Entrepreneurship is recognized as an important catalyst of economic growth of a country. Even the government has recognized the importance of entrepreneurship and has introduced programs like "Make in India" and "Start-up India".
The aim of entrepreneurship development cell (EDC) at HITAM, is to develop and strengthen entrepreneurial qualities in the budding students and nurture talented young minds with a vision who are interested in starting their startups.
The college provides infrastructure and support to the students who are having innovative ideas. The EDC cell also assists the students with mentoring, planning and executing their startup ideas into a real business. Students are groomed with necessary inputs on how to be a successful entrepreneur through workshops and events conducted by eminent people from the industry.
HITAM encourages the students to consider self-employment as a career option by providing training in entrepreneurship skills through activities, events, and workshops to train and motivate the students.
There is an event called "Startup Battle" which was initiated by one of the Hitamites. The event is to bring new opportunities and to encourage the students. Students from different colleges have participated in this event. According to the event, students should pitch their ideas to the investors, so that they can generate more support and employment. Such initiatives are warmly welcomed as they are very necessary to enhance economic growth. Basically, startup means youths of the country who have the ability to stand up in the crowd. The skills that are required to run a business successfully, is developed among the people through this program. Sometimes, people may have skills but it requires polishing and incubation.
This event is a big help to all the talented student startups to look so far to lead their life. Highly skilled and multitalented students will be completely benefited through this program. It is the necessity to lead the students in the right direction. The most important point about this event is that it involves students(youth) as startups as they have fresh minds, innovative ideas, required skill and new thinking to lead a business. Students are the energetic and highly skilled section of the society, so they are a better target for this event.
Finally, the objective of EDC is to develop spirit and awareness of entrepreneurship among the students.EDC provides a platform for building entrepreneurs to improve their skills and build sustainable relationships with their mentors in order to facilitate successful transitions towards launching their own ventures.

txt
Once upon a time, accidentally I have gone through an Instagram page. I was surprised to see a senior from our college could be such a good photographer. When I was about to write about a photographer, I decided to write about him. Though he is not trained from a professional photographic institution, his photographs are eye-catchy and are connected to our daily lives.

When I asked him about his journey, Praveen Kadari a 4th-year mechanical student says, “I was 12 when my father gets a DSLR to our home which we occasionally use during festivals, family functions, and family trips. When I was in the 10th standard, during my family get-togethers I was happened to see the photos of our DSLR, that’s when I realized, that, “We take photographs to the moments otherwise gone. Photographs are the pause button of our life.”

After, S. S. C, I joined in Narayana Residency College. I don’t have an interest in those boring classes, so, I used to travel through the streets and realized that “true beauty lies in these streets.” During my Dussehra vacation, I went home and saw an old digital camera sitting in the cupboard gathering cobwebs. I brought the camera with me to the hostel. I used to take the camera with me when I go out and used to click snaps of what I felt close to, what was related to my connections, my real and imaginary encounters, my feelings, and emotions. I started taking every photograph that was meaningful to me on any level deliberately. That’s how the story of my snaps started.

Whenever I click a photo I will make sure that the photo could tell a story and will always keep these points in mind

• Focus on the subject and Reframe the shot. Generally accidental refocusing decreases the livelihood of missing your focus point.

• I will consider the wider content. The photograph should communicate to the viewer more than just something about the subject. It may have a very compelling story to tell.

• Making it spontaneous. You can see straight away that it just happens in front of the photographer, and they will capture the moment. Most of the great pictures have been captured where events have unfolded…it’s happened in split seconds, and they’ve caught the image.

• Don’t ignore the key ingredients that engage people’s emotions such as (laughter, Angry, Sadness, Love, Compassion, etc)

• Capturing as many frames as possible to ensure that you can get that one frame that tells the story.”

Finally, when I asked him whether he wants to continue his career as a photographer he says, “I am a photographer by passion not by profession. Hunter, after all, aren’t cooks. I click whenever I feel like and whenever it is connected to me. So, whatever my career would be photography will always be a part of my life.”

Photography has a different perception to see the world. “Being a photographer is easy, but capturing the soul is very hard” says Kaushik. KAUSHIK BUDDHIRAJU is one talented photographer of GEETHANJALI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. His most notable work is Abstract photography. This passion towards photography has brought him a long way. “I started photography when I was in 10th grade. My uncle who is an Armeture photographer has inspired me with his talent” says Kaushik. Photography requires consistency and focus. Kaushik is also a portrait photographer, which is really amazing, since the emotions are beautifully captured in his photos. He is a photographer who captures souls of his models. With his amazing skills, he is able to portray the emotions of the models in a soul touching way. “ Two cameras which I usually use are Canon 600D with 17-70mm prime lens and Canon 1300D with 18-55mm prime lens as they cover the smallest detail possible” he says. He also mentioned that Google snapseed and Adobe lightroom are his favourite apps for editing his pictures. Kudos to this photographer, who has at-most interest and passion in his work.

