The second one 'Real Shoppee' is a rural commerce company, we would replicate e-commerce in rural India. Our aim to reach 6.5 lakh villagers of India by creating a product line which will be build as per the aspirations of Rural India at their affordability.\"   <\/i><\/p>Q: What motivates you? <\/b><\/p> \"Creating opportunities and giving employment to people and seeing them and their families happy is what motivates me all the time.\" <\/i> <\/p>"},{"type":"img","id":"img-uid-1469900919693","data":"579ce89160cca"},{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1469897662371","data":"Q: How do you define Startup? Money? People or Serving? <\/b><\/p>\" People. Money is essential but it is not the priority in my personal opinion and service also needs money so that is the reason it is essential. You can actually live by creating something which makes you feel happy, which motivates you.<\/i><\/p>Q: What is your revenue model? <\/b><\/p>\" For Cross borders, we include the entire costing and entire project cost from the company and the entire spending of the money from that particular project we will take a percentage of it, from Real Shoppee whenever a rural person buys a product, it gives us some kind of revenue\" <\/i><\/p>Q: Few words about Real Shoppee? <\/b><\/p>\" Real Shoppee is a pure business entity but I and my team feel proud all the time, there are about 150 young guys who are working at the associate level most of them are school and college dropouts. We also have a warehouse where 60-70 people are working in that 30-40% are women for most of them this is the only earning for their family. Am a BSc graduate, started as a faculty in Hyderabad, before that was a data entry operator in Chennai, then planned for abroad and due to some personal reasons I had to choose my family and stay back. Later, I taught Java for a year in Hyderabad that was when I realised that am not fit for technology then I got into management started recruiting people, worked with NIT as central head extending my recruiting capabilities got into company as an HR head there and in the same company I became a director on the board as per the management opportunity. Then I quit in 2013 and started Cross borders and Real Shoppee! Most of the time my intention is working with small companies where I can add some value\"   <\/i><\/p>Q:  What do you think, is the young generation doing the right thing getting into the Startup bubble?<\/b><\/p>\" If they are clear about what they are doing they are going on a right path. Experience is not a count in entrepreneurship but without a plan, no one should start. Everything you need for an entrepreneurship is the guts to get in and start\" <\/i><\/p>Q: A piece of advice for students? <\/b><\/p>\" Don't just jump in unless you are passionate about what you want to start.
