In the journey of every heart break, either it's friendship or relationship we can't escape from the pain caused by the broken heart. In that phase, at some times, we usually feel that the world  is coming to an end. We feel worthless of ourselves. But, our heart was designed to recover from such heart breaking state as early as possible only if we help ourselves by controlling our thought process and focus on all the positive things around us.<\/p> <\/p>In those extreme conditions, we need to believe the fact that we are actually not totally broken until we are dead. Some cracks often develop when we depend entirely on a few people. We feel helpless if someone doesn't show the same affection as we show towards them and so the incompleteness starts developing in our brains. But, these cracks are the weaknesses that improve our life if we accept them and start working on it. Filling these cracks makes us stronger emotionally.<\/p> <\/p>We need to believe the fact that whatever we are feeling, it will eventually pass. We won\u2019t feel sad forever. At some point, we will feel happy again. We won\u2019t feel anxious forever. At some or the other time, we will feel calm again. We don\u2019t have to fight with our feelings or thoughts for having them. We just have to accept them and be good to ourselves. Resisting our emotions and degrading ourselves will only cause us more pain internally, and we don\u2019t deserve that. We deserve our own love, acceptance, and compassion. We need to live a life that we wished to, even if it's not very fruitful, it should make us more happier and more stronger, than a life directly or indirectly controlled by others. \n<\/p>"},{"type":"img","id":"img-uid-1584348228663","data":"5e6d154ddbac9"},{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1584348228664","data":"The day we take control over our heart and our happiness and feelings are not dependent on others and not allow anyone to rule over it, we feel stronger, confident and fearless in true way. We should not give previlege to anyone in the world such that their behaviour makes us happy or sad. We alone should have the power.<\/p>Instead of thinking about the past, we can focus on not loosing the one who are with us now because life is really long if we will get broken up again and again. If we feel that we have nobody to enjoy with, we need to learn enjoy our loneliness  and start trusting on our lives, it will also start reciprocating the same. Trust provides stability so that we can reunite our broken soul again. Life attracts life. Happiness attracts more happiness.
