Everyone likes to play Holi-festival of colours. But,do we really know why we celebrate holi?Well, there are certain beliefs why we celebrate holi.

The first reason, there was a Demon king named ‘Hirankashyapa’ who was a hubris. He did not like his son to worship Lord Vishnu. He wanted his son Prahlada to stop worshipping and accept his father as a Supreme Lord.Prahlada did not obey his father.Vexed by this,Hiranyakashyapa ordered his slaves to burn Prahlada and his sister Holika.Prahlada was saved but, Holika was burnt to ashes. That’s how we get the ritual of ‘Holika Dahan’.

We play Holi with colours. But,did we ever know why we play with colours?.Lord Krishna played a prank with all his gopikas of playing and spraying colours. This act of spraying colours eventually became a part of the Festival.

"Friendship" many people defines the meaning in a different ways. We even listen that having right kind of friends is more important than have friends from elders.

But no one cannot easily judge one in sight, it takes time to judge. Generally some times you may feel one person who can understand and listen to you completely, he is called as the Best Friend (or) Friend.

Generally most of the friends plan for a trip based on the convenience of them, in all ways. Here every step will be like a delicious sweet which you able to sense it. The more you discuss, the long it goes. Not only you will chill out but also you will learn a better quality in each friend.

You will feel a set of friends close to your heart, because you completely feel them as "My Friends" from the bottom of your heart. You will never allow any other person to talk rubbish on them.

I have seen a batch of students who go out and have a good time and memories, here you need to seen that there is no discrimination or difference between them. I wonder and asked to them,"how do you manage the time to go like that". They replied me that,"We know one or two will be engaged in some works, but when the point comes to us about trip or plan to work, we will fix up a date manage other works and will go for it. Because when we get life after studies no one will be free to manage at-least things, we will be under some one. So its better to do all now as we cannot promise for future". I felt really very great by hearing their words. I wish them "nothing disturbs your friendship and gang in future also, all the best".

I don't know how long you will remember the functions you attended or the speeches you gave in your life, but you will not forget a trip with your friends.

A small message the "society will support you if you are successful in all aspects by the friendship, its not basis for chill out but its the base for your behavior and success".

I wish all the success to everyone. Do remember the happy moments happened in your life this will give a positive energy to be successful.

"It all started with the sewage pipeline in my house getting blocked. As I couldn’t figure out the problem, I contacted XYZ sewage cleaning services to fix the issue. They mentioned it would take a couple of hours to visit, as all their labours were busy. Even though I wanted this problem to be solved right away, I had no option but to wait. Finally, the sewage tanker arrived, after waiting for a tiresome and annoying three hours of time. Initially, I was relaxed as the labour men will be solving the trouble in no time but, the next image I saw took me into a deep level of confusion.

Two children got down from the tanker along with the tanker. When I asked the driver where are the labours he pointed out the boys and it trembled me literally. I truly never wanted the children to step inside the drainage but at the same time, I also didn’t want my old parents and children to suffer more without toilets. As the children got into the sewage, I was extremely surprised to see them cleaning the filthy, foul-smelling waste like an experienced professional without any hesitation. Witnessing this picture I realised that they have been doing this work for a longer time.

Child labour has never been a particularly pretty part of society, but due to poverty, the practice became even uglier than its earlier incarnations. Children were often put in dangerous jobs and paid menial wages. Later, I came to know that the children are from Indiramma Nagar, Hyderabad. Due to a guilty feel and curiosity to meet those children, I visited the slums of Indiramma Nagar. There was very little land available for all the people living out there in huts and streets. When I met the mother of those two children, a house cleaning maid, I came to know that her husband, Mr Z died while fixing an electric line. In order to run the family, the mother didn't have any option but to send her children to work. The saddest part was that she never realised that her family deserves a compensation from the private company for which her husband worked and died. So, I decided to help their family and reached out the related firm claiming the recompense.

But the statement was given by the officials of the firm completely jarred me. They mentioned that there was never an electrician in the name of Mr Z worked for their company. Also, they had the list of enroled employees in their record books as an evidence. Later, I came to know that the private company doesn’t provide any valid ID’s for their low-level workers and pay them poor wages. Unfortunately, half of the men from that slum were doing household works such as carpentry, plumbing etc., for that concern. Initially, I thought to help those children by providing education but later all these things struck my heart and I realised that would not be an enduring answer.

