It's such a best thing to conduct pageants like this and encouraging the Tribal girls, because even they deserve every little things like we do. This contest's aim is to showcase the rich tribal culture and tradition. This contest came up with the special awards in seven different categories as
1. The best tribal attire,
2. Some people say that introverts are socially awkward, while some claim that introverts to be extremely shy people who find it difficult to create their own social space within a group of others. The reality of INTROVERSION is not liking to mix up too much and rather like being alone.

There are many misconceptions about introversion which is leading people to think as someone who is shy, depressed, withdrawn, closed off, anti-social, awkward in group settings or unhappy is an introvert. These are not characteristics of an introvert who can love life and enjoy the company of others. An introvert tends to evaluate their social interactions based upon how the world affects them. Someone sometimes said that if we see an introvert sitting alone in a party or a social gathering, we should not mistake him to be another socially awkward, reticent, weird guy who just likes to sit alone in a corner and do nothing. Because they have a whole universe in their head and they are busy in their own universe of thoughts.

Introverts can recognise that observing people and a silent presence is also a way to socialise. They do not feel the pressure of active participation in a group. They can also connect to people from their strengths of imagination and innovation.

Introverts often think there is something matter with them and think they don’t fit in it because they compare themselves to extroverts who are a different species. People don't understand introverts because people in general are not introverted. It's just because extroverts are pretty easy to be understood most of the times. Just because this world is full of extroverts doesn't mean introversion is just another side effect of the relentless social cycle that goes in this world. Their life is very simple. They have a limited social circle. They have a few friends who are very close to their heart. To express their emotions, thoughts, they need to actually put effort, to share them with someone. They find happiness in the smallest of things.

If we could burst the personal bubble surrounding the introverts, then they are fun to be around with. The weird thing about introverts is that once they are comfortable with us, they can be the sweetest, most enjoyable, most honest creatures in this world. There have been several people who claim that they had really seen the 'Loch Ness Monster'. Some of the witnesses convey that they saw the monster crawling on the shore. Various theories have been came out to explain reports in Loch Ness about the mysterious 'Loch ness Monster'.

Some claim that there is nothing called 'Loch Ness monster' and they justify by saying that there are several fictional crypto writers who propose a multi-dimensional or supernatural origin to certain sightings and 'Loch ness Monster' is one amongst that. Some call him the 'Tony Stark' of the real world. Others say he is a maniac running after illogical dreams. But Elon Musk does sound confident of his plans on how he proposes to change this planet for the better. From founding an online payment company to sending a rocket into space, the man has done it all. He is still not satisfied and reaching Mars and sustaining human life there is his ultimate goal. Whether he succeeds or not is altogether a different issue, but the very reason that Elon Musk is atleast trying to save the world by his entrepreneurial projects is itself laudable.

There is no one other than Elon Musk who can understand failure better. He was bullied throughout his childhood and it got so serious at one point that he had to be hospitalized. He almost got bankrupt with Tesla, and SpaceX was also reported to have run out of cash. And every time, Elon Musk successfully bounced back from those those extreme situations to eventually establish himself as a billionaire now. But that is something he least cares about. From selling his earlier business,Musk had pocketed millions. He could have lived a comfortable life with that money, but instead decided to reinvest that money into a car company, manufacturing electric cars. Tesla soon went bankrupt, but Elon somehow managed to arrange the money to bring back the company into shape. Presently , Tesla is still losing money, but seems to be on a sustainable journey ahead. Running a private space company is also no joke, Musk claims that he would soon reach Mars. Only time will reveal that.

The point is that Elon Musk has made a great impact on the world. He has made the world think about some plans which no one could've imagined could be true. He is changing the world for the best, and trying to save it for our future generations. Apart from electric cars and rockets, Musk also plans to create marvels in terms of solar energy. SolarCity is a subsidiary of Tesla and provides solar energy services. He has also ventured into artificial intelligence through OpenAI. He has also co-founded Neuralink, a neurotechnology company, and The Boring Company, an infrastructure and tunnel-construction company. He also plans to make travel faster through Hyperloop. Mr. Elon Musk wears many hats. He has big goals to save humanity. Should all his plans become successful, the world would definitely become a better place to live in.

Probably no other topic in India other than reservations has given rise to so many debates, discussions, and even protests. What started as a goodwill gesture and an important step to curb casteism has eventually given rise to a grave problem. So much has been said about this topic, that there is seldom left to say anything against it. No doubt reservations have helped hundreds in India, and have shown light to deserving people, but what is unfortunate is that thousands are taking advantage of this problem now, leaving behind a lot of people stamped down by it, and cursing their luck.

Discrimination among Indians based on religion, gender, and caste, has continued throughout the passage of time. This was extreme in the old times, even during the colonial days, as a result of which the government decided to reserve seats for people from backward castes everywhere, ranging from colleges to jobs, after Independence. This was done taking into consideration all the inhuman acts and treatment rendered to the so called 'lower castes', which had been continuing since thousands of years. But after 70 years of Independence, we can say that this move has been a complete failure.

Taking advantage of the reserved seats, thousands of people belonging to the backward classes snatch away seats and jobs from many deserving candidates from general category, leaving them in distress. The problem is that these so called 'lower castes' are not in the same position like in 70 years back, and are in much better financial and social conditions. Cases where a rich guy from ST category has literally got a seat which a deserving general candidate should have got is happening everday in India. This is largely seen during competitive exams like JEE, UPSC, etc. No wonder India suffers from unlimited brain drain every year. In the 21st century, reservations should always be on basis of income, not caste. If not taken care of, this can be the very reason which would bring about the fall of a great nation like India.

txt
rich_1529993753160

In our lives, both happiness & sadness have some causes & impacts. Either we get happy because something favourable happens or we feel off when an unfavourable event takes place. In both the cases, there is a reason for that emotion to occur. But, there are some days when we feel low for no reason at all. We feel an acute helplessness & keep on wondering that why is it happening, even though there is no such perceivable reason.

1529913192690
txt

Such kind of mood swing should not be confused with depression-which is a medical condition. It is a general thing that happens in the lives of each one of us. The reality behind this off mood is that it too has a reason which we generally can’t figure out. Sometimes the person in front says something unknowingly or knowingly that upsets us, a particular song we hear, a scene of a movie, a word or phrase that we read somewhere or anything like that establishes a link of related memories leading to an issue that still troubles our mind at subconscious level. That troubling issue could be anything like a goal not yet achieved, loss of something or someone, over attachment to a someone who treated you as a special person & later on changed his/her priority to new friends etc.

1529913192690
txt

We can’t avoid this mood swing because it is spontaneous but, the best way to overcome it is engaging ourselves with some activity that lets us forget everything around us. Example: I cook when my mood is off & by the end my dish is ready, I don’t even remember why I was upset. Instead of unnecessarily figuring out the reason which we literally don’t know, our mind relaxes & focuses on the outcome of the activity that we are enjoying. In all our lives, we want to share everything when we come across with a person who listens to us without questioning which may even lead to lose our respect. Silence speaks louder than words.
