People usually have fun being sarcastic, they make fun of others a lot and at times this may even cross the limits there by making the targeted individual to feel bad/ pity himself.... and this has another name called "bullying". Sarcasm is fine when it is shown in a positive way and let out at the right situation in a right way. But when the situation is dire and you are being sarcastic it would only stir up the tension.

Now when we consider the reasons why humans tend to be sarcastic at times, Oscar Wilde Stated "sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, but the highest form of intelligence," and that is because understanding sarcasm is what defines your intelligence.... understanding aside, expressing sarcasm involves intelligence of a person. Its like his/her capability of making a sarcastic statement that would puzzle the brains of the listener..

But is it really good to "go ahead be sarcastic all the time", as i have stated before its upto the brains of the listener to get the sarcasm obviously, its dependent. So how do we make sure that we are on the right track and how do we make sure that we are able to comprehend what exactly the sarcastic individual wanted to express.

The solution is quite simple! We have to take it based on our opinion about the person first then think about how their expression is displayed which would show their mood. Mood reading is a lot easier when people express it on their face, so with good practice we can even understand the mood of the person who has absolutely no expressions on his face. "Sarcasm makes us more creative" this statement is backed up by thorough research... I agree since we create some instance out of the available situations which makes it more creative. If you want to get better at understanding people or having trouble in letting out anger! Sarcasm can be a solution for it!

Comment below if you face any problem! It's worth discussing..

Painting is an art of imprinting our imagination or a visual on a canvas using colours(paints). The paint brush in between the fingers forms the bridge between our ideas and piece of work.To be precise, painting is the reflection of our thoughts and feelings which is a blend of hues. The silent art that speaks the most about our ideas forms the paradoxical characteristic of this art.

The analogy that our life holds with painting is as follows. Our life a brand new canvas and our actions are the strokes that fill the so called life's canvas. We are re-born every moment. The second which is gone is gone forever. So are we of the past.Once the brush touches the canvas giving it a gentle stroke, it can be modified to add glory to the work or might be the other way round. But once the stroke is done, it is done!

The basic set of colours are all same for everyone. It all depends on the self as to which colours are to be blended to give the desired shades. We have one and only one chance to create the masterpiece.Have the courage to add as many colours and caresses to the painting. For , a colourless and a pale work does not account for the masterpiece.

Painting is an ancient art that made people write the history. For instance, Leonardo da Vinci- the great artist who is famous for Monalisa painting which is known to nuke and corner of the world for its elegancy.

The art has the power to convey the message that the words at times cannot.Such is the power of this fine art that makes it globally popular and one of it's kind.

An idea of your choice, love for your choice, the courage not to let go and perseverance , all together create a masterpiece of your own!

Let me pose a question , do you really possess individuality in you, which student of your age should have? if your answer is yes, then that's good and i recommend you to maintain it. In case if your answer is "No", then let me tell you that you are going to lose something.someone who does not possess individuality depends on others to do their actions according to others judgement.

Think about the purpose of your life, if you don't make your own decisions; if there is a competition going on in your college and you want to participate in it but your friend is not interested, you take a back step. In this case, it's not you who changed your decision , it is your friend.

Here in India , right from childhood every decision is taken by our parents on behalf of us. In other words i can say that we are habituated to spoon feeding. Where as in foreign countries , children are left to determine their own future. Either it be about a toy they want to play with or a course they want to join in, it is entirely up to them. For instance, i have an eight year old cousin who lives in America. when she came to visit India, I happened to observe how independent she was for someone her age. It make me conclude that the individuality to which she was exposed to was the reason for her maturity.

As swami Vivekananda said " when the lotus opens the bees comes of their own accord to seek honey; so let the lotus of your character be full blown and the results will follow." Open up your mind, think by yourself, never wait for someone's initiation, this is the key to success.

By this a doubt may arise in your heads, what if my decision leads me to wrong path? So friends, I have an answer for that too. Lord Srikrishna says in Bhagavadgita that " you have to make yourself. Never underestimate yourself and your mind is your best friend and worst enemy too."

Be independent and positively evaluate yourself to become a better individual.
"}]
The bells dings on and you stare at your exam paper in absolute bewilderment, you had studied everything for the exams, yet, nothing comes to you. There is a lack of words to express what you have in mind, and you know the paper is about to be taken and... You wake up. The recurring nightmare is a regular part of any student's life at some point or the other, concerning certain subjects they look at with disdain. On the forefront, exams are going to be a part of our lives for a long time. No matter what we try to establish a career in, the repeated questioning, the interviews all have to be a part of our daily lives. This is like that one sock pair that you have to wash or else your hostel room becomes uninhabitable but, you know that the washing is going to take everything out of you. Well, I am no expert, and I fear exams just like you do, but, for today, let me give you some tips about exams.

