I think it is about getting clearness about what you are? and what is the other? What does really belongs to you?

Trying to figure out who you are seems relatively straight forward. After all, no one spends more time

around you than you. But answering the question "How well do you know yourself ?" is actually very tricky. Getting to know yourself means understanding your behavior and response to certain situations. That's why EXPERIENCES are so good to know who you are.

The benefits of figuring out who you are through experiences doesn't send with SELF-DISCOVERY. Sometimes what you can expect you'd do and what you actually do are entirely different. But that can be really a good thing. Sometimes you can surprise yourself in how well you have done something. And that feeling is simply amazing...

It is important to make connection with this being of you and to detach from stories and people and emotionally. Just when you are detached there is space to feel yourself. What I feel when I am detached is just a space, a presence of me. Very neutral basically. Observing this presence happens all day long by being in touch with outer world. When you stay rooted in this presence and are aware of the border between inside and outside space, the other and you, you can feel clearness about you arising.

I am much deeper and complex than I probably realize. Human emotions and behaviors can't be explained away in few sentences. It's never ending process . And ultimately, it takes a lifetime. Anything that gets you in a relaxed, but active state of mind will work well. This is the ideal state to learn about yourself. Fortunately, there are some great ways to know yourself better. One of the better ways is to spend time alone with your thoughts. As a human, you are constantly going through character changes. I will try to explain this not entering too philosophical about it. Imagine all the things you did and liked when you are four years old. More than likely, there is a long list of differences between who you were then and who you are now....

I know at a different level we are all connected and one , coming from the same source and governed by the same rules and concepts of life , but on the level of my individual existence I am an own presence with an independent inner world.

We have influence from our family, from our loved one's, from our friends, and in general from the expectations of environments. Behind all these influences we instinctively adapt to, there is also a you that has own preferences and choices.

In others perspective, "How well do you know yourself?". You may be completely wrong about who you are and yet 100% transparent to the point where everyone else does. It's not like other people can read your mind, expect they can. Your behavior, actions, what you speak....etc give massive context clues in your beliefs and world view. They give huge clues into the kind of person you really are and what you routinely think about. If you are not aware of your thoughts , it is possible that other people might be better aware. We can compare it with chess game.Have you ever played chess? You may not aware of your strategy, but your opponent will figure you out and several paces ahead of you. Even the chess opponent who has never met you before, somehow knows better than you know yourself....

In my opinion, confidence and reliance are at the heart of finding yourself. If you don't have solid sense of self-worth, you will listen what others have to say all the time and be swayed by their insistence on what is wrong, right and appropriate. LEARN TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND TRUST ON YOUR FEELINGS. Then you will come up with a structure to base your new sense of self-on.

When we talk about engineering we have to exclude the IITs. IITs are t the different level than the engineering students

There is some significant skill gap in the country as 80% of engineering grads are “Unemployable”.

India produces 1.5 million engineers every year from 4000 institutes which means we have more engineers then the USA and China combined.(Ewwww)

Engineering institutions are generating so many graduates but corporate often complains that they are not getting the skills and talents which is required for the entry-level jobs.

One of the biggest MNC in India has to first hire engineers from colleges and then they have to provide training to the recruits at Mysore campus.

The training will try to teach you in six months what four years of engineering in India couldn’t teach (what the hell!). They are known to provide the best training no doubt about that. So if an industry can provide this high level of training then why don’t our institutions adapt this training technique

But coming back to point why is this training required in first place. This training is required because we are not good engineers( then what am I doing here). We all have theoretical sound knowledge but when it comes to practical knowledge we don’t know shit about it

Following factors which contribute to making engineers — Unemployable ( we have to think about that):

Quality of the education :

Outdated learning curriculum and old teaching techniques.

Theory vs Practice :

Our curriculum-education system focuses only on theoretical knowledge instead it should be more practical.

Exams :

Indian education measures the learning on the basis of one final exam instead it should start concentrating on assignments and because of this students lay emphasis on only the exams and not on learning the subject.

Research :

There are not many scoops of research with our institutions.

Lack of exposure :

Most institutes don’t provide internship opportunities. They should understand that internship provides exposure to students about work is done in companies.

Professors:

Majority of the professors don’t know how to teach, they are neither open-minded nor updated with the latest advancements.

More Supply — less demand :

As more and more graduates are coming out, The supply and demand cycle is getting affected.

This is not unknown reasons every engineering graduate in the country have first hand experienced them.
India’s youths are very ambitious. It’s on the mentors, parents, and society to encourage them and help them in becoming more employable.
Some drastic changes are required in our educational system. The government should work with priority on this matter as it affects lots of people and indirectly affects the future of INDIA.

This is India, this thing won’t changes for decades so we have to work on yourself.

To all the unemployed freshers out there, I know how it feels to be unwanted but this is what will drive you to better opportunities.

Focus your time and energy only on learning because there are lots of opportunity waiting for the right candidates.

Don’t go for training institute they will not be good for you instead invest in online courses they will surely help you in improving your technical skills.

