Have you ever wondered how worst it feels when you loose someone whom you spoke to two mins back and then all of a sudden you get a call saying that he passed away? I was shocked because I spoke to him just few minutes back and wondering how could this be possible ,but it was true that he passed away and I couldn't control myself that moment. This was really horrible and never imagined this would happen to him. It was the month of May, weather was very hot and humid and everyone of us had holidays so, around 12:40 my two friends were supposed to head to one of their friends place for lunch.

Then this incident took place. One of my friends were lying unconscious and the other got injured very badly and asking for help but everyone out there refused. My friend who came back to consciousness took him to hospital. Even there they had a problem as few hospitals didn't admit him as it was an accident case. By that time, we had to loose him. Its really sad that we lost him at a young age.

Many of them were around when it took place, but they were of no use, as no one helped them instead they were busy clicking pictures and taking videos and starring at them. I would now want to question as where is that humanity going in us? Because of carelessness we had to loose him. I'm not blaming someone but look how is the society. Its my humble request to everyone who is reading this... when you see someone caught with up an accident, please go help, take your two minutes of time, take your phone and dial for ambulance and give proper information this would help a lot, never refuse when someone is caught with an accident. Life is precious. One call could save lives of millions of people. Now this might be just an article but, when you face it in real, then this would impact you a lot.

A million words would not bring you back, I know because I tried neither would a million tears.

No matter what I say and what I do ,there is not even a single moment when I don't think of you. I really miss you. There'll always be unforgettable memories behind your goodbyes.

Here is a girl who lives in the beautiful city of Hyderabad , where talent oozes from every damn street. She is someone not from the common lot. Her only goal was to become a very famous dancer, and nothing could stop her except for her family. Now unfortunately this beauty was from a very strict orthodox family, where dance dint have a room in their life. Dance was a big NO NO .She had so many traditions to follow. It was a nightmare for her.

Television was not an idiot box for her because it was the only major way for her learn new steps and watch her favorite dancers on screen. And not to forget it was the 21st century , these things were accepted everywhere else but not at her place. Funny isn't it. Here goes another jaw dropping moment , she was only 7 years old. Look at her determination and interest , at that age kids only look for chocolates and finishing home works. Her parents lived abroad so she stayed with her grandparents. Now you imagine how strict would they be. Not trying to exaggerate , but yeah that is a fact . They dint allow her to join dance classes nor dance at home and yes , it was a big deal. The struggle to learn kept increasing and her determination never went south. In the process of achieving what she wanted, she learnt a lot of things that any 12 year old wouldn't learn in school. Oh yes, she is 12 now. Her parents were her best friends, they knew how talented she was. Their encouragement was always there, but here the decision makers were the oldies ( mother's parents) as she was living with them. Let me add, her scores never dropped. she was always in top 5 among her fellow classmates.

Everything was going good. Days passed by and here was a good news that she woke up to, It was the 17th of October ,2012 her parents came back to India with the plan of not going back again. This was the best surprise / best birthday gift. Now you must be thinking , "OK at least now she can join the dance class" . Nothing as such happened . Hey ! so join the club. Her parents loved her dance, and they always had a big smile when she danced. She was happy with that smile back then. One year later, now you see here is the most dangerous period of everyone's life... THE TEENAGE . She was growing old very fast, hormones started to act weird, her strong mind was not was not able to take those rejections (NO TO DANCE CLASS) anymore. And those instigating classmates dint allow her to have a peace of mind. Her parents kept asking their parents to allow her, but nothing changed.

In 2016 , her mother got a job in an international school located in vizag. So she along with her mother came to a new place where hopes were high. It was a new place for both of them , her grandparents wanted to stay with them to support. Now you can think of sad emojis and memes that come into your mind right now. Her face was one among those. Hey but she loved her grandparents like no one else could love them and took a really good care of them. They weren't enemies to her at all . Keeping the dance part aside, she was very happy to see them again. Now she was a grown up in 11th grade. Adding a point, she danced and won many prizes in her school from 1st grade. But all she wanted was to make it her profession.

Because of the long hours in school , and no proper exercise , she gained a lot of pounds . Now her smart mother had a smart plan. The mother told everyone in the house that she would join a Zumba class to reduce weight. ( she winks at this 17 year old), This girl joined the classes.

FIRST DAY OF DANCE CLASS

The struggle came to an end. Her dream came true . Her heartbeat was fast , stomach full of butterflies, goosebumps all over. IT WAS REAL. Now that she joined , they told her to reduce a little weight first and her training would began. she wanted to learn both classical and western dance forms. SO yes, now her real journey began , everyday after college she runs to the class and everyone is happy. She danced in many competitions, college programs, choreographed many performances in different schools and colleges. Her grandparents finally agreed and understood, she din't want to hide anything from them so went and explained how much dance means to her. Here it is.. The struggle story where she (the girl) is now a 19 year old, loves writing stories and tired new things ... Yes its me . This is my story . I am the girl i was talking about. If i can cross this big ocean and achieve what i wanted with so many restrictions , anybody can.

