Helpless during death On one side there are tremendous facilities for the urban population wrt health care and on the other end there is barely any facilities for people to take care of their loved ones in case of an emergency and death. One heartbreaking incident occurred in Odisha, where a man walked 10 km with his wife’s body on his shoulder along with 12-year-old daughter by his side weeping. He had no vehicle to take home his wife’s body from a government hospital. His wife, died of tuberculosis at the hospital in Kalahandi on Tuesday night at a young age of 42.

Hospital washes its hands off the hospital from where he took his wife’s body categorically informed they could not help with transport and hence they asked him to carry his wife’s body. When reached by the televsion crew Mr Majhi, the husband of the deceased wife said “I told the hospital authorities that I am a poor man and cannot afford a vehicle. I kept requesting them but they said they could not help,” Mr Majhi.

Walking with a wrapped bodyWrapping the body in a cloth, he walked for his village, along with his daughter. This is a place where medical help is not easy to get. Government’s scheme ‘Mahaparayana’ i.e offering to transport bodies from government hospitals free of charge. Under the scheme, 37 government hospitals were given vehicles to carry the dead.None of those were available when Mr Majhi desperately needed the service.

TV crew came and helpedIt was the TV crew who had called up a senior officers and arranged an ambulance for the remaining journey to Mr Majhi’s village. Kalikesh Singh Deo, a Member of Parliament of the state’s ruling Biju Janata Dal and Kalahandi’s District Collector Brunda have expressed their shock over the incident and have ordered an immediate inquiry into the incident.
"}]
In the monotonous life cycle of a student, which mainly includes eating, sleeping, lectures, and repeating, ‘College Fests’ shows certain degree of fluctuations in the excitement levels of students. Why wouldn’t it? As the fest slowly marches closer and closer with time, every student can taste the sweet scent of hard work; hard work of not only the students organizing it but the ones killing themselves with incessant practices. GUSAC Anniversary provided an excellent platform to showcase all kinds of different talents of the students ranging arts like music, dance, drama & painting, etc.

So here I wrote my personal opinion or feeling on the GUSAC anniversary 2016.
Firstly. I'm not a member of GUSAC but as I have minimum idea of what is GUSAC & what does it do, I like GUSAC because they might be less in number but they work so hard to enlighten the other students & it's not a small thing to enlighten the other students in the events & to manage studies as well as other circular activities at the same time but they do. This GUSAC Anniversary was not all about entertainment it's much more than entertainment i.e., inspiration & self esteem from the seniors(the founders of GUSAC) and also from the participants, that we can also do something like them and achieve something in life. I seriously felt after watching the videos of the founders of GUSAC that Life is not about studying, eating, sleeping, earning but it's about achieving something & getting an identity that you exist and exhibiting your skills to the world. Once if we achieve some thing the happiness we get, can't be earned by any million dollars. It made me think When a person like me can do something great why can't I do, What's wrong with me in doing, What have I done till now which made me & others happy? First a fall the creative thought of having GUSAC in the University where more than 10,000 people stay is wonderful. Many people will have or get creative thoughts but how many people work hard to implement that? & also to continue that? It's been 5 years for GUSAC and now it's one of the big event or group in the University and students wait for it. But did they ever imagine, on the day they found GUSAC that, this will be this successful ? By this I understood that first we should know where our heart is and start exposing our ideas, never feel shy and should start working for that sincerely. For this we need to have courage, stability of mind, hope, patience because success will never come to us the day we start doing something. A student should be an all-rounder like volunteering & participating in the events which also helps them to develop their career like communication skills, organising skills, dealing with different people & realise what they are good at. Even the participants did not play a small role in the Anniversary. They deserve a lot of applause by the spectators because of their team work or co-ordination in the dance, music, etc. They just rocked the evening with their talents. A person need lots of guts to perform on the stage before thousands of people when he/she knows that everyone look at them because People are so fearful about opening themselves up.

Highlights of the program are :
Skit performed by faces-They passed the message about women abuse with no single word but only through facial expressions and acting which shows their hard work & needs lots of concentration.

*Painting of our Thalaiva Rajinikanth by leg with in a very short span(10 to 15 mints). He fit for the slogan of 'practise makes a man perfect'.

Music Band- One of the person in the band played music on wood rather using drums & when they played game Of thrones(GOT) music it was like aww. for the people like me who watch GOT.

Even though there are some technical problems but still the event went on good. The culturals proved 'self Confidence is the best outfit, Rock it & own it' because they had confidence & they rocked the event. When the event becomes successful the appreciations also goes to the organisers for the management who actually worked hard back stage because they know thousands of people have hope, belief on them & they need to impress the people for the event to be successful. Personally I just came to chill out with my friends to the fest but I never thought this fest will make me think all the way above. Finally, I can just say GUSAC is a proved place of talent hub & creative thoughts. GUSAC Anniversary is just a perfect example for the fearful people who don't exhibit their skills & great inspiration for the people like me who wanted to do something.

