Menstruation still remains as a matter of taboo in our country and women are still oppressed by myths and stigma related to this very natural and healthy process. In many parts of India, it is still considered to be dirty and unholy. Many girls and women are restricted in their daily lives simply because they are menstruating. They are still not allowed to enter the “puja” room and kitchen and are also restricted from touching holy books and pickles. But can someone tell me how these taboos actually started because they don’t make any sense to me.

It is further believed that menstruating women are unhygienic and unclean and the majority of the women in our country are made to sit outside of their house when they are having their periods for five days, every month. When this topic appeared on our biology textbooks, our teacher simply skipped the topic. When I asked my male friend about sanitary napkins he said that he basically thought that sanitary napkins were an adult diaper and my other friend who got her first periods very early at the age of 12 thought that she got blood cancer and she was dying soon. Nearly 50-60% of people in our country don’t even know why menstruation happens. This is because we are always told to keep it a secret from others. But why? It is not a disease guys, it’s a normal body function that happens to every woman.

There are still many girls in our country who still use cloth instead of a sanitary napkin. At a medical store, we are given sanitary napkins wrapped in a newspaper and then wrapped in a black polythene bag. And this black polythene as become so synonymous with the sanitary napkin, almost everyone already knows what’s inside it then why make all this effort? Why can't we directly go and ask for a sanitary napkin rather than pointing it out to the medical store’s salesperson silently? Why do people hush us when we say the words "period" or "menstruation"? Why can't we say those words without feeling awkward? Soo many questions right. When I’m saying we must break these taboos, I’m not saying we must go around talking about periods. What all I’m saying is whenever there is a need to address it let the world not hush us and remember guys there is nothing to be ashamed of it.
"}]
If you believe you can die you die just because of your belief and that thought. Wake up because negative thinking might manifest negative life experiences. You tend to make excuses by believing in your pessimistic thoughts. I know its easy to make excuses but dear! Your a winner and a winner never makes excuses.

Your mind is powerful than you think it is. How many times have you been stuck in the mental prison of overthinking for something that really had a simple solution to? How many doors of your life do you think are locked? But in reality, all the doors are open in your life all you have to do is to walk through it. Your life is what you think you should be. If you don't like who you are you should change what you think you should be because what you think is more important than what you do. You can learn and change in the state of misery or you can learn and change in the state of inspiration so, think wisely.

There is this ancient proverb which says "When there is no enemy inside then the enemy outside can do no harm". I know you can't control your mind and am not asking you to do so. Simply remember that you are the ocean and your thoughts are just waves stop getting fluttered every time. Either harness negative thinking or just let your thoughts flow away. Believe it or not, harnessing the power of negative thinking may help you work harder and achieve more. Don't mind the mind. You don't need to control your thoughts just let them flow. Stay as you are and everything will dissolve into its place.
"}]

You want to laugh, you want to feel good about the people that are around you, you want to be happy but instead you wake up in the morning and the negativity hits you again. What is stopping you from all of this? Don't you have enough energy? Don't you have enough money? Is somebody else better than you? Is that what you think? Do you know what is stopping you from all of this?

Its YOU.

You are stopping yourself from being happy, from accepting and loving yourself.

Do you know what all the world's happiest super achievers have in common?

Self acceptance.

It is all about living and enjoying your life's journey but not rating yourself. The real essence of life lies in the acceptance of yourself unconditionally because my friend, there is nobody like you in the world. Whether or not your successful accepting yourself is the key ingredient in the recipe of your life.

Alan watts once said "The real you is what is left in you after you chiseled out all the unwanted characters from yourself and accepting that self of yours is what you need". Just stop judging yourself because dear! you have enough people doing that for you, deal with the negative emotions in you and most importantly stop comparing yourself. Don't grieve for the stuff that you don't have rather be happy with what you possess. Learn to appreciate what you already have because you are one of a kind and your life is absolutely beautiful never give up on it by not accepting who your and what you want to be.
"}]

It has been a matter of some contention to me that I, for the longest time, couldn't come to terms with what exactly I wanted to do with my life. We've all read the literature and the online wisdom surrounding dreams, specifically how to chase them and to never give up. But in true fashion of this cruel phenomenon called life, it obviously is easier said than done. Here's the thing, everyone of us has hopes and dreams, something they wish to achieve with their life come what may, but not many of us have the iron will and the sheer stubbornness when it comes to actually chasing after them.

