The journey started with Aristotle PG College in the year 2003 with 120 as intake under Osmania University, then started KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology <\/b>in 2008 covering core engineering branches with the vision to prepare students community with research and entrepreneur as blend and equipped them with skill. Also, society actively participated to support  \u201cPRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA\u201d(PMKVY)<\/b> in 2016 in various sectors. It further enhanced and added 22 skill development programs in 2018. AICTE<\/b> recognize the contribution of society in the skill development sector and awarded B.VOC Courses to society in 2018.\n\nPresently 1300 students are studying at UG and PG level courses. Also, more than 200 students are taking training in skill development (PMKVY-I, II).<\/b><\/p>KGRCET is a new age engineering college imbibing innovative vision. Known for its commitment to offer world-class engineering education with quality teaching and best of infrastructure, our college has won accolades for its diligent effort in bringing state-of-the-norms and international Association for students. New Age Engineers are those who are well equipped and updated with the current knowledge, pioneering ideas, and a strong basic foundation. The industry today is looking for such new-age engineers who are industry-ready. The skills they required are honed at our college. The college encourages the students to learn beyond just engineering. It sharpens us with analytical knowledge, the ability to apply, real-time and industry-current education. Our college prepares us not just to compete for the industry, but to LEAD. <\/b><\/p>Spreading over 15 acres of lush green campus, we have a lot of time and opportunities to prove ourselves. Apart from mainstream engineering, we have a lot of events where students can showcase their talents. In our college, there are students who excel in sports, students who can stand-up, students who started their own NGO 'The Place to Bark'<\/b> for abandoned dogs and pets, and students who bought home trophies. There are annual fests where students for that year will be awarded for their exceptional performance. <\/p>The NSS troops are very energetic and their contribution is very valuable, our college has adopted Chilkur village and we have been supporting them through everything and the management is generous enough to send NSS volunteers with supplies to villages nearby who are in extreme need for resources.
