[{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1643649211987","data":"By - Lakshith Janga <\/p>Have you ever wondered or got a chance to know about the student\u2019s perspective,\nwho were placed to the top most Mnc\u2019s by our college?\nSo recently, I got the opportunity to have a talk with one of my senior who got placed in the company named as \u201cSureify\u201d. So far, he is the only one who got placed in that company securing a package of 9.6 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) which is as of now the highest in my college. He genuinely was surprised at first but later he was happy that it turned out just as he planned. He mentioned that he\ntried in more than 5 companies out of which one was Infosys and expected a minimum of 5 LPA. He shared his feelings and about how his family reacted. Then I got into the main topic, that is about how he managed to get into the company and what were the eligibility criteria. He mentioned that the company had one test in which they tested his thinking capability and how fast one reacts to the given questions. It is also the elimination round, that is, if you mess up in this round you get eliminated and you lose the chance to get into the company. He luckily got it in the first go and mentioned that the people who were selected are interviewed one by one. According to him, his interview went pretty smooth and he gave a good first impression. <\/p>The other companies had their own\nprocesses based on the level in which they stand and he also said that he got a call from another company saying he was hired but with a lower package of 4.5 LPA. He obviously chose Sureify because\nit had a better working environment with a good salary. He seemed to be dissatisfied about the placements that the college was getting and suggested some points for the students so that they may use it to get better placements.\nImprove Your College Profile:\nTo get an advantage over your competitors, you must provide a superior option. Half of the systems are expected to arrive. You must define goals, use the most recent innovations, and manage relationships; you must keep up with the most recent developments in specific industries around the world.<\/p>\u25cf Your leaflet design should be professional, and the content should be concise and to\nmarket your previous placement records. If there aren't any, consider a section of the\ngraduating class who are in prominent positions or even staff members who have worked in the business.<\/p> \u25cf Student and Staff Scholarly Records: Organizations look for scholarly records from\nstudents and employees. <\/p>\u25cf Include distinctions that your school has received in your biography of teachers and\ninstructors who have a strong academic or possibly industry background. If your school's\nfoundation is something to be proud of, include it on your website and in your marketing materials.\nTraining:\nThis is one of the most important aspects of getting a job on campus. You must have students who have been trained. Gone are the days when companies would sign up based solely on a bending test, GD, and individual meeting. That is basic; understudies have the opportunity to do so; but, as a college\nor student, you should prepare for the most recent innovations, such as IoT, AI, AR, and Blockchain, which are all on the horizon.\nThis is one of the most crucial perspectives for improving your position records. Few institutions start their preparation in the final year; nonetheless, we would recommend schools that start in the first year. Subjects related to industry experience should be the focus of your preparation.\nOrganizations are no longer looking for scholastic excellence, physical fitness, or gathering dialogue. They are, without a doubt, the cornerstone of a meeting, but an ever-increasing number of\nbusinesses are looking at how well your understudies are prepared to function in a field. Your planning should be focused on the real issue and what the company now demands. <\/p>For a model, software engineering understudies should focus their preparation on programming\ndialects such as Java and Net, the two most well-known programming dialects. Android and ObjectiveC, or, in other words, the ability to construct iPhone applications, are also gaining a lot of traction. Having your students prepared for this will set your college apart from the competition and offer you a distinct advantage.\nThese were the main points he suggested for the students to follow and also said that this might help us get a better package in a well known company. This was the end of my interview and I personally learned that we should not just focus on one particular company but also try for other\ncompanies and opt for the best and suitable job one prefers for himself\/herself.<\/p>"}]