Life doesn’t always give us what we want out of it. The unexpected twists, turns and jolts are what it is composed of.

We get road blocks all through our journey of life- some major and some minor ones.It is up to us to either work towards clearing it or giving up.

Here’s an inspirational life story of a man who did not give up hope. And here he is, an example of why not to give up when things turn sour. He re instills faith in the fact that we have solutions to all our problems, but we need to look for them without giving up. And when the time’s right, everything will fall into place.

On Going out on a limb:

When I was purchasing my first extravagance auto, in 2004, everybody let me know that I was committing a major error. Forty lakhs in 2004 for an auto, even an extravagance auto, was a major ordeal. I was to a great degree anxious, yet basically needed to take the risk. I let myself know that I would auction the auto if more terrible came to most exceedingly bad. Luckily for me, the danger paid off amazingly. No other auto rental administration had extravagance autos of this stature. There were ones who had acquired second hand models and the states of those autos were a long way from flawless. I was the main individual in Bangalore to put resources into a fresh out of the box new extravagance auto and it did extremely well.

On the off chance that you need to work together, you should will to go out on a limb. When I purchased my Rolls Royce in 2011, individuals cautioned me about the extent of disappointments against purchasing such an enormously costly auto.

I let myself know that I had gone for broke in 2004, why wouldn't i be able to take one again right around 10 years after the fact? It cost me very nearly four crore rupees, to purchase the auto. Be that as it may, by and by, it was a danger that paid off. It's been three years since, and it's has ended up being immensely well known. In December this year, the EMI installments will be over.

Greatest Difficulties:

Each business will confront difficulties and pitfalls. Last April, I needed to pay more than three crores in street assesses alone. Despite everything I don't know how I figured out how to pull the sum together. I acquired from such a variety of individuals and set up property reports to get the money. Each business will have repeating considerable difficulties. The thought is to grasp them wholeheartedly and tackle them intensely.

I had been in the red for some time with the street charge, yet in one more year or so we will be free of that.

Thoughts for What's to come:

Prior we used to pay assesses quarterly. Starting now, I have needed to stop the arrangements for development on the grounds that the assessments have ended up high as can be. In 2015 we are going to purchase some stretch limousines and other such vehicles.

Message Yearning for Business people:

Ramesh Babu emphasized the straightforward message to business people that he advised understudies to follow in his TED talk. "Buckle down , BE Modest, Whatever else IS JUST Good fortune".
"}]

Vivek Choudhary, a first-year student at IIM Lucknow, has achieved the top rank in the examination of The Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI) that announced the results of its executive and professional programme on Thursday. The company secretaries examination were held in June 2016. “The feeling of seeing the word ‘Pass’ on the mark sheet is a very big achievement in itself as it is one of the most competitive examinations of the country. I did not expect to get any rank. I was really not bothered to check the rank. For me, becoming a company secretary itself was a huge success,” Choudhary said. The 21-year-old commerce graduate from Kolkata’s St Xaviers’ College said he got the news about his rank from one of his friends who checked the results on the website. “At first, I could not believe him. When asked how difficult the examination was, his reply was immediate. “Unlike most professional courses, CS has a very comprehensive syllabus. There are nine subjects, multiple laws and thousands of provisions which sometimes get on your head. But all that is required to ace this challenge is a commitment, hard work, focus and a lot of sacrifices in terms of social media, parties, etc.” He said CAT or CS are different ballgames.

“CAT tests analytical, qualitative and logical skills while CS deals with applications in various domains of business, like law, taxation, and governance. Both are highly competitive but comparing them is not justified,” he said. For now, he wants to become an investment banker. “But that is not my ultimate goal in life. My dream is to contribute towards the development of the society through education. I believe education is the guiding light for improved standards of living.

Travel and scene is the thing that I shoot for the most part. I think whatever we develop to end up is emphatically impacted by how we grew up. As a child, we voyaged a great deal as a family, to better places. Up and down the way we additionally reported our numerous treks and the things we did. Which is the place my adoration for travel and shooting originates from.

While the greater part of his work has a fan base one would bite the dust for, his accumulations from the Himalayas, the Northeastern parts of India and Outlines are the most adored.

Burrowing through his humongous gathering, his most refreshing work is the video he made of Sikkim. As of late, he even went on a self-supported all India visit, burning through 50 days out and about and covering 13,000 km.