2. Learn something new:

There are a ton of online resources that you can look for and take up one among them as your hobby. So your new skill is often just a Google search away. Once you’ve found something you like, you can either dedicate time to just that hobby or build it into a different part of your schedule and continue exploring new things. Cooking can also be taken up as a weekend hobby.

3. Get some alone time:

A busy weekend can sometimes lead you to depression. It will leave you exhausted. Spend some time alone enjoying your own company. It can be especially fun to have a weekly event to connect to people. With a little creativity, host a party. 'From our first meeting I swore to follow you anywhere - even unto death - I live only for your love.' wrote Eva Braun to Adolph Hitler in one of her letters. Adolf Hitler, who is known for his most tyrannical ruling in the 20th century had the cloak-and-daggered love story. Though he was known to be the most ferocious ruler in his time, the fact is that even the
most crooked beast in this world have to bow down to someone putting aside his ego, psyche and self pride and so was done by Adolph Hitler. Eva braun was the assistant of Hitler’s personal photographer Heinrich Hoffmann when she first met
Hitler in 1929 in Munich who then became the amour of his life when she was 17. She had a love at first sight when he marched into the photography shop where she worked. Since then they spent their
evenings smoking cigars and gossiping about happenings in their life. One thing which was in contradict between the couple was that Hitler was a pure vegetarian whereas Eva loved materials and cosmetics made of animal products.
Unfortunately the God had written a very peculiar story in their fate filled with a heartsick melancholy and misfortune. Hitler had lived only 46 hours of his marriage life which was a bizarre and the most grieving part of his life history. When Germany was defeated in the war and Hitler was badly shattered Braun drove to Berlin to pacify him and swore to him her loyalty by saying,” From our first meeting I
swore to follow you anywhere - even unto death - I live only for your love.”Braun had not only spelt these words, she meant what she had told him. The civil wedding ceremony of Adolph Hitler and Eva
Braun took place on 29th April, 1945 after which on the following day the couple hosted a wedding breakfast for the staff and other members of their close circle. The Red Army troops surrounded their
neighbourhood the following day of their wedding i.e., on 30th April, 1945 when Eva Braun refused to leave Hitler convincing that that she was one of the few people who were left loyal to him. The prodigious and the most romantic couple in the era of 20th century took their last breath on this day by committing suicide. Hitler shot himself with the pistol PPK7.66 and his wife sacrificed her life by swallowing a capsule of cyanide. When the doors of the room were unlatched by the troops the two souls were resting in peace remarking their immortal love life.
Every cruel beast in this world has a soft corner for their loved ones and tend to protect them in their hardships and at the time of danger. This marked to be the greatest romantic love story in the history as even during the world’s hardest days
his heart encouraged him to fall in love inspite of his cruel busy schedule of planning strategies in wars and rest his soul in peace with his loyal and affectionate wife.

txt
Rakshabandhan is here. The charms of sweets, gifts and money can sometimes make us forget the real reason why we celebrate this festival. It is a festival that symbolizes the unmatched bond of love, care and respect.

Here are some cute and overwhelming stories of people celebrating Rakshabandhan in unique ways.

1. Rithika ties rakhi to her grandfather.

Talking about how it all started she said, “Bauji’s (grandfather’s) sister has not been able to tie him rakhi for years now. So, his hand stayed empty on the day of rakshabandhan. My elder sister started tying rakhi to him and when she got married, I carried the tradition forward. Now the situation is such that even if I am a little late in getting to him on the festival morning, he calls me himself so that I can tie him rakhi. I believe it gives him a sense of contention and pleasure too.”

2. "My sister and I tie rakhis to each other."

Talking of her bond with her sister Kanak, Chanda said, “My sister and I tie rakhis to each other because we don't have a brother... we used feel so left out when everyone (including immediate family members) used to celebrate it with the customary new clothes, chocolates, sweets, gifts. So we decided we'll have a thing of our own.”

3. "We brothers send rakhis to each other."

Talking about his unique way of celebrating the festival, Rachit Raj said, “My cousin (my masi's son, who is my age only) sends rakhi for me and vice versa because gender doesn't come in its way. We believe it's about celebration and looking after your brother and sisters and it has no gendered boundaries. I'm meeting him this time on the festival and hopefully we'll get to tie rakhis to each other in person."

4. "We tie Rakhi to our friends."

Abhishek says,"I know I started tying rakhi to my friend Bharat in school. Since then I have thought of him as my brother. It became a ritual every year. He used to get me little gifts and give them to me once I tied the rakhi on his wrist. Even now when we are not in the same town, we make sure to wish each other."
"}]
