Sports require dedication, toughness and resilience but of all sports, combat sports need these three a lot more than any other sport. Boxers need it more so and Salman aka Sunny is just 13 years old but his tenacity and his dedication to the sport have bagged him three state titles and he is currently on his way to bagging Nationals. At a cursory look at him doesn't give away that he's a fighter but when he enters the ring, it is a different story altogether and he turns into this aggressive fighter whose only aim is to win.

What makes his story even more intriguing and inspiring is his family background as he comes from an economically backward family - his father worked as a gate watchman when he started boxing.

It all started for him when he watched a Pawan Kalyan movie where the Powerstar plays the role of a boxer. "Three years ago, when I was in my 5th class, I watched that movie and if fascinated me. I wanted to take up boxing and I just knew it that I wanted to pursue the sport. Thankfully, my father (pictured below) agreed to let me learn it despite me being just 10 years old back then and despite our family position," shares Sunny.

Sunny then started learning boxing at Saroornagar Indoor Stadium and his senior Gouni Kumar shares, "We were training there when we saw this little boy come. His dedication to the sport left us in awe and that is why we decided to train him ourselves, regardless of whether he could afford coaching or not."

Owing to his financial background, even being able to afford the proper nutrition required for a boxer was a tough challenge for him and that is why, Kumar and his friends ensured Sunny was trained by them enough to qualify for the coaching at Sports Authority of India (SAI) hostel in Aurangabad, as Kumar shares, "It costs about Rs. 8000 a month for proper nutrition and there was no way his family could afford it. That is why we ensured he was trained enough to clear the SAI selections and he worked very hard to get through it." To this, Sunny adds, "It was a massive boost for me, getting into SAI as I get proper nutrition and training there."

At SAI Aurangabad, Sunny has a gruelling training schedule which includes strength and conditioning training, technique training in addition to having regular sparring sessions every week. "We start training at 5 am and it starts with 25 rounds of running around the track before heading to the training centre for a few hours of training. Coach sir trains all of us in various technicalities of boxing in addition to involving techniques that improve our reflexes and skill," shares the 8th class student of ZPHS Saroornagar.

After moving to SAI hostel a year ago, he started training hard for Under-14 nationals and he is currently taking part in the 65th National School Games Boxing tournament in Haryana and this makes it the fourth time that Sunny is taking part in a National level tournament.

His is a story that stuMagz hopes will inspire many students to take up their passion and pursue it despite everything that stands in the way.

This was a year of happenings in the little flower degree college. Right from the beginning of the semester, there were a lot of events that took place.

FRESHERS

The year started with a bang and that was welcoming the newbies into college by hosting the annual fresher's party. A day filled with laughter, joy, and warmness this united the seniors and juniors there was dancing, games, food and lots of conversations. AKA traditional family-style welcome.

That was the dawn of the many occurrences that took place

BASKETBALL EVENT

Basket tournament at LFDC was a grand success we had over 18 colleges participating, this event lifted our competition spirit, The audience was on the tip of their chairs cheering for their favorite team.

TEACHER'S DAY

The day when everything was reversed or like some of the stranger thing’s fans would say the day of the upside-down.

To mark the relevance of this day the students got to enact and play the role of their favorite teacher.

Each student was assigned a class and had to teach and impart their knowledge on the subject, this tricky activity embarked upon us the relevance of a good teacher and the hard work and effort that goes into teaching. the day continued by the student council who hosted some amazing programs including dances, mimes, skits and even had a fun little activity for all the teachers.

The teachers were great sports through the entire event and gave us their 100 percent participation.

FRANCE VISIT

We had a group of French students visit our college and this gave us an insight into the French culture and we had the opportunity to display our culture in the form of dances, songs, and fun games to make our guests feel welcome.

The French students performed a beautiful ballet dance which left us in awe watching them perform so gracefully.

The above mentioned are a few of the many events that took place in the Little Flower Degree College.

"}]
If you're reading this, you're most likely writing your semester exams and I am positive that many of you are gearing up towards attempting the GRE, to pursue your Master's abroad. In my experience, students usually take the GRE in the even semester and that is why I am writing this today. Even if you are a first-year student, what I write below will be very useful to you, in fact a lot useful as you have a lot of time to arm yourself with the know-how of cracking the GRE.

After my first job at Infosys and prior to me starting my entrepreneurial journey, I was a GRE trainer and I used to train students for the verbal. Based on that experience of mine, I can definitively say that GRE Prep shouldn't be started prep as prep for an exam. It should be a journey rather. When it comes to the Quant, it is just about doing as many practice tests as possible if you are weak at math but if you are already good at math, it is very easy to crack as going by the Indian standards of math, the GRE math is very simple.