Photography as a vocation

Taking after the standard callings is obsolete nowadays, yet when Auditya began, photography was a fantastical choice as a promising vocation. Managing societal weight, he decided on it despite the fact that it didn't guarantee him a tremendous bank equalization, however today, his top demographic incorporates the nation's who, with brands like Vodafone, Samsung and Toyota as his supporters.

I generally charged low costs, yet never did anything for nothing. I adore online networking. When I began, I knew I cherished taking pictures, however I didn't realize what to do with them or how to get the word out there

. Exactly when I was considering this, I discovered another component Facebook had discharged, Facebook pages. So I just began with that, as an approach to tell individuals, 'Hello, this is what I'm doing now'. With time, my work has figured out how to manufacture a group, and I'm grateful for that.

The negatives behind the life of a picture taker

He began settling on choices for himself at 16 years old. From filling in as a tele-guest to paying his own expenses and owning an office space, Auditya has seen the grass on both sides.

The life of a picture taker is not a cake walk. It takes tirelessness and determination to adhere to a profile where party welcomes mean free photos, where weddings mean picking up experience and no cash. Discussing his underlying obstacles, Auditya says,

This will likely resound with most working picture takers/specialists, a great deal of the time, the greatest obstacle is getting the task at a commonly helpful value point. What's more, after the venture, getting the installments on time

His experience and information of photography was exceptionally restricted when he began, so keeping in mind the end goal to see how to set up a base value, how picture takers converse with their customers and manage circumstances, Auditya went in for being a model in few undertakings.

Amid one of his ventures with the Revelation Divert in South Africa, he was looted of his gear. The stolen sack had contraptions, cameras and focal points worth lakhs, because of which he needed to cross out all his forthcoming activities, repay his customers and locate a potential standby to fill his spot. It took right around a year for him to return to his ordinary life, battling the chances of losing something so profitable. It was one of the defining moments of his life.

Not long after this, he ventured out to Nepal on a task. Auditya was so passed up the neighborliness and vivacity of the spot that he was lolling in the energy up to following day, when he woke up to a broken rooftop, harmed dividers and dead bodies. The nation was hit by a huge seismic tremor, and that is the point at which he understood how fortunate he was.

Auditya is an adept case of how one battles each fight, utilizes the assets accessible, reinforces his energy and vanquishes the world.

Whatever you're doing with your work, stay consistent with what you need to do, that will be what separates you, says Auditya as we twist up an inconceivable excursion of self-conviction.

His story in his words.

Troublesome Beginnings:

I was born in a poor family. My dad was a stylist. He passed away in 1979, when I was only seven years of age. My mom began functioning as a cleaning specialist hireling to bring home the bacon. My dad had deserted a cantina business on Detachment street which my uncle took to running. He would give us five rupees a day from that. Five rupees, even in those days a concession, was too less to see to me and my sibling and sister's needs. We took to having one supper a day to make sure we could survive.

From when I was in center school, I took up different odd employments to make somewhat additional money. I would convey daily papers and drain bottles and whatever else was advantageous to facilitate my mom's heap a bit. Along these lines I by one means or another figured out how to complete my tenth standard and joined night PUC.

Limit

At some point in the nineties, when I was in my first PU, my mom had a biting battle with my uncle. He had just quit paying us any cash.

I advised her I ought to assume control over the cantina and run it myself. She was unyielding that I organize my training, yet I began working at the cantina as well and taking in the ropes of the business. In the mornings, I would be at the cantina and nighttimes at school. On the other hand around evening time I would come back to the cantina, which would stay open till 1 in the morning. From that point forward I have been known as a hairdresser.

Leap forward Thought

Later in 1993, I purchased an utilized Maruti van. My uncle had purchased a little auto and negligible pride made me purchase one as well.

I pooled my minor reserve funds, took a credit and felt dismal fulfillment at having purchased an insignificantly more fabulous vehicle than him. My granddad needed to home loan his property to empower the credit. The advance interest was six thousand and eight hundred rupees and I was reeling from making the installments.

The woman whose house my mom used to work, Nandini akka as I get a kick out of the chance to call her, asked me for what valid reason I don't lease the auto rather than it simply lying around. She showed me the nuts and bolts of doing this sort of business. She got to resemble a sister to me and remains a major a portion of my life even today. She called me to her little girl's wedding and indicated me off!

Building a fruitful business:

From 1994 forward I truly got into the auto rental business. The main organization I leased it out to was Intel on the grounds that that is the place Nandini akka was working and she masterminded it. Progressively, I began adding more autos to the armada. Till 2004, I just had around five to six autos. I was centered around getting the cantina business off the ground, so this was not my need. The business was not doing great as the opposition at this level was exceptional. Everybody had little autos. I considered getting into extravagance autos in light of the fact that that is something that nobody else was doing.
"}]
