The alleged incident may turn into another faceoff between the AAP and the BJP, which is ruling at the Centre.

Mountaineer as a sport gained prominence in the 1850s when, I'm sure because of boredom, some folks took a look at a mountain in the distance and decided that they wanted to climb it. Ever since then, slowly but surely, mountains around the world have been peaked by pioneers and pathbreakers in the field, ensuring their name is immortalised in the annals of history. But, despite the sport being over 150 years old, there remain some peaks that still haven't been conquered, some that won't be conquered in our lifetimes, but some that are waiting for the first human with a will stronger than the base of the mountain itself to climb it. Here's a list.

Do note that mountaineer is an excessively dangerous sport and I do not encourage throwing your life away trying to climb something with zero preparation.

1. Muchu Chhish, 7452 Meters

Embossed on the Pakistani landscape and located in western Karakoram is Muchu Chhish. No one in popular American music has recorded for so long and at such a high level of excellence than Tony Bennett. In the last ten years alone he has sold ten million records. The essence of his longevity and high artistic achievement was imbued in him in his loving childhood home in the Astoria section of Queens where he was born on August 3, 1926. His father died when Tony was 10 and his mother, Anna, raised Tony and his older brother and sister, John and Mary, in a home surrounded by loving relatives who were Tony’s first fans filling him with encouragement and optimism. He attended the High School of Industrial Arts in Manhattan, where he continued nurturing his two passions, singing and painting. From the radio, he developed a love of music hearing Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, and James Durante.

As a teenager, Tony sang while waiting on tables and then enlisted in the Army during World War II and while in Europe he performed with military bands. He later had vocal studies at the American Theatre Wing School. The first-time Bennett sang in a nightclub was in 1946 when he sat in with trombonist Tyree Glenn at the Shangri-La in Astoria. Bennett’s big break came in 1949 when comedian Bob Hope noticed him working with Pearl Bailey in Greenwich Village in New York City. As Bennett recalls, “Bob Hope came down to check out my act. He liked my singing so much that after the show he came back to see me in my dressing room and said, 'Come on kid, you’re going to come to the Paramount and sing with me.' But first he told me he didn’t care for my stage name (Joe Bari) and asked me what my real name was. I told him, ‘My name is Anthony Dominick Benedetto’ and he said, ‘We’ll call you Tony Bennett.’ And that’s how it happened. A new Americanized name -- the start of a wonderful career and a glorious adventure that has continued for over 60 years.”

With millions of records sold world-wide and platinum and gold albums to his credit, Bennett has received nineteen Grammy Awards -- including a 1995 Grammy for Record of the Year for his “MTV Unplugged” CD which introduced this American master to a whole new generation -- and the Grammy Lifetime Award. His initial successes came via a string of Columbia singles in the early 1950’s, including such chart-toppers as “Because of You," "Rags to Riches," and a remake of Hank Williams “Cold, Cold Heart.” He had 24 songs in the Top 40, including “I Wanna Be Around," “The Good Life," “Who Can I Turn To (When Nobody Needs Me)” and his signature song,” I Left My Heart In San Francisco,” which garnered him two Grammy Awards.

Tony is one of a handful of artists to have new albums charting in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and now in the first two decades of the 21st century. He has introduced a multitude of songs into the Great American Songbook that have since become standards for pop music. He has toured the world to sold out audiences with rave reviews whenever he performs. Bennett re-signed with Columbia Records in 1986 and released the critically acclaimed The Art of Excellence. Since his 1991 show-stopping performance at the Grammy Awards of “When Do The Bells Ring For Me," from his Astoria album, he has received a string of Grammy Awards for releases including Stepping Out, Perfectly Frank and MTV Unplugged.

