Apart from communication skills he\/she should also have a knack of data analysis to create robust surveys and measure our internal stakeholder engagement.<\/p>"},{"type":"img","id":"img-uid-1578480890196","data":"5e15b5f65f1d5"},{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1578480890197","data":"Responsibilities : <\/b><\/p>Communication:<\/b><\/i><\/p>- Capture classroom stories & fellow interviews to design a monthly newsletter addressing all our stakeholders<\/p>- Handle the TFI Hyderabad social media page and leverage it to spread the message about Fellowship<\/p>- Design robust surveys to measure both internal fellow and staff engagement<\/p>- Conduct data analysis on the engagement survey data and present it to the team<\/p>Volunteers: <\/i><\/b><\/p>- Managing volunteer relations for the city<\/p>- Maintaining volunteer database and placing volunteers in required classrooms<\/p>- Managing volunteer inductions and providing support during the training of volunteers<\/p>- Tracking volunteers and their performance in classroomsEnsuring volunteers receive experience certificates post their volunteering<\/p>Knowledge and Technical Skills:<\/i><\/b> <\/p>- Excellent research and communication skills<\/p>- Excellent time and project management skills<\/p>- Excellent relationship building and networking skills<\/p>- Proficiency in MS Office Applications<\/p>- Proficiency in general research tools<\/p>You can apply <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/teachforindia.secure.force.com\/careers\/job?id=a0i6F00000UKvXJQA1\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/b><\/a><\/p>"}]
