubiquitous use of Internet search engines is causing children to be more skilled at remembering where to find things rather than remembering things in real.
With the ease at which information can be found these days, where to look is becoming more important for children than actually knowing something.

There is a research going on whether technology can be both beneficial and harmful to different ways in which children think.
Moreover, this influence isn’t just affecting children but adults too.
For instance, there is a lot of information available on the internet, which can be hacked and a data breach is caused.
Exposure to technology isn't all bad.
For example,IAS topper Anudeep durishetty relied upon the sources which are available on the internet ,he didn't take any kind of coaching.

Whether technology helps or hurts depends on what specific technology is used and how and what frequency it is used.

The bottom line is that knowing where to use technology and identifying the importance of it in doing something is the key.

txt
Capitalism is an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state. The government plays a secondary role. People and companies make most of the property, goods are usually made by companies and sold for profit. For example, U.S is a capitalist society. A system of oppression where 1% of the population controls 96% of the world's economy. You got a lot of attention probably more than you deserve.
Love makes you do funny things but if I told you love can also make you do scary things like killing someone can will that still be categorized as love?

You is a series that released on Netflix a couple of years ago.
If you are someone that enjoys a little thriller then this is the series for you.

The main character is a man named Joe played by Penn Badgley his character is portrayed as a young man with a dark and mysterious side his mind is his best friend and his thoughts control his every move. love caused him to make disturbing choices.

He falls in love with Beck played by Elizabeth Lail.

Beck is a beautiful young girl who had issues herself, she was an attention seeker that fell into joes trap not knowing that their loving relation was going to turn into a traumatizing experience.

Joe goes to the very extremes to protect the people that he cares for. obsession is sugar-coated by the word love throughout the series. love gave him the excuse to be a dangerous man.

The series has sensitive language and a few blood scenes.
The first season has 10 episodes each episode showing the audience a different side of joe and taking us inside his mind.

Penn Badgley did an outstanding job in bringing the character to life this will truly be a blockbuster for his acting career.

Since the show did very well in no time season 2 was released having 10 episodes the plot was a little different.
Season 2 shows gives us an insight into joes childhood and sort of justifies his actions and makes the audience empathize with him.

The show will definitely take you on a fun ride filled with drama and a little scare and make you see things you would never guess.
Frankly seems like the writers brought to surface their darkest side while writing joes character we are taken inside a stalker and a psychopath's mind,

This is one of the very few series that is very difficult to predict the character's next move.

I would give this show a 4 on 5

For all the drama lovers, this is a great show to binge-watch!!
"}]
V. Praveen Kumar is a Hyderabad based boxer who is currently pursuing his BBA second year from Siddhartha Degree College. While he is just 20 years old, he already has over 30 district, state and national medals to his credit, with the most recent one being a bronze at the nationals last year.

Praveen's boxing journey started when he was just 12 years old, as he shares, "There was an older person near my house, Sai Sivarama Krishna and he was a boxer. I was fascinated by him and I was also fascinated by the fact that boxing is a one-person sport as opposed to cricket or some other sport that people around me usually played. That fascinated me and I started learning from Sai when I was just 12."

The pugilist initially faced opposition from his family as his father was against it. Owing to their economic background and the fact that it is a potentially dangerous sport, his father wasn't enthusiastic about Praveen lacing up the gloves and getting into the ring but his mother supported him in the beginning and the result showed just a few months after he started boxing. "Just six months after I started practicing, I took part in my first district level competition and since then, there has been no going back," says the boxer who took part in his first boxing competition when he was just in 8th standard.

I don't remember a day when I didn't practice," says Praveen who secured his first state level gold in the Junior category in 2015.

What he loves about the sport is the constant improvement that the sport makes him undertake. "Every single match teaches me something. Initially I used to be very nervous during a bout but now I am not nervous anymore. In fact, now when I get into the ring, I see what the opponent is capable of and I just get into an analytical mode, which later makes me improve regardless of whether I win or lose," explains Praveen who was recently selected for All India University Boxing Championship.

He now aims to get into the next level, saying, "I want to compete on an international level and I want to represent my country."
"}]
No person is born a rapist, a rapist is made. The process in which a person transits into one depends on the upbringing environment or due to errors in their fostering. Consistent exposure to various thought undermining actions plants a seed of narcissism in one's mind. There could be various negative events and situations throughout which accumulatively result in sadistic personality.

Having abusive parents or no strong parent figure in childhood makes one prone to get mentally weak and a problem with passing judgments. Cultural and social conditioning play a vital role in shaping the mindset of a child. The average rapist mindest is domineering, narcissistic and apathetic, which could be developed when children are denied opportunities for mental nourishment and character development without guidance or moral education.

A patriarchal family has the utmost potential to cultivate a mindset of a rapist. Where women are not treated as respectful equals, confined to only chores and taking care of the family's needs. Since men hold moral authority and subjugate women in varying degrees in front of children, they think it is right for men to abuse women and it is in the fate of women to bear with it. The famous #metoo accounts of sexual abuse have illustrated a myriad of ways women live their lives in a male-dominated society. I don't mean to generalize all men, but without accepting the involvement of patriarchy we remain powerless to change current situations.

Most of the movies and TV shows portray that it is okay to objectify women, which generally happens in so-called 'item songs' containing the most disgusting lyrics demeaning the existence of women. Cinema is a powerful tool to influence the massive audience. The visual grammar is portrayed in a confusing manner, where a male protagonist is nothing but a nuisance and takes no for an answer or cares about consent.

A motivational speaker Jim Rohn says, "You are an average of five people around you". This is true, sexual offenders often associate with people like themselves, who do not correct them when they insult or misbehave with the opposite gender.