Fight for your dreams, because it is your right to chase them. Do not give up on your dream at any cost, for only when we achieve transcendence between this world and our personal dream world, we will be at peace with ourselves.

It is a glamorous thought nonetheless, as you dream of yourself chasing after your dream, if you allow yourself the effort to remember yours. For the longest time, I thought I had lost the ability to dream because I did not remember a single one of mine for a long period of time. It was only after I yearned after something that my vivid dreams came back to me, so vivid that it adhered to the laws of physics utterly and completely, making me often believe that it was the truth. There are some dreams that you even remember the smells of, remember the cool breeze that was flowing on your face as you went through it. Such dreams, often, leave you disappointed when you wake up, when you realise that you have to get back to the drudgery of real life instead of staying in that dream world forever.
"}]
I didn't want to wake up. I was having a nice time asleep. It was almost like a reverse nightmare. Because with depression it's like as if there is so much color out there but your mind is all grey. You'll feel good to venture out into the world but the next moment you seem bone weary. It is the absolute need to be busy because if your alone the anxiety hits you again.

We find people fanaticizing the idea of being depressed but trust me it's not what it appears to be because there were days when I used to sit alone and hear people talking about my deprivation and arrogance. I was always covered up with stress and anger which further left me in more pain. There were days when I was all to myself locked up in a room with those tears rolling down my face. it's like as if everybody is moving in their lives but I was right there in that hole of darkness not knowing what to do and how to come out of it.

The older generation never knew what this was and would just get set with a bottle but this is not how my generation is. My generation is a generation of starvation and self-harm. I used to cut myself just to let that fear and anxiety out of me. I never thought I would come to an instant where I felt peace in the most eccentric ways and was so stupid to think that pain to would kill the pain. It was hard to stop myself in breaking down in the crowd. It's harder than you think to fake that smile on your face but what matters was I used to tear down my spirit and was dehumanized by my own thoughts and people those who left me. Until one day there was someone by my side who caught my back and started to help me to come out of my misery. How much ever depressed you are there will always be someone around you to bring you out of it. Am I not asking you to depend on them what am asking you to do is to just explode because that will be the first step for battling depression because it was then I discerned I could build everything which I once lost.

Money has become the only need for human whether to survive or to rule. More than you speak to yourself, money speaks! Freedom or being yourself is everyone's birthright, It has nothing to do with the gender, class, status.

Iron Man first appeared in the year 1963 in the comic tales of suspense. This character faced many critics saying that this character is a copy of the popular DC character batman, as their background story, theme and even the finishing tag lines were sIimilar( ' I am Iron Man' copy of ' 'Because I am batman'). Stan Lee was the script writer for the Iron Man and he wanted the the character to be Genius, playboy, billionaire and philanthropist, he was successful in making the script according to it. Jack Kirby designed the character according to the script and wanted this to be different from the other characters so he changed the basic layout from simple silver to red and gold combination. Later when Marvel sold almost all of its best characters, Kevin Feige realized that the rights of Iron Man were still with MCU, so he decided to start the movie with Jon Favreau as it's director. The main question was the lead role Tony stark. Jon Favreau initially thought of Nicolas cage or Tom Cruise as Tony stark but, both of them were not willing to play a complete C-grade character. The final option director had was Robert Downey Jr. as Jon liked his in the movie" kiss kiss bang bang " as a playboy. Producers were not sure about the collection of the movie as RDJ had a rough history of being a drug addict. But, Jon Favreau was beyond shocked after Watching him as Tony stark because, he felt he was looking at Tony stark not RDJ that he knew. Iron Man came out and gave a kick start to the franchise.