First of all, your course and the syllabi matters. I often look at my course and build my basics before a semester begins or before a class. I make some notes about the doubts I have about certain parts and I have found that certain steps are necessary in order to give a good exam.

1. First, check out your course, what is the hardest part, what part interests you the most, how would you like to structure your timetable. I usually create more base in the issues I find hard, read extensively in interesting topics (that I might work on in the future), and for subjects that are easy but, I find boring, I try to create a framework. Now, for the hardest subjects. Ask yourself, why do you find it hard. If there is Mathematics related, one thing that would help is extensive practise. Go ahead and find material (MIT Open course ware, hosts several innovative lectures on most subjects, as do Stanford and Yale) and try solving the textbooks. Ask questions and raise doubts as you go through this material, and make a list of these questions. These are questions you will investigate afterwards.

For example – Cell Signalling is one of the most crucial and hardest parts for me and I always have doubts in molecular mechanisms, however, NCBI always has papers that can answer my questions, as does reddit's community

2. Summarise your reading experiences, try and find common bases among your subjects. Find your own sweet spot for this. For whatever course you follow, there must be a basal topic you find interesting, now, most of our topics in our curricula correlate with each other, and create greater sceneries. Try to find the relations and exploit them to create a better mapping. Read and read. But, first start with the basic books. You will always find concise Notes to read at the end of semesters, but, first focus on books written in lucid language that will help your learning process.

3. If your subject is fact based only, try and remember facts using highlights and using other mechanisms, this is an age old tricks, using highlighters to illustrate the points that you need to remember. Write down the facts that are essential.

4. Lastly, be regular enough. It is easy to take breaks, and run away from the stress of the exams, but, try and come back to the spaces and read on at least twice or thrice a week. Establishing a routine isn't as important as regularity in this matter is. If you face depression, change up the matter, what video tutorials, and check out more extensive materials that interest you but, sit down and give some hours nevertheless

Finally though, this is just the beginning. Exams are hard, I study regularly and I am scared about the internals, but, you see, there is a fun in learning too. You need to access that. I will be back with certain techniques that you can use to make your reading better, right now though, concentrate on these points. And if you don't succeed in the first go, try and keep trying.
"}]
"On a scale of garden salad to eight inch double cheese pizza, how much do you love your body?

I decided to write this for every girl who could possibly read it after coming across a few pictures on my instagram explore feed which apparently implied "loving your body" by some "curvy" girls but ended up conveying the archetype of the conventional society and the norms this society has woven around the entire idea of "beauty".

Lately, a post popped up on my explore feed with a caption like "Bones are for dogs, real men prefer curves." (seriously girl? blame my overthinking for it but I found this sad.)

Here's two things I believe every girl should be knowing.

Firstly, I am really glad that you love your body and embrace yourself along with those few extra pounds or the skinny arms or the few stray hairs but just like you embrace those so called 'imperfections', there are innumerable others out there who are still fighting the insecurities they foster towards their bodies and are learning to love themselves. You need to know that the fact that you're curvy does not make skinny girls any less prettier. And that chubby friend of yours does not need to starve herself to be a thin-y like you. Also, I hope that you already know that making fun of that late bloomer friend because she hasn't grown busty enough to be considered "hot" is not cool. Don't flaunt your love for yourself at the cost of others because in such ways while you're telling the world that you don't care about those flabs you're also telling them that the thinner girls are nothing but bones or silicon dolls.

Loving oneself is the best thing to do, but showing others down in the process is just foolish. Hasn't it always been about empowering women others along with yourself?

Secondly, and more importantly, Who-the-hell's mom tells them that it's nice being plus sized "because boys like that booty"? Isn't it high time that girls realize that validation from the male humans around is not required to recognize themselves as beautiful and lovable? I have many friends who don't believe that they're beautiful when I tell them because they haven't been approached by men. And sadly when I come across such things on the internet I feel that my friends' thinking is legit when it comes to the importance of men's opinion about the women's bodies because that's what is being conveyed to them from all around. It's like the entire internet shouting to them on the top of it's voice, "Go find a man who is attracted to you, else hate yourself!" It's always nice being told that you're pretty or that dress looks great on you but it's not the end of life if that doesn't come from a man.