Then comes the verbal and in my experience, it is all about reading books and not just books, reading whatever you comes your way to build your vocabulary right from the beginning. Vocabulary can be improved in different ways, one needs to choose what suits him/her and I personally suggest usage of words in sentences is very important. I used to read The Hindu newspaper from my second standard and I used to write down the words I didn't know and learn their meanings before attempting to use them in my own sentences. I used to find it tough to do when I was a child but I am definitely reaping the benefits now.

When it comes to improving the vocabulary, as I said earlier, framing own sentences using those words and trying to find new words from a thesaurus will help. Other techniques like root words, one word substitutions can be learnt from Norman Lewis's word power made easy.

Just remember, GRE prep is a marathon, not a 100 metre sprint. Approach it like that and ace it.
"}]

This year we had some amazing events happening at our college but the one that tops the list is the event named life of a girl where 3000 plus marched for women safety. Then there is litcon and samskruti which happened on the same day. Those are the events that have every student interest from the moment they are announced. But we did not have enough time to enjoy due to some unfortunate circumstances. Next time hopefully they will be back with a bang and better preparation.

Then there was a dandiya fitness event where you could just feel the excitement in the air. Everyone who participated in it was looking forward to it and even if they had never danced in their life they found themselves moving to the beat of the songs.

Well, these are fun, but we also have stuff that helps us in our careers. Such as the guest lecture on 'envisioning entrepreneurship' which is useful for someone who is going to get a career in that field. 2) You have to work with materials which make your \rhands dirty . girls who are assumed to be beauty minded all the time are \radviced that they might affect their look if so they work with such kind \rof elements .when you do any work with passion , dedication and \rinterest you would not even be concerned how difficult it is to
accomplish.
3) Women are too timid to be a mechanical engineer. \rhistory has been a clear evidence that there were many women who
stand as role models for young aspirants . they were not just into the \rstream but even marked as eminent figures . some of them are \rEMILYWARREN , EDITH CLARKE , etc from India we have \rSUDHA MURTHY , KALPANA CHAWLA and many more .All of them marked their own importance in
the history .
4) As compared to men , women have less placements in \rmechanical. And getting back to 13th July 2019, it was a great experience to participate in the event like this. This ceremony had left many memories to our seniors. As i had a chance to interview my seniors, i have done my best to put their feelings on board. We planned to interview them and get their feedback about their experiences, opinions. We designed a chart and pasted it to the wall, and then comes our sticky notes around the chart. We have gone to every senior and interviewed them with some crazy questions and asked them to write the answers on sticky notes. Then we sticked these notes around the chart to make the wall more memorable and attractive.

txt

Just having a degree is no longer the only criteria for having a career. In fact, according to UNICEF, more than 50% of Indian youth will not have skills for 21st century jobs. Global Business Coalition for Education, and United Nations Children's Fund released data that said about 54% of South Asian youth will lack the necessary skills to have a career by 2030.

The situation is particularly alarming in India, according to this report that lists out several reasons as to why it is the case. One of the primary reasons is the fact that most Indian institutions just rush through the mandated curriculum in a certain period of time, without putting emphasis on actual learning. Added to this is the sad reality that most curricula in India is outdated and needs a major reform by the concerned authorities. There is an extensive need to have an updated curriculum in institutions in addition to having skilled trainers and an easy processes of skill certification. Improved and adequate infrastructure in conjunction with the right way of imparting the knowledge to students is also a major necessity at this time.
While that is on one side, as students, there are several steps you can take to combat this situation and ensure you have enough skills to have a job in the future.

Students of Vignan relate well on how we whimper about unit tests and remedial classes throughout the semester but heave a sigh of relief when the finals are approaching because we'd become familiar with the question paper by then (not sure about the answers though). Frankly, nobody likes exams, not even the teachers because let us be honest, there is no right scale to measure a person's ability or to certify their knowledge.

So as there's not more than a couple of weeks left for the final exams, I have been keeping an eye on everybody's reaction to the panic and think these are worth laughing at, when they look back. I'm pretty sure you're familiar with these kinds of people around you.

Walking Anxiety

Now this person is most probably from an SSC school because no other schools can cause anxiety in people as well as the SSC do. So, instead of opening books and studying like normal people, this walking-talking anxious person approaches a random person with healthy BP levels like you and almost convinces you that everybody is going to fail the semester and it is going to make their lives meaningless. So now you freak out and it doesn't stop until you write your final exam.