A rapist is a person with psychological issues, and identifying them is as important as strengthing safety measures. It is often not easy to identify them because we somewhere accept their tiny mistakes and miss the red flags which in turn boosts their confidence to get away with anything.

As family, friends, and acquaintances we have to spot people with abusive tendencies around us. Unless and until the friction and taboos related to mental health, sexism and proper parenting are not addressed in our society, the change will be hard to come by.
"}]

It was a dark night. I was alone in my house as my whole family went out to attend some functions. I was just in my room, lying on my bed and reading a book. Not just any book I was reading Haunting of Hill House, an amazing and terrifying book. I was shaking but I continue the book. And in the mix of it, it was pouring cats and dogs. And suddenly the power gets cut off. I began to search for my phone which I left somewhere on the bed. When I had it, it was dead. I forgot to charge my phone when I came into the house.

I need to go to the hall in search of the candle. I found the candle but I couldn't find the matchbox to light it. Irritatedly I sat on the couch and I think I saw someone shadow on the window there for a second, it might be the illusions of my mind because I was a horrifying book. I was trembling inside. Then I made a brilliant idea of lighting the candle with the help of the stove. So I went into the kitchen and found the lighter broken. This was the worst time for the lighter to be broken.
As I was walking out of the kitchen I heard dogs barking at someone. So I went out to see what's the matter was. There was no one moreover every house was burning with electricity except mine. I was alarmed and I ran back in closing the door behind me. My thoughts started to pour in scaring me for all sides, 'what if the shadow that I saw was not some trick of my mind? What if that was real? What if someone is trying to kill me? Why would someone kill me?'. I said to myself gathering all the courage I have left "I can't these thoughts make me tense. I have to fight back". I went into the kitchen and took a knife then I remembered I saw a flashlight on the second floor of our house. I ran up the stairs, slipped some steps here and there but reached there and started searching for the torchlight.

As I was searching for it I hear a big gong in the house. Along with that, I hear a couple of footsteps coming toward me. I tried to reach for the knife which I thought I kept but the reality was I forgot it on the table in the hall. I was trying to turn on the flashlight but it was so old. Even when it lights up, lit dimly. So I hold the flashlight as a rod and said to myself "kill or get killed" and started swinging the flashlight towards them. Actually, it hit one person in the head and he crashed to the ground but the other person covered me with the blanket, tied me and then dragged me down the steps to the hall where I think I was made to sit down. I was still throwing punches in the air, trying to hit the people but couldn't land any. Then the blanket was removed.

The copious stream of photons was hitting me hard. I can only see a blurry image of a few people shouting at me and could not hear a thing for a moment. When I came out of that shock and I could hear somewhat clearly. When I heard the words which took in a frenzy of emotions and I couldn't control my tears which were coming down my face and those words are the words which I would never forget and they are "HAPPY BIRTHDAY PHANI!"

There was a cake in front of me, loving people around me, tears in my eyes. Everything I was grateful in my life was there in front of me and the words came out of my mouth that time was "F*** you man". There were a lot of hugs after that then we went in and cut the cake and then people started telling me they said there side of the story, the 2 people I fought with are my friends who were already in the house, keeping an eye on me, the person's shadow which I saw was one of my friend trying to find me by peeping through the window in the dark, the dogs of my neighbor were barking because these guys were jumping the fences with cake and drinks which unplanned along with the rain too. They are in fact the people who cut off the power to the house.

I thought I was going to die at some point in the night. They scared me to the core. you know if you want to give the best time of life and they shouldn't forget it then give it in the most unexpected way possible, just start by making it the worst day and end it with the surprise of their life and This was the best birthday surprise ever...

When you see an image of Subhas Chandra Bose, the first thing that might pop up into your head would be a memory of you being in school on Republic Day or Independence Day and seeing a kid dressed in that uniform with round glasses, taking part in the fancy dress competition. Another thing that would probably pop up in your head would be a vague memory of having studied about him in a history class, remembering him as one of the many freedom fighters who were instrumental in the country gaining freedom from the British but there's a lot to him. Today, i.e. January 23, is his birth anniversary.

What most youth of today don't know is that this man started involving himself in the freedom movement when he was just 24 years old, in 1921. A year later, Bose was elected the President of All India Youth Congress and also the Secretary of Bengal State Congress. A few years later, he was imprisoned for the first time for being a part of the freedom movement. In 1927, when he was released from prison, he became the General Secretary of Congress and started working actively with Jawaharlal Nehru. He did all this, before he turned 30.

Later in 1930 and the subsequent years, he travelled extensively throughout Europe, meeting with then leaders like the Fascist leader Benito Mussolini and saw communism and fascism in action. It was during this time that he also wrote the first part of his book - The Indian Struggle, covering the Indian independence movement between 1920 and 1934. The book was later banned by the British in 1935.

Three years after that, Bose became the President of the Indian National Congress and later organised the All India Forward Bloc a faction within the Indian National Congress, aimed at consolidating the political left as he didn't agree with the methods of other leaders like Gandhi and Nehru. It was around this time that he started believing in the possibility of a military action to take over the nation from the British. After he was put under house arrest by the British, he escaped to Germany via Afghanistan and the erstwhile Soviet Union. There, he founded the Free India Center in Berlin, and created the 4000+ strong Indian Legion out of Indian prisoners of war who had previously fought for the British in North Africa prior to their capture by Axis forces. In Germany, he hoped to gain the support of Adolf's Hitler's forces against the British but later realised that Hitler was only interested in using his men to win propaganda victories than military ones and realised that Hitler's Germany was in no position to win against the British.

Later in 1943, after being disillusioned by Germany, he travelled to Japan and later in Singapore, took complete control of Indian National Army from Rash Behari Bose, the founder of Indian National Army.