Also, looks are impermanent and so would be the presence of someone who cares only about appearances. It just needs the right person to appreciate the beautiful soul that lives in that body to automatically appreciate that body as well and even if that someone doesn't come along you already have you to love yourself.

So, it doesn't matter what shape, size, colour or figure your body has, love it because 'there is no such thing as a "perfect" body.'

Also, call me narcissistic but after writing all this, on that scale I give myself a double cheese pizza with extra toppings (and a coke as well, maybe?).
"}]
Walt Whitman once said “Be not ashamed women, you are the gates of the body, and you are the gates of the soul.” This simple thought statuses that a woman is far more worthy than what is recognized of her. Equality means treating everyone equally regardless of their colour, age, gender, and disability. However, that hasn’t been the case for women.

No matter where you are in the world, women are believed to be inferior than men. It is often said not to judge a book by its cover yet society feels that is rather acceptable to perceive a woman based on her attire rather than her aptitude and ability to think. Women are often considered weak and incapable of working efficiently contrary to science, which has proven time to time that the brain and skill of a woman is no less intelligent or capable than a man’s.

A woman’s appearance especially happens to play a key role in how society looks at her. For instance, if a woman was to walk down the street wearing a short skirt, she would instantaneously be considered as improper or, in some cases, be entitled as provocative by the opposite gender. Though, it is supposedly okay for male counterparts to flaunt their bare bodies nevertheless be judged, merely of the fact that they take higher order in a society in which men are still the 'strongest gender'.
Times are changing, but many people refuse to change with it. After decades of fighting for equality and women empowerment, it is upsetting to see that this is still an ongoing issue in such a broad-minded era. Women deserve to live in a place where they are free from wrong judgement in the same light as men tend to be.
"}]

Dancing is tapping one's foot to a rhythm or beat.It is a medium to express one's feelings and emotions. If someone feels happy, he/she dances. If someone is raging with fire, he/she dances. There are many dance forms that express various emotions differently. To name a few, Kuchipudi,Bharathanatyam,Odissi and Kathak. Dancing as a fine art stresses more on the expression of the feelings in a specific style. Kathakali is a dance form where the emotions are carried to the audience by the gestures of eyes. Bharathanatyam is another form in which the famous posture of bent legs symbolizes the ancient art. They are generally performed in temples as a gesture of spiritual offerings or in the courtyards of rulers for entertainment. More than the idea, it is the feel that makes the dance more sensitive and expressive.

If a particular dance form is considered, there are different rhythms for which dancers perform. So do one's life. We come across various situations in which we react accordingly, not the same always! But, it is very important to follow the rhythm and beat of the music playing around. Neither too fast should one make the move, nor too slow. It is the intensity and timing which makes a dancer, a 'dancer'. The reflexes that we make towards the life are governed by this philosophy.

An art of dancing keeps our mind and heart in control. The emotions boiling within for which dancing forms a path erupt like a dreadful lava from the volcano which slowly cools down as it flows down after the eruption. It clears our mind from the stress of emotions by which peace can be restored into our lives.

It says"break the glass full of emotions and feelings; Let the pieces shatter; Start all over again!!!!!"
"}]
3D-PRINTING:3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object.

HOW DOES 3D-PRINTING WORKS:It all starts with making a virtual design of the object you want to create. This virtual design is for instance a CAD (Computer Aided Design) file. This CAD file is created using a 3D modeling application or with a 3D scanner (to copy an existing object). A 3D scanner can make a 3D digital copy of an object.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF 3D-PRINTING TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES:Not all 3D printers use the same technology. There are several ways to print and all those available are additive, differing mainly in the way layers are build to create the final object.
Some methods use melting or softening material to produce the layers. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) are the most common technologies using this way of 3D printing. Another method is when we talk about curing a photo-reactive resin with a UV laser or another similar power source one layer at a time. The most common technology using this method is called Stereolithography (SLA).

MATERIAL EXTRUSION:The most commonly used technology in this process is Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

EXAMPLES AND APPLICATIONS OF 3D-PRINTING:Applications include rapid prototyping, architectural scale models & maquettes, healthcare (3D printed prosthetics and 3D printing with human tissue) and entertainment (e.g. movie props).

Other examples of 3D printing would include reconstructing fossils in paleontology, replicating ancient artifacts in archaeology, reconstructing bones and body parts in forensic pathology and reconstructing heavily damaged evidence acquired from crime scene investigations.

FUTURE:It is predicted by some additive manufacturing advocates that this technological development will change the nature of commerce, because end users will be able to do much of their own manufacturing rather than engaging in trade to buy products from other people and corporations.

