MUSIC MANTRA is a form of Art; an expression of emotions through Harmonic frequencies. MUSIC is sound that has been organized by using Rhythm, Melody or Harmony.Music often has Pitch, Rhythm, Dynamics and Timbre. According to THOMAS CLIFTON, music is "A certain reciprocal relation established between a person, his behavior, and a sounding object". Music Increases Happiness. ...
Music Improves Performance in Running. ...
Music Decreases Stress While Increasing Overall Health. ...
Music Improves Sleep. ...
Music Reduces Depression. ...
Music Helps You Eat Less. ...
Music Elevates Your Mood While Driving. ...
Music Strengthens Learning And Memory. Music Increases Verbal Intelligence. Music Raises IQ and Academic Performances. In addition to these 10 reasons, there are so many more, including decreases in pain thresholds, the relaxing nature it provides to patients before and after surgery, increasing memory pathways for patients with Alzheimer’s, the improvement of recovery time for patients who suffered a stroke, the ability to keep your brain healthy in old age, to name a few. Music really does serve as a therapy for all, whether as medicine in a hospital or a heartache on a rainy day.Our scientific understanding of the effects music has on our brains is only starting to take shape; there’s still so much more to learn. So remember, “If you get confused, just listen to the music play!”

txt
"Art is touched by the heart. I feel what I see and then draw what I feel." Art comes naturally to Adithya Vanga, it's an inborn talent passed on by his father. The confident young man tells us that art to him is a form of expressing his feelings. The intensity of the art depends on his mood like, nature for when he is happy, expressions for when he is sad, and don't even ask about when he is in love with someone... He just manages to recreate the exact image of the person without even having to look at their pictures and without having to erase a single mark. This friendly person started off sketching with grids, but now he has become so well versed with his talent that he does it all free hand. Sketching is a spontaneous act for him and all he requires during sketching is isolation and peace. He feels accomplished after he finishes his pieces. Do you have a problem in life, No, Then why worry!

Do you have a problem in life, Yes, Can you do something about it, Yes, Then why worry!

Do you have a problem in life, Yes, Can you do something about it, No, Then why worry!

If you are a living being, then it is obvious to face several problems over a while. It may be financial, family, personal life, or anything as such. With god's grace, I never faced any issue that serious, but I will give you all a few examples where I have seen people overcome it.

My uncle(Babai) was the one and only reason for my paternal grandmother's survival, unfortunately, he expired five years go in an accident. She lost hope and cried like hell for a few months, but it was not the end of her life, she has got new hope now to see my successful future.

Recently, My maternal grandfather expired, he was the whole world for my grandma, she was completely dependent on him for each and everything so much that she never knew how to bargain vegetables, or to buy something going out, but now she is doing it herself and she has also got a new hope to live to see my uncle(mama) settling in life.

My neighbor attempted suicide a few months ago as he was facing horrible financial issues as he lost his job, and was surrounded by debts and his house being seized. However, he was joined in hospital and his life was saved and a 2 days later where he was still in the hospital he got the news that his son secured a good job, so he managed to pay the loan interest after he has got his first salary, paid it and got their house back.

My maid was divorced with her husband a year ago, but she is still a strong lady leading a royal life, being able to educate her two daughters with her hard-earned money.

And the recent issue, where we have seen intermediate students committing suicide for scoring fewer marks is pathetic. I agree students life is filled with anxiety, fear of backlogs that would further affect the career and placements and various other causes that would make them fall prey to suicides, but remember that Thomas Alva Edison, became a scientist after he was thrown out from the school. We never know what God has planned for us in the future. Be patient and wait for the right time to come to excel yourself.

When the above-mentioned people can overcome such horrible situations, you as a student have no big problems as of them as failing in M1 or not securing a placement is not the end as we still have many other ways to survive and mamy more opportunities to come. If God closes one door he has another one that is opened for you. Just wait for your time!!

In all the above cases, people were facing various problems but hope was the driven element that made them lead a successful life today. Whatever may be the situation, life should move on... Instead END means not the end but EFFORT NEVER DIES.