That was the moment I decided to fix these problems with a permanent solution. That solution was Clik2Fix. Clik2fix’s main motto was to form a group of talented labours mainly from the poverty line and paying them right wages, providing quality and satisfactory customer services utilising the talent of our technicians and eliminating child labour.

Being a single man I gathered a set of skilled labours from Indiramma Nagar and assured to pay them justified salaries demanding commitment and hard work in return. Currently, household workers and technicians from Indiramma Nagar working under Clik2fix have a credible identity and they receive righteous remuneration which helps their children to attend schools.

Now, by serving more than 5000 customers with commitment and customer centric approach in various metropolitan cities, we are in the process of achieving our goal and now due to our stupendous efforts, Clik2fix is termed in various venues as game-changing and revolutionary"

Here my each step indicates my 1 year life. By the first sentence you might have got an idea what I am going to say about, if not it’s about my 4 years B.Tech life.

My first step started on the date 08-10-2012 i.e., my orientation day. All the students and Parents are in the indoor stadium. Students took audience position in the Indoor Stadium and the parents sat on the chairs laid on the ground. I still remember the speaker & his speech and some more important guests gave their valuable wording for us. I do remember my first class M1, my first day lecture classes went by introducing to the class. Every day we will experience new situations, later all students habituated to act spontaneously according to the situation. “ROBOMENIA – 2K12” this is the first workshop I have attended in the college and secured 4th place among 40 teams.

Our college has planned for the training for our first years for 3days, these are the wonderful days which cultivated some good qualities in me and gave a support for my development. I am still in touch with some trainers. Later I got a chance to work as a volunteer under “Training & Placement” by undergoing a process of screening similar to a recruitment process. In a very short time my first year flashed to the end, but I do have a lot of memories which makes me smile even today. The last day we celebrated with a dress code by taking photographs in the classroom and did some cultural type activities. Our end exams got over with some tough time in between, this ends my 1st step.

My second year started by after a pushkaraa holidays (12 days holidays after the end exams got over). We Mechanical Engineering student has shifted to our Dept building, where in first year all students of different branches in different, used to sit in lecture hall of Admin Block. On that day our lecturers welcomed us to second year. In the 2-1 my core subjects have started which boostedup the students’ interest in subjects. After some days ‘the History repeats’ in students’ interest towards the subjects. At that time there was a call for applications to work as a “Training & Placements Member”, here you may understand the difference between volunteer and member. Again I have undergone all the processes like written test, GD, and Interview with others, though there is lot of short listing in every round I have cleared all the rounds and entered into T&P. Firstly I worked as a volunteer for the TCS drive in our college, learnt some important aspects from seniors who are attending the drive. I think really good to see the interview in the 2nd year starting though we can’t learn more.

I have managed my studies and attendance along with other works and extracurricular activities. In 2-2, my first presentation officially on”3D Printing” in IITM which gave me a different experience from normal aspects in the college. The paper presentation went so cool after 7min it’s their time for questions, I answered to the almost all except one or two of posted. The second year came to an end by the exams. This ends my 2nd step.

Now the holidays I was in search of internship but I didn’t found any positive sign, so I gone to my cousins showroom in HYD and learnt some repair work, customer perception, etc.,, Though I did it for only one week it gave me a lot of information and guidance.

txt
rich_1458805526547

My third year has started after 2 months, 3-1 regular classes has started with some new, interesting and confusing subjects. I have taken lead for some drives and made successful coordination work. I and my friends used to chill in the lunch breaks. Labs are there every year but this time it’s made some of them scared, usually this happens with most of the engineering students. This semester I went NIT Warangal to give a paper presentation on “Flexible Manufacturing System”, where this time my expectations didn’t matches with the actual scenario there. But I enjoyed a lot by visiting different places nearby and the “VJ Night” on the last day evening made us to dance like small kid jumps up & down for the music beat. In the 3-2 i met with two different situations, 1) My first interview for the INDIAN ARMY as UES. I coordinated the drive and also attended the drive, where I was through for second phase of selection process. It was a wonderful experience to meet people them who are in Major, Cornel rank. 2) I took lead for “BRAINWRECK-2K15”. Actually it’s a intra college fest exclusively for 1st year students’, it is a challenging task for me as I didn’t followed the regular events which carried every year. My team helped me a lot in scrutinizing the events because of which I convinced lecturers and heads of 1st year and approved form principal. I even took suggestions from my juniors’ who got selected as members next to us. Next the task with me is sponsorship I have reached to some companies in which Skyfi labs and Sunteck corp. came forward to help. I and my team completed it with flying colors. Later our exams schedule came back to warn us to prepare for it. My 3rd step ends here

