If you're graduating soon or have just graduated, you might be thinking "What next?"

If you have a long-term plan what to do soon after studies then choosing your career is a cake walk and you can lead your life in an organised manner, but what if you don't have longer career plans?

Don't worry we are here to guide you

Many grads take time to decide their career path, and sometimes it's hard to work out what kind of job or profession is right for you until you try several things (ie through work experience). Sometimes it helps to depart the short-term and the longer-term plans; you don't need to let uncertainty about what career you finally want to pursue, prevent you from taking action now.

txt
rich_1461145313081

So here are the most popular 'Next Steps' for new grads

-> Get (more) work experience

Most graduate recruiters now expect you to have at least some work experience. Even if the experience isn't specifically relevant to the job you are applying for, it will probably have helped you to develop some of the 'transferable skills' employers look for, such as communication, teamwork, and organisation skills.

-> Furthur Studies

A postgraduate qualification is essential for some areas of work, for others spending time getting more work experience may be more valuable. In terms of employability, many graduate employers do value additional qualifications, but the onus will be on you to explain why you chose to do further study and what you have gained from it that sets you apart from other people in terms of your suitability for a particular job.

-> Looking For a Graduate Job

If you already know what type of work you're interested in and you feel you have the kind of skills, qualifications and experience relevant graduate employers are looking for, you might be in a position to start applying for graduate jobs straight away. See the graduate jobs and schemes section for information about what sorts of graduate jobs are available and when to apply.

->Taking time out

If you didn't take a gap year before university or you just feel like you need a break to recover or take stock before embarking on a career path, taking time out (often with some travel) is a popular choice. You'll find more information about things to consider if you're thinking about this option, such as factoring in timescales for applications and interviews.

I always had this doubt on my mind, whether someone can inspire me. I was not motivated when I hear people telling me success stories. I always spoke to that wonderful person who is confused about his capabilities. That confused person is me.

As I was growing up, the aspiration to become special has made me think that I should always stand out of the crowd. I never understood in those days that being normal is the toughest thing as we grow.

Today at 26, I feel we need to understand that getting motivated by others doesn't last long, but when we start thinking to ourselves and learn from our own life we can be a better person.

Whenever you feel lonely, don't forget that you are with a best person. Do as many mistakes as possible, coz you don't have any new to commit. In the college days it's all about learning. So, Can Someone inspire us..Yes it's YOU....
"}]

If the car runs for 70-75 km the battery is charged to its fullest and gives an extra mileage of 30-35 km. The kit also provides an optional automatic drive mode under which once the vehicle is put on electric mode, one can drive it without using gears.

According to the team, the Folks Motor will give a warranty of 1 year and the maintenance would be zero.

He added that in comparison to CNG kits, which take a lot of space, the hybrid kit takes only 20 percent of that space in the car.

He had commenced woking on this kit in the first semester of his college. He read and investigated all the materials available on hybrid vehicles and was ready with the concept in the first six months.