3D printers capable of outputting in colour and multiple materials already exist and will continue to improve to a point where functional products will be able to be output. With effects on energy use, waste reduction, customization, product availability, medicine, art, construction and sciences, 3D printing will change the manufacturing world as we know it.

If you’re interested in more future predictions regarding 3D printing, check out The Future Of Open Fabrication.

3D-MARKETPLACES:If you don’t have the skills to design your own 3D models, you can still print some very nice objects. 3D marketplaces such as Pinshape and CGTrader contain 3D model files you can download for a small charge or for free.

Unmanned aerial vehicles or more commonly known as drones, can be defined as aircrafts capable of sustaining flight without a human on board to control the motor functions. These drones can exist from the palm sized minibots, to the 7 foot Predator drones armed with weapons of mass destruction. UAVs have the capability of overtaking manned aircraft in warzones, reconnaissance missions, surveillance, mapping and pizza delivery. I’m guessing they do use the B-21 to do deliveries.

Thanks to Smartphones, and Wii controllers and other consumer electronics, we have all the necessary elements to create a Drone. Sensors, wireless, GPS, processors, cameras, everything that’s the Smartphone revolution has basically made the technologies cheap and available and this has just happened over the past four or five years. This technological emergence has led to the creation of online ‘personal drone’communities, dedicated to open-source drone research and development. Many of these hobby forums have evolved into commercial businesses, as crowd sourcing accelerates the already dynamic pace of innovation.

Military UAVs are usually operated from the back of a Walter White type trailer, but the tech is a bit more advanced than that. These command centers are usually stationed in highly restricted barracks, sealed from the inside and out to prevent unwanted interventions. These drones can take off from a small strip of tarmac or just be equipped with vertical take off. This makes them very suitable in conflict areas to acquire information on nearby hostilities or engage in head on cross fire with little or no consequence of human loss. One thing i'd like to make abundantly clear is that drones will in no way replace our fighter jets completely in the future. Many experts believe their biggest achievements can come working alongside human piloted aircrafts.

Who is responsible for targeted killings by drones? Although the operators of remote-controlled weapons systems such as drones may be far from the battlefield, they still run the weapon system, identify the target and fire the missiles. They generally operate under responsible command; therefore, under international humanitarian law, drone operators and their chain of command are accountable for what happens. The fact of their being thousands of kilometres away from the battlefield does not absolve drone operators and their chain of command of their responsibilities and taking all necessary precautions in attack.
It is not only the targets that are affected by these drone attacks but the operators too are subject to real time psychological impact of hovering above a place for hours or days on end. . What exactly is the level of stress induced by drones? What are the effects of their constant presence in the skies on the mental health of the people living in areas below?

First-hand information is not always available, especially when drones are used in areas where security constraints make it difficult to conduct an independent and thorough evaluation of their impact. In places where we are able to collect information, we try to raise the issue, along with other human concerns, the authorities a view to reducing human suffering.

The legality of drones however is a much more engaging topic with a lot of factors to consider. The answer depends on which body of law applies in each particular case, and therefore which rules have to be followed. It is crucial that each situation be considered case by case basis rather than painting the entire group with the same brush. In many cases. The Red Cross takes a case-by-case approach in determining which body of law is applicable to which situation of violence and, consequently, which rules have to be followed.
Apart from being killer robots with a human overseeing it, UAVs can be very effective in other fields aswell as stated earlier.

1) Journalism

Video and pictures captured from drones have improved the industry for good. The capability of these drones to hover stable in deep cuts and high altitudes has supplied immense footage previously difficult to obtain.

2) Humanitarian

There have been instances of medical first aid or flood and famine relief being supplied to victims with the help of drones as it reduces the time required to plan and execute. Medical help could be attached to the drone body allowing a safe transport, along with sanitary assurance.

3) Mapping and GPS

Various private and state owned bodies have been using the advanced camera and sensor abilities of drones to map hostile areas and predict dangerous weather over terrains previously considered untraceable.

4) Agriculture

Heat sensing from these drones can help in isolating bad or infected crop, with the added advantage of surveillance over estate and flock.

UAVs are open for interpretation in terms of their legality, accountability and proportionality. Although military uses of these drones are confidential and covert in most cases, they only account for a small part of the appeal. A much larger attraction is the ability of these drones to be personal play things or for the photography geeks to get those amazing angles. Drones are not perfect, but more research and development will only improve its reliability and account for malfunctions.
