As we all celebrate National Girl Child Day today, I remember my childhood where innocently I have asked my mother why don't we have a sister at home. A home without a girl child is considered never complete due to several reasons.

A journey from a girl to a woman is quite a story in itself. The transformation through the journey is what makes a real woman. Understanding the journey of a woman from a man's perspective, is an experience in itself.

When I was a kid, the first major impression I had was of my grand mother running the house. A women power personified was in the form of my granny, she used to be the strict lady and show the affection in the same manner. There were extreme emotions expressed based on the situation. She was respected by everyone and all major decisions were taken by her at our place. Leadership wasn't asked by her, she got it coz of her innate talent. My mother was a perfect example of a woman who was balancing her household chores and our education.

In School, we had teachers who were role models to us, as they run their individual homes and take care of our education as part of their profession. Woman are the real multitaskers.

Story of a Girl is still an enigma to me. In our young days, we celebrated Kalpana Chawla success as the first big leap in space exploration, First Weight lifting Medal in Olympics by Karnam Malleswari, Sania Mirza in tennis, Saina Nehwal in Badminton and many more. All these achievements were great inspiration to girl children around us.

Today when we celebrate National Girl Child Day, we still have a long way to go as we celebrate every success which we hear but not encourage our own girl child at home. we took giant leaps but still a long way to go. The day when we celebrate every girl child's success we will have more examples to the kids around.

Waiting for that day as an eternal optimist.. Happy National Girl Child Day..
"}]
As we grew, we are always shaped by our own thoughts. These thoughts are determined by the exposure that we have and what kind of environment we are surrounded by. Pessimism dominates all the other thoughts as it spreads like wildfire. let's discuss few facets of it to understand it better.

Pessimistic Person Extrapolates Situations.

If you see anyone who creates a gloomy picture of the future, he will be surrounded by people to know more. He is paid more attention by everyone as optimism has few takers. Onlookers become more curious about the words of a pessimistic person as he can weave a story at his comfort and make it even more worse to make people more curious about future.

For an instance, If someone says stock market is ready to fall and markets will collapse. There will be a major sell off and people press the panic button and they will blindly follow the Euphoria. In contrast, if someone tells that particular stock will grow and reach a certain level, people won't buy into their opinion, instead ask several questions and the reasoning behind the growth.

Progress happens very Slowly but Setbacks are Evident

Construction of a house takes time whereas demolition hardly takes any time. Similarly, any progress is time consuming, setbacks are faster as light. People want instant gratification and their thoughts remember setbacks and it's a good topic to discuss about someone's failure.

One cannot be successful in an overnight, but one can be a failure in an overnight. Thats one core reason where failure is seen as a more virulent rather than a successful story.

Vibes are everything

Even in a group of people, pessimistic vibes spread faster as its all about vibes. if you find a successful person, people hardly talk about them to others, if you find a person who has shut his company and got bankrupt people would like to talk more about that person and his issue.

This situation applies to all sectors in our day to day life, we need to live with it and take a resolution to go against the human trend. if there is a negative news, lets stop the chain as how we try to do the same with COVID.

Which technology I have to learn? a common question asked by a student who knows that getting a job in technology domain will help him earn a good pay check and a good career path. One cannot answer this question with a single answer. It completely depends on the person who is asking the question, person who is answering the question as he has limited knowledge or his own favourites and the current trends too. Keeping this in perspective, let me cover some areas which help you to get a job today and safeguard it for tomorrow. When we are choosing a career pathway, we need to choose not according to the current trend but estimating the future trends. So, let's discuss future proof job roles and skills required for the same.

UX Researcher/ UX designer

UX stands for User Experience. As we saw a great technological advance in the last decade, User experience is becoming critical as a user is traversing across devices using the same application. Members of the product team and technology development team rely on the inputs of an UX researcher to understand User behaviour. What are the User's motivation in using the application and where is he spending more time on the application, what motivated him to utilise the application. Such data points help in understanding and designing the future journey of any product or application.Strategy behind these inputs is critical as one needs to be spending

UX is always Human first design. It keeps end user in mind when developing a product or a platform. If a product or a platform has to be liked by end users, which is the obvious case, UX professional ensures that an end user has a great experience in the overall flow. For Example, It can be as simple as a user getting on to a platform to order food from a restaurant on an aggregator platform. If the UX is great, without any hassle, user will be able to spot the restaurant and order his favourite items and checks out. To Summarise, we will be seeing more products coming into the market and existing products have to evolve from time to time. UX professionals will be needed in large quantities. One needs to be a curious person who is digital savvy and good critic to read between the lines. Great prospective career pathway and an ever exciting thing as its related to Humans as they keep evolving and the field also follows the suit.
"}]

Firstly, if we had Rings like Saturn, people may keep on colliding with each other.