The main reason for a person to commit suicide is to lose hope and finding no reasons to live anymore. I only wanted to tell one thing to all such people is that you get a human life only once after many decades. It is the god gifted one and you have no right to end it before he thinks to do it so. self-killing is the biggest sin that will haunt you for years and years after re-birth also. No matter you may reach out to the toughest challenges in life overcome them with courage. A soldier who was killed in the battleground is praised and respected, unlike the ones who ran away from it.

You may be in darkness today, but I assure that you will see the sunshine one day. Everyone will experience springtime in their lives not just once but over and over and believe me that springtime will always be a celebration.

Just think positive and as we have seen in one of our megastar movies, if a girl is gone from your life you will get another better one(Ma colony Loki Aishwarya ochindhi:))

Finally, I conclude saying that suicide is not the answer as the soul is eternal.

As tomorrow(i.e September 10th) is world suicide prevention day, I would be grateful if at least this article of mine could save one person's life by gaining him/her hope and everyone reading this article please help the people whom you see around in depression and anxiety to overcome it by motivating them or by helping them meet a counselor to come out of it.

"}]
Every Monday morning, I think of what to write ever since I started these Monday blogs and I was doing the same today. I was wondering about which experiences of mine that I can talk about today when I came across something called World Suicide Prevention Day, which is tomorrow, i.e. September 10. That got me thinking about a classmate of mine when I was in my first year of engineering. This girl committed suicide because she failed M1. It was disturbing for me and more so, because this person was just one roll number ahead of me.

The education system in conjunction with lack of understanding on mental health issues drove this teenager, with a potentially bright future to commit suicide. To add to that, I later found out that a while after this girl’s death, her mother passed away unable to bear the sadness over losing her only child.

According to some news reports I read after I decided to write this, one student commits suicide in India every 55 minutes, if you look at the number of students who committed suicides in the recent years.

What I urge students is this, if you feel bad about something, if you feel you are depressed, please seek help. Do not hesitate to talk to someone, that someone can be your friend, your sibling, your parent, a teacher, anyone. If not that, at least use platforms like this one that let you write and vent out your thoughts. Depression is something that is being increasingly common among students owing to various factors, but please don’t let it bog you down.

There were instances in my life too, when I was a student, where the setbacks made me feel depressed and lonely. Not cracking IIT was perhaps my biggest setback when I was a teenager, more so when I saw all my friends getting into premier institutions. But later, when I paused to think and evaluated myself, I realised by networking and by taking part and winning national level competitions, I could overcome that.

I know this is easier said than done, being objective and evaluating oneself but if nothing, just pause and think. This is what I urge every student who feels depressed. If you feel there is a big problem, break it down into smaller ones. You have a huge number of backlogs, talk it out with your families and explain it to them and divide the backlogs in a way which will enable you to clear them easily. If you are worried about finding a job and you feel you don’t have any skills, just pause, think and start using student platforms to build your skills. If you have a personal problem, talk to a friend. Do not hesitate to seek help.

Life is precious and if you are a student, your whole life is ahead of you. Do not end it. Do not lose hope.
"}]
Comedy for me is like like oxygen, I can't live without it. Right from childhood I was a very mischievous boy who used to jump around. People actually used to refer me to Dennis the menace. Even in serious situations I crack lame jokes.... well that's how it works for me. I always wanted to go on stage and mesmerize people with my talent which I was not sure what it was back then. I tried singing, dancing and other stuff and realized that I suck at them. I found my inner talent, my thunder in my 10th standard when I was asked to speak something for a few minutes. I didn't know what to speak so I started cracking jokes. The response was not so good but I was happy that I was able to put up a few smiles. From then my journey was like a rollercoaster ride. I used to go to these random open mics and was able to improve myself. To be honest in the beginning I use to crack open like a raw egg on the stage, there were times where none of my jokes used to work, but hey that's the beauty of it you get to learn, improve and excell eventually. I started working on my sets and spending more time. I started to do standup in my own style which made me unique from everyone else. I had many inspirations in this field like kevin heart, Adam Devine . Indian comics like Sahil Shah, Azeem Banatwala were like my idols. Whenever I was not doing good or I needed some advice I used to message them. They helped me clear my mind and gave me advice so that I won't do any mistakes which I'll regret. Now , I find content in everything. I can make a joke out of almost anything. This was my journey till now let's see what the future beholds, what adventures lie ahead. Thank you