Chilled Out Macha

This person remains calm and positive throughout the examination season and you will most definitely think that this person has finished revising a thousand times. But the truth about him/her is that they simply have a control over their emotions and you are the one who is overly nervous, sorry to say.

Your Business is my Business
This person keeps a tab on everybody's preparation and I seriously suspect that he/she has a Bulletin board back home with everybody's pictures, their test scores, strengths and weaknesses with red circles over anybody who has even slightly scored better in a trivial test than this person back in 1889.

Knowledge is THE WINE
This person is silent the whole semester and mostly minds his/her own business. I admire people like these because they do not care how much their score is, in the internals (although they do score well) or do not run in the race of scramming through stuff they do not understand for the sake of scoring. They simply take their time to understand what they're learning and put it in their answer sheets and possibly that is why, score way better than the rest.

The Clown
This person uses humor at the wrong places, at wrong times, just like during the Examinations. When this person enters the room, everybody just throws their hopes of studying out of the window because neither will this person study nor will he/she let others study. At the end of the day, you might find a bunch of lousy people who have forgotten about the exam, hopelessly laughing at everything in life because of this person.

Existential Crisis
This person starts to question everything out of frustration. About why should we be tested, why don't people let students live their lives, why is melody so chocolaty and so on. It's one special day of the year where people take the time and truly think about how blessed they are and the community's perspective on life becomes heartfelt.

All the obstacles in life seem to dissipate, heartache vanishes and they become appreciative of their life and existence.

To celebrate this season they surround themselves with all their loved ones and feast on delicious food till their stomachs and hearts explode. During this celebration, people who worry about calories call it a cheat day, it's a period where the isolated embrace warmth and it's the day where being grateful overpowers all other emotions.

Thanksgiving is a national holiday mostly followed in the western parts of the world where they celebrate with their family to proclaim the harvest season. Thanksgiving has certain religious as well as secular beliefs.

People take the time one by one to express their love and always remember to smile and look up at what they have in life.

Some countries celebrate it by cutting a turkey while others choose different traditions, Even though it's not big in our motherland and we don't have to follow other Nation's traditions but what we can choose to learn from this special day is to take some time from our busy world and start learning to be grateful to the people in our lives and to start focusing on all the good that life has given us.

What will happen if there is a massive drop in a country's currency? what will happen if there was a global economical blackout supposedly wiping out crucial data in every bank including the loan amounts, the debts it owns, the numerical data for all types of transactions for every individual account? this is where the word "Cryptocurrency" arises including numerous questions. the article briefly exists to give you an idea of cryptocurrency and how it may affect our future.

A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that is secured by cryptography, which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or double-spend, in simple words cryptocurrency is a database with values that no one can edit unless you meet specific conditions.

Cryptocurrencies are decentralized, they offer transparency and immutability. Cryptocurrencies are one of the fastest grossing topics at least because of Bitcoin, a digital currency created in the year 2019 by a mysterious figure using the alias "Satoshi Nakamoto", not to mention their value is surpassing at an overwhelming rate. bitcoin is also one of the most famous cryptocurrencies alongside Ethereum and Litecoin which are used to make dark and deep web transactions. bitcoin trades are also pretty popular among the dark web chains where the bitcoins are traded for other currency types.

Cryptocurrencies like bitcoin are evolving, should you be investing in it? Probably yes, did you know that tech-head companies like Google, Microsoft, and apple accept bitcoins? If you are interested in more companies which accept Bitcoins, Click Here
Since the cryptocurrencies are decentralized meaning they are not governed by anyone and every transaction that is made using bitcoins is public meaning everyone has a copy of that transaction, these transactions are peer-to-peer based and this is where the concepts of Blockchain come into action.
There has been a massive demand for blockchain courses over time and students have been enrolling in many universities thanks to their adaptability. The article is just to bring awareness of the topics that the cryptocurrency posses which can help shape the career of an emerging blockchain developer. Since blockchain is an emerging technology, there aren't enough qualified developers that can be hired. That has led to blockchain skills are very valuable in the job market with jobs ranging from $150,000 to $250,000. if you are willing to take up a blockchain course there are plenty of online websites to choose from especially Udacity, Coursera, and Udemy, etc which offer blockchain courses with certifications, but for most of the cases, you might need to pay for the certification. If you are interested in learning more about cryptocurrency and the topics it covers, Click Here with all that said if you have any doubts regarding any topics mentioned in the post feel free to use the comment section.
