As per the rules of Delhi traffic police, not having a number plate or having the one's which is defective or fancy is an offence.

And a constable in Delhi always ensures that the rules are followed.

He Spotted a man driving with the logo of National Lok Dal Party on the number plate, the constable stopped the vehicle to inform that it was against the rules

As per the reports, when the constable stopped him, the driver started abusing him, what the constable did next forced the VIP to apologize to him.

The smart cop took the video of the whole conversation and  said that the video will be going to Delhi police website

“You cannot threaten a police officer. You have not read the rules and regulation board we have put up. This is not Haryana. In Delhi, Neta Giri won’t work,” he is heard saying in the video.

Every cop is expected like him and to be sincere.
