Happiness is life's most cherished goal. Happiness is the goal that makes other life goals like success, prosperity and relationships feel meaningful and enjoyable. Everyone in the world says that a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world: someone to love, something to do and something to hope for. But the most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy - it's all that matters. You can't protect yourself from sadness without enjoying the happiness. Happiness comes from peace, will power and memories. To be happy in life you must follow some crucial steps : 1)Be with others who make you smile 2)Hold on to your values 3)Accept the good 4)Imagine the best 5)Do things you love 6)Find purpose 7)Listen to your heart 8)Push yourself, not others 9)Be open to change and 10)Bask in the simple pleasures."BE BRAVE AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF , THEN YOU WILL BE THE MOST HAPPIEST PERSON EVER."

txt
"Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place but far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.”

There is something powerful within you. It is as small as a little flame but it can start a forest fire. And that is nothing but your tongue your words.

Even if you are the kind of person who doesn't like to socialize much, you still talk to someone or the other who is close to you. So, one might wonder, "Yes, I talk. What's the big deal about it?" Our speech itself is a big deal. What we speak and how we speak are very important. One sentence, sometimes even a word, is enough to build or break a person or a relationship.

People usually believe that 'whatever you do, good or bad, it comes back to you.' Similarly, we can say that 'whatever you say, good or bad, it comes back to you.' If you keep talking about bad things happening to you, they surely will.

On a daily basis, we all utter some 'not so good' stuff. The bad that we speak about ourselves for sure will take form some or the other day. Just give it a thought; isn't it true that when something bad happens to us, we tend to lose control over what we say? It might appear like we are speaking out if dismay, but that is not necessary. We are better off staying calm rather than just putting our negative thoughts into words. If your current situation is projecting bad thoughts in your mind, say no to it, try to overcome it. Control your thoughts, think positive and speak positive things. This allows only the 'good vibes' to be around us.

Let us now think about the way we talk. Besides a healthy mindset, it is equally important to maintain healthy relations. Proper and good communication is the key to a happy relationship, either with friends, family or even the people in a position higher than yours. Most of the time, the reason for a fight or an argument between loved ones is a misunderstanding, and that again brings us back to the point of proper communication.

Speak up, open your heart up and tell the other person what you feel, if you felt bad because of something they said to you, just tell them. If you don't like whatever the other person is saying to you or if you disagree with their opinion about something, instead of getting angry try speaking your mind out in a calm, gentle manner. Be clear in your communication at all times. Doing so will keep you calm as well as strengthen your relationship with the people around you.

So, from now on, think positive, speak positive, stay positive.
"}]

In a scenario where many people just complain about the lack of cleanliness in public spaces without bothering to do anything about it, Earthlings is a city based voluntary NGO that not only cleans places up but also ‘adorns’ different spots in the city. This, is in addition to performing various other activities related to protecting the environment as Earthlings is an environmental protection organisation.

How does the cleaning up spaces fit into environmental protection, one might ask and Earthlings’ founder Sriram’s answer to this is, “Cleaning up a place is the easiest way to get someone’s attention. When people see us working so hard, they tend to stop throwing trash there. Also, cleaning up a place enables tree plantation. This is why we feel it fits into our agenda.”

Started by Sriram Arumilli and Gowtham Reddy in 2016, the NGO now has a network of over 200 volunteers in Hyderabad and Chennai and over the last two years, they have done several activities in these two cities, from tree plantation drives to clean up drives and more. The story behind its inception is interesting, as Sriram explains, “When I was a student, I saw a tree being chopped down and I realised there should be someone to protect them. I did some research and ended up working for an NGO called The Green Nest. It shut down later because they had some issues with registration. That experience motivated me to start an organisation of my own and that’s how Earthlings was born.”

They started beautifying various spots in the city by cleaning them up and painting them beautifully and they called this program - Adorn Hyderabad. “Under this program, we cleaned up and beautified several places in the city. Doing this sends a clear message to people that it is up to us to maintain our own city,” shares Sriram.

A key activity of theirs is when they team up with major events like marathons and more as a Go Green partner. Under this, they clean up the trash generated at the event and sort it and send it off to recycling/dump yard accordingly. “People would be surprised to know the amount of trash each of these massive events generate. We put volunteers across the route at a marathon and these volunteers collect all the trash. After this, we sort it properly and whatever can be recycled, is sent for recycling. There was one marathon where we handled about 8 tonnes of trash,” explains Sriram, whose organisation also partnered up with the recent Airtel Hyderabad Marathon, where they handled about 2 tonnes of trash.

With a volunteer base comprising of students and working professionals in equal numbers, the NGO now does a minimum of two activities every month and as of now, it is completely funded by volunteers’ donations. They are now planning on heading to schools to conduct workshops on environmental awareness and more, to ensure the future generation is rightly aware.
"}]

The practice is the battle you must win.

From a studious child sitting at home reading books all the time to a person going to ground and never liked to get back to home started when I was in my 6th standard says Mohammed Mustaffa, an Ece student from CMRCET.

He grew up playing cricket and all other sports but football was his favourite one among all. The family was his greatest strength as his parents always encouraged him to play sports, unlike others who would impose only to focus on studies to their children. His father was a sportsperson and so he encouraged his child to play sports right from the schooling. He strongly believed that every child must have an equal share and exposure to both education as well as co-curricular.

Now, as he enjoyed playing sports he made it a part and parcel of his life. He actually wanted to stay fit and healthy for which sports were his matter of choice. As he was getting older his love for football grew even stronger. He is a very successful sportsperson now who can play any sport with ease and perfection.

His favourite quote and motivation that made him a football champ today is "Football is like life, it requires perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication''.

Though he had an adequate capability of winning the competitions conducted in sports he never had a way or a proper path to get through them. But our college provided him many great opportunities to prove his worth. So, in his 1st year of graduation, the team of his were the winners of football, where he played a great role in the reason behind their success.

Also, they were the winners of the most prestigious football championship held by the Arena One(The Youth Fest), Sakshi.

At last, he concludes saying that my father is my greatest source of inspiration and I'll make him proud one day by achieving the goal of how successful he wanted to see me in the future.