Trust me your just a mile away ! :)
"}]

Few of you maybe wondering what Selohssa means. A few of you may have already googled it.
Now ,I don’t want to pride myself with inventing new words, but I didn't really have much of a choice in this matter.

txt

To me, Selohssa is an anagram. And to me, it is a word used to define an irritating, contemptible person. I think you get the idea.

txt

I myself am a Selohssa. But not the whole way. And I also am not sure, if I am one, or if I want myself to be one. Because being a Selohssa is easy. You can’t get hurt. There’s a possibility that there is a rational reason for the way he/she is acting. The marble beneath me was freezing at 13 degrees when my mom asked me (rather commanded) to help her get some groceries. Willingly(*reluctantly*) I took my mom to a nearby weekly market.
And I swear, it was so cold outside, I wondered if the knight king from the game of thrones had himself descended upon my city. While I stood in a corner of the market constantly replaying the scene of Jack dying in Titanic due to cold my mom called me to hold her bags while she shopped for more bags for me to hold.
As I went with her through the center of the market, I could see a lot of sellers struggling with the cold just like me and the worse thing is that they must've been sitting there for a long time. Like maybe from the evening itself. I could see many of them draped tight and shivering. In spite all of this, most of them were polite and humble. Had I been in there situation, I would have lost my patience totally. Such was the weather.
Most of what they were selling wouldn't be more than 40 rupees a kg, irrespective of the vegetable. But then when you're an Indian, the process of buying from a farmer doesn't go down as a simple give and take unless there's a bargain. And that's what most of them were doing, bargaining for the little penny(it may mean a lot for some, no offence here). I wondered if any any of them would bargain in supermarkets. Obviously and certainly no one would. We don't bargain for the same at supermarkets, or we also don't complain when restaurants, multiplexes, pubs charge hysterical prices, way higher than the MRP.
Most of them know at heart that even these places steal from people's pockets. So we do so the same to a farmer. I wonder with all the effort he puts in, he first gets looted by the middlemen, then from the distributors etc. And with the little money he makes, he puts it all back into the next crop. Leaving very little to feed himself and his family. Irony is that the one who feeds a nation has very little to feed himself.
You know, maybe even the farmers are stealing from us by overcharging, maybe, but somewhere in the corner of the heart I believe they have every right to. We live in a nation that has long forgotten and forsaken it's roots.
The irony is, I offered the guy in the picture 10 INR for clicking pictures of his. He agreed initially, but then, after I took the pictures he refused the money with a warm smile.
And as I walked past all this, the cold winds felt numb and somehow I went back to replaying the scene of Jack drowning in the Pacific along with the Titanic. Poor Jack.
"}]

My journey with StuMagz for past one year has been fantastic, it's been an incredible ride. During this period I have enjoyed and achieved different milestones. It was a cold December winter day (2018) when I joined StuMagz. My excitement was sky-high and the friendly team made me feel comfortable. Things have been going great since then. I realized that I belonged to a super-talented team. From the time I joined, I learnt writing articles wholeheartedly and enjoyed doing my work. I even got a lot of new talented friends through StuMagz.

The advantage of writing articles in StuMagz that I found is that everyone can raise their voice and can convey the message. This is extremely important because it improves the ability of framing our thoughts during communication. Sometimes, we think an answer for a question but we do not know how to frame it the best we can. StuMagz helps in improving our ability to convey our thoughts in the best manner.
Words are building blocks of our thoughts. Writing is a great platform for practicing thoughts.

I remember it was the month of September,2018...Being 1st year student, the college was very new to me. You can imagine all the inner feelings which arise in freshers. Ease to know more about the college...Luckily I found a link forwarded by our class CR in our section's whats app group. There was a link provided to register in and a form regarding application for news volunteers. Very curiously I clicked over the link and found that it was stuMagz. At that moment I came to a understanding that it was just an app and would be helpful to know all the news updates. I even made just an attempt by applying for news volunteer.

Later on one day i remember it was 14 December,2018, I found a message from unknown contact. It was something like...Congratulations you are shortlisted for news volunteer and I had been added into a group-News Updates SREC. From that group I had come to know that apart from news updates there are many other advantages of stumagz app and this build interest in me to know more about it. Once my membership was been approved, I opened the app so as to look into it.

As soon as I opened the app, the 1st story visible to me with title.."When I look Back, It's all Stumagz" I really wondered as if "Oh is it". Then i read the whole article. I came to know that the writer of that article wrote over 100 articles. I was really surprised. Then i viewed the profile. It was Rohan Katakam bro. Really that article helped me to know about amazing stuMagz SREC team members like Nirmal bro, Krishna teja bro , Rishitha sis , Varsha sis....I viewed all their profiles and looked over the articles written by them. I really felt them amazing and interesting. Looking over all those , I even made an attempt to write my first article Stronger mind=Stronger you...

On the same day, I received a message from unknown contact like- "Good job buddy! I really appreciate your interest in writing articles.Write more articles.." It was none other than our Nirmal bro, such an amazing cool bro i ever met. From then I was been boosted up and encouraged to write articles... He always boost me by saying," Young Writer..." Really bro thanks for all the support and keep supporting...

Two articles written by me -Success and Achievement, Pongal vibes had good responses and likes.. And" i was on a cloud nine the whole day" when Sri Charan sir have tagged beautiful write up regarding Pongal vibes article...

It have filled great confidence in me like-"Yes I can ". And I will continue writing and improving by every attempt.

Well there are a lot of things for me to learn from team stumagz SREC. I feel very pleasure to be a part of such wonderful family. Somehow stuMagz even created great relationships among us to always guide me and support me.

Writing articles or reading articles written by others really helped me to improve my communication skills. I really enjoy while searching for new vocabulary while writing articles. I was really very poor in expressing my inner feelings or ideas... But now I am able to do them too. I think that's a great improvement in me.
