Taking these accidents into consideration, many automobile manufactures started working on improving the safety measures in their upcoming models.

One of them is TATA motors. It has launched an SUV model called Tata NEXON in 2017. The thing that is to appreciated is, it has received the highest 5-star adult safety rating by Global NCAP(New Car Assessment Program), an internationally renowned safety accreditation body and received 3-star rating in child safety.

NCAP also declares that NEXON is the first and only car in India to receive this rating.

We need to be proud as it has been shaped and crafted by INDIAN automobile manufacturers . This is just a beginning, we still have to reach higher levels in car safety. “Just Waiting for my prince.” This is something most of the girls would say. It is hard to understand the theory behind this statement. A year ago if somebody would had asked me, I would have said the same thing which others told till date. For me it was just a way to comfort my self. I always told my self that some day I am gonna find someone. And there it was “My constant need of being with someone”.

You know what they say " you got to be really; really lucky for finding your prince charming". But it is merely impossible to predict the future. There is always a possibility of never finding THE PRINCE.

I couldn’t help but question myself – What about those other unlucky group of people? Are they going to live their lives in disappointment and end up being alone? And why are they even called unlucky? If you really look into the perfect little lives of so-called "The lucky people", maybe then you’ll understand who is truly lucky here. So these people who are being considered lucky for finding love, have lives filled with rules. Rules such as:

1. Talk to the person you love every freaking day.

2. Meet the person more often

3. Share every single thing with them whether they understand or not

4. Be dependent

5. Forget about your friends and your self.

6. Make your lives completely about them and many more which many of the couples do follow.

Once you get into it you become one of those people who ditch their friends for the person they love, one of those most typical couples you once hated.

Maybe few things sound kinda nice but if it’s going to cost myself, my friends and everything that I dreamt of and want to achieve, I rather prefer being alone and independent. And why do you even have to be dependent on somebody? Why do you even need somebody to tell you 'I love you'? Why do you need somebody to get you flowers?

Maybe you could just get them all by yourself. You don’t need somebody to hold your hand nor to save you. You don't need to be a princess waiting to be saved. You might be happy being with somebody but you are the most happiest when you are with yourself.

In the end it’s always you who is going to be there for you.

We can not completely get over this “some day I’ll find the one” feeling, least we could do is to stop looking for “The one” and be “The one ” for our-self. But If you decide to go down this road and look for “the Charming", then don’t get upset when you don’t find him. And in case you find him then don’t make your lives completely about him. It not completely bad to be optimistic but be prepared to accept either ways.
"}]

Materialism, that is what our previous generation have followed and living with. They preferred things over people and experiences. Get a job, car, house and live a life around it. "naya ghar naya car". They preferred owning things. Many of them built a routine around the materialistic life and started calling it a life.

New generation have started showing their mark. People started moving from place to place hunting for new experiences rather than owning things at a place. Materialistic things have now taken a backseat. Experiential economy have started thriving all around the world. People prefer spending money on doing things rather than merely owing them. Experience is their high and feeling their new luxury. This generation doesn't want to accumulate things like their older generation.Things doesn't come with you, but experiences and feelings do come. Follow your intuition and live around experiences.

Managing time effectively is an art that, like many other forms of art, can be learned. Of course, it goes without saying that you must be willing to learn it in the first place, otherwise there is no point, is there?

I've found out recently that if one wakes up earlier in the day, they are likely to find that they days are much longer than what they're used to. Waking up at 5AM enables you to get much more done than waking up late and sleeping late, that just boosts lethargy and makes you slower. Yes, that's a thing. So how can you make sure you can be effective when it comes to time management?

1. Wake up early:

This one was obvious, wasn't it? Not only does waking up early ensure that you are ready to tackle the day ahead of the curve, it also ensures that you will sleep early to make up for the sleeping time to facilitate you waking up early in the first place. You'll also find that your days are longer and that you can accomplish much more than what you previously thought was possible, including hitting the gym that you've been promising to do.

2. Underpromise, Overdeliver:

Whenever you're asked for a task, make sure you do not agree to it right away unless it is extremely important. Promise to look into the matter and do it anyway, this will save your time and also the person who's asked you to do it.

3. Prioritise:

Of course, the above point would be crippled without remembering the fact that you need to be able to prioritise your work effectively. Trivial tasks seem easy to conquer but that'll just cause you to push back on important ones which will cause you to panic and not focus on it properly.

4. Learn to say no:

One of the most important parts of learning to manage your time is learning to say no. If you have something important going on and someone comes along and asks you to focus on something else or your friends ask you to hangout when you know you've got something important to you, you absolutely need to know how to say no. It'll save you a ton of time.

5. Take A Break:

You maybe wondering why on earth would I advise you to take breaks in an article about using time effectively, but that is as important as the rest of the points, mostly because you need to let yourself for a few minutes every hour or so and avoid going into a burn out. This keeps your focus up and allows you to finish your work effectively, thus saving time.

Snuggling into my blanket,

I feel like the child of the universe.

The starry sky blanketing me,

The Earthly Bower my soft bed,

The air sings its song, lulling me,

While I dream of what lies ahead.

txt
rich_1546518481509

'Tis funny how I dream of more,

Ask for more I can take and give.

More than what comforts my skin

And more than where I could fit in.

It's surprising how I see myself,

In someplace so far off,

Off of the starry skies that blanket me instead,

And the Earthly Bower - my soft bed.

txt
rich_1546518481510

I dream of getting there where the Titans dwell in all splendor,

Where I can only dream to belong,

But didn't they say so themselves - the Titans,

That if I'd dare to dream and dream to dare

Then I shall as good as belong there.

txt
rich_1546518481511

When morning comes and the starry shroud lifts off,

I remain to be there - a blurry speck,

Blurry speck of Earthly dust

In a huge Universe of stardust.

txt
rich_1546518481512

But yes - someone great once said,

To strive and strive, and seek your stead,

Like dust you shall rise and rise,

I might, like dust, reach the skies,

My blurry speck shall then glow,

And set me apart from the starlit flow,

When the Sky lights up with my glittery gale,

The Earthly Bower shall sing my tale,

That I fell deep and rose that high,

Led by will I dared to fly,

And each time that I broke down,

My Earthly Bower lifted me,

So that every night and every dawn,

It's Heavenly dreams I could see.
"}]