In the new millennium, Bennett’s artistry and popularity was higher than ever. In 2006, the year of his 80th birthday, his Duets: An American Classic was released. The album—which included performances with Paul McCartney, Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Bono and others—won three Grammy Awards and went on to be one of the best-selling CDs of the year and Tony’s career. Bennett’s first Duets album also inspired the Rob Marshall-directed television special Tony Bennett: An American Classic which won seven Emmys making it the most honored program at the 2007 Emmy Awards. In celebration of his 85th birthday in 2011 the release of Bennett’s highly anticipated, Duets II, featured Tony performing with a new roster of celebrated artists including, the late Amy Winehouse (her last recording was their duet of “Body and Soul”), Michael Bublé, Aretha Franklin, Josh Groban, Lady Gaga, John Mayer, and many others. Duets II debuted at #1 on the Billboard Album charts, making Tony the only artist at the age of 85 to achieve this in the history of recorded music. Bennett won two Grammys for Duets II in the 2012 Grammy ceremony and this year marked the 50th Anniversary of the recording and release of his signature song, “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.” A documentary entitled, THE ZEN OF BENNETT, which was created and conceived by Danny Bennett, Tony’s son and manager, was premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2012. At the end of 2012, Bennett also authored his fourth book, the New York Times bestseller, LIFE IS A GIFT, which highlights his personal philosophies learned throughout his life and career. Tony’s collaborative jazz album with Lady Gaga, released in 2014, Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga: Cheek To Cheek, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 album charts making Bennett, at the age of 88, the oldest artists to have a #1 album…breaking his own previously established historical record. Cheek To Cheek won a Grammy in the Best Traditional Pop Vocal category. Bennett’s 2015 release, The Silver Lining: The Songs of Jerome Kern won a Grammy for Best Traditional Pop Vocal album.

On August 3, 2016, Tony celebrated his 90th birthday which was marked by the lighting of the Empire State Building in honor of his musical legacy along with a star-studded celebration at the famed Rainbow Room. Later that year NBC aired a two-hour prime time special, TONY BENNETT CELEBRATES 90: THE BEST IS YET TO COME which featured performances by Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Michael Bublé and many more. Columbia Records released a companion CD to the television special, and Tony’s fifth book was published, “Just Getting Started.”

Tony is a dedicated painter whose interest in art began as a child. He continues to paint every day, even as he tours internationally. He has exhibited his work in galleries around the world. The United Nations has commissioned him for two paintings, including one for their 50th anniversary. His original painting, “Homage to Hockney,” is on permanent display at the Butler Institute of American Art and the landmark National Arts Club in New York is home to Tony’s painting “Boy on Sailboat, Sydney Bay.” Three of his paintings are part of the Smithsonian Museums permanent collections including his portrait of his friend Duke Ellington that became part of the National Portrait Gallery’s collection in 2009.

When you're older and have responsibilities and bills to pay, you suddenly find out that you can't always just pay for food to arrive at your doorstep. Sure, once or twice is perfectly fine but if you make a habit out of it, it soon becomes a giant burden on your finances, much like how smoking seems easy because individual cigarettes costs less, but the overall cost by the time you're done is what matters.

Probably terrible comparison, so we'll move on.

The point is, as we become older and live on our own, we have to understand that we can't always just magically wish for food to appear when you have no money, often times this can be in the cases of an emergency when you have to leave or cook something urgently because you had a long day and are starving. Even greater is the challenge to eat healthy when you're in a food emergency, especially when you're dieting. What can one do in these situations, I hear you ask? Well, it's simple.

No, literally.

1. Learn simple dishes:

A good hot steaming plate of poha is extremely easy to make and even easier to digest, it's healthy, makes for a great snack and fill you up quite effectively, which is why I recommend it and dishes like it.

Oh yes, contrary to popular belief (and my mom's over insistence to cook Poha every day for the rest of my life), Poha is not the only simple dish you can cook up for yourself in a jiffy, especially when you're hungry.