Their lot of the websites which offer courses in the variety of subjects and they provide world-class faculty.
"}]
I really don't know how to start this article but am willing to tell you all to know about yourself,Your own talents,Your own strength. You yourself can change your life else no one can do.Anyone can motivate you but self motivation gives you the complete strength to do something. First try to know about yourself. Trust yourself. We are living in a competitive world where if we prosper, the others will be always waiting to pull us down. Some people like our friends, family will be happy if we succeed, at the same time some people exists who always criticise us such that we lose our self confidence and lose hope to try anything new.So if you trust yourself, you can do anything. What happens if you fail in something? try to learn from it and do it again and again until you get it. Never lose hope and I am sure that self motivation always results in positive way. To find yourself, think for yourself - Socrates.
"}]

Since cooking is an essential skill that everyone should learn (yes boys, you folks too, your wives aren't going to cook for you), starting with knowing where items are placed in the kitchen is step number one. Observe the kitchen in your own home and notice how things are always kept in the same place. This is done so because it creates cohesion, allowing the process of cooking to proceed in a smooth flow that is not disrupted by frustrations of finding the stuff that you need. Get yourself a nice and small dustbin that goes with the kitchen aesthetics and a bigger one that you can dump all of this into.
I'm one of those weirdos that have a lot of appreciation for dustbins, so much so that even when I go out, I keep an eye out for them so I know where I can dump any trash that I carry with me. Modular kitchens are popular these days where you have racks you can pull out to store things and they make life a lot easier, not even kidding. But more often than not, you won't be seeing that until you can invest some money in building your own home.
So in exchange, again from your local bazaar, get some steel racks that can stack plates and the stuff you need for kitchen use in a neat and organised manner. Healthcare is, after all, literally a matter of life and death.

It celebrates “Ideas worth sharing”. TED is a global platform wherein little ideas from people who bring about a small change in the society are given a bigger stage so that their little ideas get acknowledged by a larger audience. It has distributed licenses to the people around the world, known as licensees, so that they can organize TED events in a local platform so that people with Ideas worth sharing can share their ideas locally. Its call TEDx. Officially “x” stands for TED multiplied. TED has many communities around the world which eventually fall under the same umbrella.

TED and TEDx are one of those events which do not need already celebrated speakers to spread ideas. These events won’t showcase people who already famous speakers or already established celebrities. This gives a stage to the local speakers who have little ideas which can bring about change in the lives of people and those who are not already famous or have little popularity.

If you do not believe the above words, let me give you some MONTHLY statistics.

385 TEDx TALKS, hosted in 77 countries, 290 talks featured on TED.com youtube channel with 3.26 million views a month.

What’s in it for you? The audience are so curated by the curators that they have a mixed variety. The audience consists of attendees who are there for the first time and others who come from various areas such as tech enthusiasts, businessmen, artists etc who have already attended a TEDx event. So here you will be exposed to a lot of learning and experience from your peers.

That being said about audience, now talk about the speakers. If you have watched any of the TED talks, there is nothing much new that you have to know. Speakers in TEDx events are chosen in accordance to the theme of the event. The speakers and ideas are curated in such a way that their ideas contribute something to the society and lives are people in general. Fortunately or unfortunately, the speakers need to have at least a small outcome of their ideas. For example, if you are working on decreasing the pollution levels in your city, you must have already achieved a smallest possible outcome in a small area to be qualified to talk at a TEDx event.

With all these at one place, you have fair chance you bump into at least one like minded person. TEDx events have a habit of asking you for the areas that you are interested in so that you can connected with others who have similar interests. Technology, Entertainment and Design (TED) is in the talk for a long time now.

In a nutshell, you can grow your network by connecting with your peers. More about TEDx events cannot be said in words in anymore. Go out there, find a TEDx event in your city or surroundings, register, attend the event and experience all that a TEDx event has to offer you. Good Luck.

Okay so I absolutely love cooking food for myself - only myself, mind you, I don't want to kill my friends with my cooking - for which I keep a functional kitchen that is stocked with the bare essentials and some extra stuff that comes in handy whenever I want to cook whatever I want. Since most of you students are gonna be living on your own pretty soon or when you move abroad, there are some kitchen tips and essentials that you must remember and maintain at all times.

Now, I firmly believe that the Kitchen is the one area in the house that has to be perfect, without a single fault, because trust me nobody wants to deal with the panic of finding stuff you're missing when you're hungry and angry. It does not end well. Here's my advice.

1. Organise your kitchen:

The way to the heart is through the stomach, whether it is appreciation for good food or a heart attack. You certainly do not want to be hungry and looking for ingredients because you forgot where you put your stuff, even worse when you also have no money to Swiggy something.

3. Steel Racks to Big Racks:

Now, I'm not expecting a lot of you to own your own fancy independent houses in your early 20s just yet, unless you move to the US and get used to the kitchen system there (which is awesome, by the way), but the fact remains that a kitchen also comes with a ton of plates, cups and cutlery that has to be organised before someone (AKA me) freaks out about how messy the kitchen is.
