It was hard to look sophisticated with all the plasters around my body from peeling the skin out of fear. It was like as if a part of me wilted down and became like a scar on part of the soul which is still clinging to life. All I could see was darkness whatever I did kicked me back on my face.

With depression, it is like your being stalked by a voice which knows all of your insecurities and knows when to use it exactly against you and sadly its the only voice you can hear. Do you know what the worst part is? Taming that mayhem in you.

It is just like as if your thrown into the fire and asked to embrace it. It might sound tough but trust me it's even worse when a person goes through it because depression is not always about the person who is yelling out for help but it is about the hushed person who is still battling within himself trying to find a way out of the chaos.

Just like most of them, I thought My Story of Depression was better untold until I noticed how extricate opening up to the world feels. To all the bottled up people out there I know in the world which is loaded with judgemental minds it's hard to open up to someone but eventually, life will teach you that, don't you think life is all about taking chances? Remember it is ok to get into crisis and I know you might not even want to get out of bed at that time but Crisis happens to serve the person who wants to use it as a fuel. So, just don't trap yourself within those 4 walls and the anxiety which is hitting you repeatedly.

To all the people out there, try to understand the lethargy, the darkness and the loneliness they are going through. Be there for them when they have come to the other side. It's one of the noblest things you'll ever do.

On coming Sunday i.e., July 16th, 2019 one of the cricket teams is about to take over another at the group stage of the world cup which is about to play in England.

These teams won't be playing just for the trophy, they play for their Pride. The losing team might even end up winning it too. This is how an India vs Pakistan match is watched everywhere.

These two countries share the same history as the countries are discussed.

As India never lost any of its world cup matches against Pakistan, this stands to be an exaggeration for the upcoming match. But this is larger than life events for the Indians and so for the Pakistanis. The practice for the coming match will be a little tougher than the other ones.

Let me tell you how it all started. So let’s go back to Dec 2018, I don’t know how many of you know but Omar Al-Bashir was the president of Sudan since 1989 for the past 30 years. But in December, the government started making cuts to bread and fuel like they stopped people for taking money out, they increased prices of food and goods.

This obviously made people living in Sudan angry and it spread to the Capital Khartoum. Initially they started these protests due to those cuts, but eventually, they turned into these protests to remove Bashir and the government for many good reasons. They just wanted a fair civilian government.

Later in April, finally Omar Ali Bashir stepped down from the position. As the Bashir’s government and the political network was so tangled, they needed some time to disassemble everything and start afresh so it was decided that Sudan would have a transitional government for 3 years led by the transitional military council until a new leader is elected.

So ever since then, there has been a 2 month long Massive peaceful sit for demanding for civilian rule until last week. But on Monday the RSF militia, also known as “Janjaweed” violently attacked and shot demonstrators. They even somehow scrapped the 3-year period agreement and said new elections will take place in 9 months and it is believed that this election will simply pave the way for much of old regime to come back into power.

They are firing people’s houses, raping women, mistreating people, urinating on them, making them drink sewage water, burning corpses, throwing them in the Nile river, terrorizing the streets. They are literally killing these innocent people for no reason and it’s so sad because all they want is a better life for themselves and their families and their country. They thought for a second that by Bashir stepping down will be a start to a new fair life for them but clearly, it’s not.

While we are living comfortable lives, there are innocent people being killed. It seems like there isn’t much what we can do to help them but we can donate money to help those people in Sudan in these difficult times.

The hardest thing is to find yourself and the second is being happy and content with what you have found. Figure out what sets you on fire to become who you are.

There are way too many voices telling you who you are and what you should be but my dear! you have been someone else until now but now its time for you to find yourself again because everyone belongs to a different set of values and you don't need to belong to one.

There are different people with different mindsets and you absolutely don't need to satisfy them all because dear! in the end, you gotta be happy and satisfied with who you are and what you do.

Try to develop yourself to find the real you because if you won't, you'll end up making a settlement which is not you. Believe in everything you do and eventually, you'll break through and work towards self-mastery. Stop whining and be competent. Live your life with energy, passion and make a constant effort to become lively.

Henry Ford said when everything seems to be going against you but remember that airplane takes off against the wind and not in the direction of the wind. Believe in this while you strive to find yourself and trust me the buck stops here.
"}]

Now a days it's common that every one has their mobile phone. I have a question that did you ever think why our phone number are 10 digit. Why can't it be 12 or 15 digit number?

The answer to this question is, initially the people of telecommunication thought that as we have only 10 numbers we need to use them only. If we suppose 1 number to each individual then it is limited only to 10 people.

txt
rich_1560430445314

Next they thought to implement it with a 2 digit number but it was also limited to a few individuals only

Then the Department of Telecommunication thought to implement it with 9 digit number but it was also failed because our population is more than the required number of different phone numbers for each individual .

Then they finally decided upon and had the solution by introducing the 10 digit number. This would give us vast number of different phone numbers which would be efficient even for the next generations .

Now you may also have the doubt that initially our numbers used to start with 9 and now it is starting even with 6 right. At first they started numbers with 9 but when that series has completed then they moved to 8 and then to 7 and now to 6 and in future it may be 0 also.

The one thing that is holding people back from living their lives to the fullest is worrying way too much about "what will they think of me?" Every day from the minute you wake up, you live your life caring and thinking what other people think of you. But when you start to depend on their opinions and make their opinions central to your success you will lose out on who you really are. You start adjusting your life to meet the expectations of others.

Have you ever thought what your life would look like if you didn't give the other's opinions and judgments as much as the importance you give? Life would have been very easy and you would have the time and energy to give it to yourself.

It's impossible to live up to everyone's expectations, as there will always be people no matter what you say or how you treat them, will judge you. So don't stress yourself out by trying to please them. You will never be able to stop people from judging you, but you can stop it from affecting you.

Their opinion is usually based on their beliefs and thinking but not on yours. What's good for you may not be good for them or vice versa. People will like you, people will dislike you and that's OK, none of it will have anything to do with you. Ignore all the judgments and opinions, stick up for yourself. Be whatever you want to be from your own perspective. Stop seeking permission. Stop seeking validation. Stop asking for others opinion. Make your own decisions and live by those decisions. Take full charge for what you want to do and how you want to do it.

Failure is a part of being successful just as Einstein says failure is success in progress. You got to live at the edge of your capabilities to see yourself the way you imagined before.

If you decide to do something and don't know how to do it you gotta learn no matter how many times you fail because failure helps you to identify the areas where you got to evolve. There will be odd days and you'll have to face odd circumstances but whatever it is you have to push yourself through them. It is okay to push yourself hard at times but what you'll never do is to let the fear get to your head and what you will never do is to turn your back on.

You just have one option in your life and that is to live up to achieve your aspirations and for that, you got to push yourself and look! You're not the first person who has failed and those who know to push themselves through the hard times come out with flying colours as they never stop at one failure and believe that their dream is the reality. Enjoy failure but never let it stop you. Let failure not be the end of your story because the only way you fail is when you quit.

So, fail early and fail because of which you'll be wiser, smarter and your hunger for success makes you achieve what you desired for.

Use failure to make you. Don't just go through it, Grow through it.
"}]