Nightmare usually refers to the figment of our imagination when we are asleep. The dream ends when we wake up. There are times even after waking up we keep thinking about it because the intensity of the dream was too much to handle. Sometimes we forget the dream after waking up or in a day or two or there are also chances that you will never forget them.
Nightmares usually show the fear we try not acknowledging when we are awake. The more positivity we have the less amount of nightmares we have. Coincidentally that is how life works if we have hope or positivity we can almost make it through any situation and if we are filled with negativity than a minute also feels like an hour.
If someone is scared then we should try our best to comfort because sometimes even small nightmares can also be traumatic. It is usually common in kids. We can usually comfort them staying with the person who is having a nightmare until they fall asleep or try to divert their mind from the nightmare by telling something funny.
Have hope and live life to its full extent.

txt
As I entered into my degree course I was having much time with me and I was getting bored. So on a fine day, I came across some trending videos which are done on a app named tiktok. I found it very interesting and I was little bit excited. I was wondering why can't I make those videos. Then I started making tiktok videos. I started uploading them in my social media and I really got good appreciation from my fellow friends and my family members. And this continued for couple of months. And by hearing appreciations I myself was in a heroine feel. And I guess this appreciations surely make us happy and most of them will be in heroine feel 😅😅😅

txt

Rani from Queen has been one of the most realistic characters written. Shashi Godbole from English Vinglish is another. These characters aren't macho, neither are they bubbly and jumpy all the time. They do not have a solution to every issue they face, they are not the perfect heroes who solve problems for others, hell, they fall in a dilemma when they face hard times.

They have mood swings and even might act selfish at times. They have their share of happy moments which nobody understands. They are self-critical sometimes and careless the other.

But they aren't imperfect or less-deserving in anyway. They are not "bad" for reacting to overwhelming situations or toxic environment. They are flesh and bones with thoughts and emotions.

They are just real.

Here are some of such characters:

Satya (Kshana Kshanam, played by Sri Devi)

Satya is a playful girl with sheer innocence we catch from her behavior. She's a regular girl in the city who works 9 to 5 and jokes about her boss with her colleagues. She rushes around to finish her errands, yet she fears insects like worms.

When she faces a turning point in life, she tries to escape from it using a guy's help yet is genuinely cynical about the guy, given the guy gives out the vibes of a hooligan. She takes time to build trust because a mere fight isn't what a girl expects from a guy to trust him like they have shown in a million films.

Dan (October, played by Varun Dhawan)

Dan seems unfriendly but he is hurt and numb. He tries to be the perfect guy everybody wants him to be but gets furious on failing to do so. All he wants is people who would accept him for him, people who are considerate of him. Not the ones who preach him how he ought to lead his life.
That is why, when he gets to know Shiuli asked about him (even casually) before falling off the building, he rushes to the hospital. A guy, who seemed indifferent to everything, suddenly gets considerate about Shiuli. He goes far to do anything to save her life....because she asked about him.

Sita (Godavari, played by Kamalini Mukherjee)
Sita is an ambitious fashion designer and a struggling entrepreneur. She's an inspiration for 90's kids because there were very few characters with personality like hers. She wants to do something with her life and decides to ignore the marriage proposals her dad brings her. Her anger is immediate, she gets furious in a second, then realizes her mistake and apologizes quickly. She cannot stand being ignored or blamed.
She comes from a family who think the best way of handling sexual harassment she faces at work by marrying her off. They are conservative that way, like any other family (at least the most cases) but they are loving.

Ram (Godavari, played by Sumanth Akkineni)
Ram is concerned about the society and the way it works. He is a simple guy who wants to enter the politics so he could give his best. Only when he approaches the Party offices, he realizes it is not how it works. He doesn't fight with people or give monologues to end up becoming a CM because that is how only fantasy works.
But he goes on to contribute to the society by doing everything he could to help them. He wishes for people to lead comfortable lives before anything else. He is a patient man and doesn't really get in his mind that he is supposed to treat his women "specially", like his ex says.
And this is why Sita and Ram fit perfectly. She could get angry sometimes but it isn't intentional. Her vexation comes from the amount of burden she has to handle on a daily basis.

She goes through a break-up which goes tough on her because it is both her personal life and dreams crashing down at the same moment.
She tolerates everything and eventually succeeds in what she does.