Secondly, if we had Rings like Saturn, Saturn would probably not like this, it may give away its Rings.

Thirdly, if we had Rings like Saturn, sleeping on the bed will not be possible anymore, like Horses, people may have to get used to standing and sleeping.

Fourthly, animals are very proud of their big claws, sharp teeth and strong horns, if we had Rings like Saturn, even they might start ordering Rings.

Fifthly, if we had Rings like Saturn, some people may cover their Rings with gold, their Rings will not be safe anymore

Lastly, if we had Rings like Saturn, some people may get obsessed with their Rings, they may keep on cleaning them all day long.
"}]
My father is one of the most inspirational and influential person in my life. He helps me build my self esteem. He supports in every decision I take and he rectifies them if needed. Sometimes he acts strict but we both know it wouldn’t lasts more than a few minutes. He wants me and my brother to be disciplined but he never restricts. He provided us a liberal and caring life. He is the one whom everyone in our family can rely on. He gives his ear and makes us feel better. More than being a dad, he is a good friend of mine. I do not say my dad is a perfect person but I can say it for sure that he always tries to be a better person than yesterday. He strives to make our family happy. He always tries and keeps trying no matter what. His life and his way of living taught me many valuable lessons which I can never get to hear in any school or university regardless the fee I pay. I ought to learn from him. He stays calm and patient all the time. He believes that being patient during the time of annoyance could save us from getting hurt a hundred times. When I was ambiguous about choosing career, he came to me and said “when you were in a hurry, don’t rush in doing things, you might end up messing everything. Hurry is a bad counselor. Doing things right requires its own time. Like a river, you will find your own course”. These lines always run in my head. Whatever dilemma I might be in or whatever consequence I face, these lines always comforts me.
He taught me the value of a relations and friendship. He taught me to be brave and independent. Sometimes I feel, if he is not a part in bringing me up then I would never be satisfied with myself. Though I am grown up, he treats me like a kid. He nurtures us and provides anything we ask for. I never saw him yelling at his parents. He is caring his parents at the time they are in need of him the most. He respects everyone in the family. He provides the sense of security and safety. He takes up all the responsibility. He ensures that everyone in the family is having a good and happy life. I like him being over protective when it comes to family. He made me understand that when we are together, there always a ray of happiness despite the difficult situations we are in.

txt
To the ones - who left us without approval.

I deny your approval for leaving me.
I'm not ready to stay alone. I'm pretending to be strong to the world. who seems delusional now. You want me to stay strong and take care of our family. just the way you did it for so long. I'm not willing to take your responsibility. I might fail in this.

I know God saw you getting tired. The pain is more...but the pain is less when you go with him. And he whispered, " come with me ".

You chose him over us. I say why.

You know, if love alone could save you. You would never die. I wish you stay happy now above all in the sky ,in the heaven.

Mourning You. For You.

Today, I heard everyone say all the good things you have done for them. I love you more. your presence is killing the memories you laid in front of us. You were loved by each of us. The mourning is the seldom respect we showed you today. I celebrated you along with [us.]

You died and I heard someone calling you 'BODY'.

The soul is now termed the 'Dead Body'.

It's unfair. I fumble. I lost my sense of hearing. The physical body serves no purpose, and therefore does not need to be preserved.

We chose to cremate you on the fire. we believe it is the quickest way to release the soul and help reincarnation. Nirvana/

But now, this is our misfortune for not being present at your mourning.

I'm pathetic. I'm unlucky. I'm shoddy.

I guess the person who left us...will understand the reason and effort we made to say 'Good Bye'.

P.s. Things are really tough for India right now. The cremation prayers, the rituals after the death are also not possible. One last hug is not listed in our own wishes.

Everything is fine at my place. Hope and wish the same at your end.
Take care and stay safe!
