Although there are many theories proposed on how our planet formed but, there is none with a solid proof. From years scientists are working seriously on how our planet formed so as to know more about us and the mysterious Cosmos. From then on, man started to explore other planets in order to solve this riddle and this continues till date\u2026<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">From the beginning of our understanding of Space , we were always fascinated by our Red neighbour. Mars turned out to be the most preferable one for our exploration and study. Some studies even suggested that we might not be Earthlings and might be Martians after all. Sounds pretty crazy , but what it meant is that our own planet might be formed from Mars and studying Mars could somehow explain the complex way of planet formation and inturn LIFE. This is where InSight comes into play. It is quite different from all the earlier Mars Mission conducted.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><br><\/p>\n"},{"type":"img","id":"img-uid-1526027730112","data":"5af556f978226"},{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1526027843688","data":"Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport (InSight) is a Mars lander which is designated to study the inner layers of Mars to know the hidden truths of the Red planet. InSight was carried aboard by NASA\u2019s Atlas V-401 rocket on May 5th , 2018. It was a successful launch and InSight is expected to land on the martian surface on Nov 28th , 2018. Unlike this mission ,all prgevious missions were all designated to study the surface of Mars . Scientists turned real curious about the planet after Curiosity(one of the Mars rover) found the signs of frozen water on the red planet. This is kinda foundation stone for InSight.