2. Spend on stocking up supplies:

If you're on a strict diet, there's nothing worse that realising there's nothing to eat and you have no energy nor the time to cook something after getting groceries. This is precisely why it is a good idea to keep an inventory of the stuff you have ready to go in the Kitchen to eat or to cook at a moments notice and keep restocking it ahead of time, so you don't have to panic about breaking your diet and doing the easy thing by ordering food online.

Trust me, your diet is worth it.

3. When in doubt, munch on dry fruit:

The sheer amount of energy dry fruits give a person is ridiculous. Frankly, I'd be on an all dry fruit diet if it wasn't so expensive. Dry fruits are fantastic for your health because of the sheer amount of energy packed into them that can keep you going for entire day or more, depending on how many you eat and when you eat. It's always a good idea to stock up on some dry fruit just in case, but use it like a superpower until and unless specifically told to eat them by your dietician.

4. When in doubt, eat cereal:

I'm gonna be straight with y'all, I grew up eating Corn Flakes and this is the number one reason why my bones are super strong today. I absolutely, absolutely, adore corn flakes and would eat it every chance I got, with slightly warm milk (the best kind) and some sugar thrown in, although now I don't eat sugar anymore. Whether it is Corn Flakes or Chocos, keep a healthy stock of cereal in the house and some milk. Lot of strong bones that way!

5. The Right Attitude:

That's right! Eating healthy on a normal routine itself can be a challenging task, especially with Instagram constantly giving you food advertisements when you're hungry. I'm pretty sure in this age of constantly being connected to the internet where your very existence is sold to advertisers, there are algorithms that can pick out exactly when you're hungry and what you eat based on the photos you take and the texts you send.

Chew on that while you whip up a healthy meal for yourself! Cheers!

Almost all of us have experienced loneliness at some point. It is the pain we have felt following a breakup, perhaps the loss of a loved one, or a move away from home. We are vulnerable to feeling lonely at any point in our lives.Loneliness is commonly used to describe a negative emotional state experienced when there is a difference between the relationships one wishes to have and those one perceives one has.The unpleasant feelings of loneliness are subjective; researchers have found loneliness is not about the amount of time one spends with other people or alone. It is related more to quality of relationships, rather than quantity. A lonely person feels that he or she is not understood by others, and may not think they hold meaningful relationships. For some people, loneliness may be temporary and easily relieved such as a close friend moving away. For others, loneliness cannot be easily resolved (such as the death of a loved one or the breakup of a marriage) and can persist when one does not have access to people to connect with. From an evolutionary point of view, our reliance on social groups has ensured our survival as a species. Hence loneliness can be seen as a signal to connect with others. This makes it little different to hunger, thirst or physical pain, which signal the need to eat, drink or seek medical attention.
"}]
Titanic has been one of the world highest rated movies which have been a blockbuster and has the highest rated romantic ever. The audience still remembers it. It has been two decades; even now it has been famous due to its cinematic effects present in the movie. The heartwarming story and the better results have to lead to the better cinematography and love from people. The film is beyond perfection and is followed by many of the viewers till now. The desire for the movie in the hearts of the viewers is eternal and beyond any comparison.

Kathy Bates – She was portrayed as Margaret Brown which is the character inspired from the real-life person. She was also known as the ‘The Unsinkable Molly Brown,’ and she survived for some time, though, she later died in the year 1932.

Bernard Hill – Bernard played the character of Captain Edward John Smith. The cast also exited in real life and was the captain of the ship. The figure was actual inexperience too. He never survived and was drowned with the ship. He went away with the boat in the disaster.

Victor Garber – He was also the real man in real life. Thomas Andrews portrayed his role in the film. In real life, he died in the year 1912 when Titanic sunk into the depths of the water.

Jonathan Hyde – This was the character played for the real-life English businessman, J Bruse Ismay who is known to survive the disaster of the ship. He later died on October 17, 1937. He died of a stroke.

Bernard Fox – He was also the real-life character fitted into the movie. The style is inspired from Archibald Gracie. Bernard played the role and completed it successfully with perfection. He also survived the disaster but died soon after the five months of the accident.