In the summer I went for GATE couching to ACE institute, though the timings are tough but we are habituated for that in a short time.

My fourth step has started with some serous works in order to get Placement as early as possible. Though our college gave a eminent training for getting placement, but a bit of additional push made by all the students. In the month of Aug 2015 TCS visited our campus, where I tried my best in all the rounds. Finally the results came out and I got selected for it. Most of my friends are also got selected. Later within a short time the other friends also got selected. This made a happy moment in our life.

In the 4-2 we have classes weekly 3 days only, you may feel it sounds good but its not good for us. It makes all the students of 4th years little bit bored at homes. On one day I met Sricharan Lakaraju sir again back in my college for a guest lecture, whom I met in my first year and got good complements from him. I was in touch through fb, but he can’t recognize me as I talked less times and talks to most of the students’. Stumagz is a very good platform for the students in GPREC to grow up. The last day in the college 18-03-2016 I felt bit sad, but i myself convinced that I can meet all the friends through other sources or directly if possible. My 4th step didn’t end because I need to complete my exams.

There are lot of happy and sad thing in my 4year B.Tech Life but I cannot explain all, if I do it it will become a book.

I feel blessed as I got seat here in GPREC which changed my life into a good track and made me learn lot of things and discipline.

EAMCET COUNSELLING! Point of time in my life where I had to select a college on my rank basis. As I got good rank in Eamcet, I had many chances to get a good college. Finally I joined CVSR College of ENGINEERING. I travelled, I came, I myself went round the college, noticed many things, I saw on my left and right, there was no one beside me. Yeah! I came alone, not even with my father on the first day. Yeah! Iam very independent. When I was taking stairs, on the way to my class which was on 3rd floor, I saw Library on my left and English laboratory on my right. But I was not really feeling how good the library is and how good its infrastructure is. I was actually seeing a beautiful girl sitting and reading at a corner :-P

txt
rich_1458721176333

I attended classes regularly. For one month of time, it was like a seesaw, where I felt ups and downs in my life. Going to college, coming back to room, gaming, eating, sleeping, this is what I’ve done for the first one month. I did not understand why I was there in the college, why did I leave my parents and staying here and facing a troublesome life. But, I gained plenty of recognition for my efforts when I joined National Service Scheme. I attended NSS camps and I felt worthy joining it. When there was no one beside me, I found someone with whom I could pass my time, with whom I could share things, with whom I could be like ME. Jus ME. No acting and no dramas. We used to fight daily at least for ten times not even bothering about people who watch us. But even though we fought, we came close to each other during exams. We divided topics, we studied harder, we explained each other what we studied in particular time what we called it as our Target time.

txt
rich_1458721216556

She’s so called as my Study Partner. I used to wait for exams just to spend good time with her. In this way, all my semesters went well. There was no issue about my academics. But slowly everything changed. There were many reasons to change and I found her not very serious about her academics. But the thing I hate the most about myself is, Planning everything to study as soon as my semester starts, but ending up studying only before my exams. The thing that made me so happy in this past three years is when I felt that I have good leadership skills. I co-ordinated very well during AAGAMA 2K16. There are many people in my life but there will be only some people whom we really love to spend our time with. There are about five people like what I mentioned now. It was, It is, and It will be happy always, to be with them.

txt
rich_1458721252403

There’s only one more year left. I’m struggling through two types of thoughts. One is, When I think of my friends, fun etc I don’t want this college life to end. Secondly, When I think of how long should I live with my books, studies, etc I soon want to get settled in my life.
"}]