Jack Dawson – The role of the person was not real. He was not the part of the ship. It was the complete creation of the director and has no reference to the reality. Though, in fact, there was a person named Joseph Dawson who was a part of the ship in real life. Joseph was a coal trimmer in real life in the boat.

Rose DeWitt Buktaker – This was also not the rear passenger of the ship. The role of the actress is entirely fictional, and no one like that was the part of the boat. It is altogether fictional to add spice to the body.

Caledon – The fiancé of rose was not also the real character in the movie. The style is fictional and did not depict any other connection. There is no connection between him and the story of the actual Titanic sinking.

Spicer Lovejoy – The character of the right hand of the villain does not exist in reality. It was completely fictional. There was no existence of the role in real life, and it was all the creation of the producer.

Mrs. Harvey Collyer and Marjorie – They were the real-time survivors of the disaster, and they were the ones who survived the accident. The second class passengers of the ship were the real characters in real life as well as the movie.

Then there was the Goodwill family which was also the part of the Titanic movie as well as the real life. The final voyage was included in the film with them, and they were also the part of it. The whole family was the victim of the disaster, and only the body of the baby was revered after the catastrophe, rest no one was found.

I think it is about getting clearness about what you are? and what is the other? What does really belongs to you?

Trying to figure out who you are seems relatively straight forward. After all, no one spends more time

around you than you. But answering the question "How well do you know yourself ?" is actually very tricky. Getting to know yourself means understanding your behavior and response to certain situations. That's why EXPERIENCES are so good to know who you are.

The benefits of figuring out who you are through experiences doesn't send with SELF-DISCOVERY. Sometimes what you can expect you'd do and what you actually do are entirely different. But that can be really a good thing. Sometimes you can surprise yourself in how well you have done something. And that feeling is simply amazing...

It is important to make connection with this being of you and to detach from stories and people and emotionally. Just when you are detached there is space to feel yourself. What I feel when I am detached is just a space, a presence of me. Very neutral basically. Observing this presence happens all day long by being in touch with outer world. When you stay rooted in this presence and are aware of the border between inside and outside space, the other and you, you can feel clearness about you arising.

I am much deeper and complex than I probably realize. Human emotions and behaviors can't be explained away in few sentences. It's never ending process . And ultimately, it takes a lifetime. Anything that gets you in a relaxed, but active state of mind will work well. This is the ideal state to learn about yourself. Fortunately, there are some great ways to know yourself better. One of the better ways is to spend time alone with your thoughts. As a human, you are constantly going through character changes. I will try to explain this not entering too philosophical about it. Imagine all the things you did and liked when you are four years old. More than likely, there is a long list of differences between who you were then and who you are now....

I know at a different level we are all connected and one , coming from the same source and governed by the same rules and concepts of life , but on the level of my individual existence I am an own presence with an independent inner world.

We have influence from our family, from our loved one's, from our friends, and in general from the expectations of environments. Behind all these influences we instinctively adapt to, there is also a you that has own preferences and choices.

In others perspective, "How well do you know yourself?". You may be completely wrong about who you are and yet 100% transparent to the point where everyone else does. It's not like other people can read your mind, expect they can. Your behavior, actions, what you speak....etc give massive context clues in your beliefs and world view. They give huge clues into the kind of person you really are and what you routinely think about. If you are not aware of your thoughts , it is possible that other people might be better aware. We can compare it with chess game.Have you ever played chess? You may not aware of your strategy, but your opponent will figure you out and several paces ahead of you. Even the chess opponent who has never met you before, somehow knows better than you know yourself....

In my opinion, confidence and reliance are at the heart of finding yourself. If you don't have solid sense of self-worth, you will listen what others have to say all the time and be swayed by their insistence on what is wrong, right and appropriate. LEARN TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND TRUST ON YOUR FEELINGS. Then you will come up with a structure to base your new sense of self-on.

(-: Thank you :-)
