The next challenge was visibility of the rain. So, the artists concentrated on lighting. The droplets would not be visible with white light. Our country India from the start is rich in culture and traditions. Our ancestors are sages and saints. They all had given many gifts to the world. Without Telescope, they identified 9 planets in our solar system. Without the help of modern science, they said when does the solar eclipse occur and when does the lunar eclipse occur. Infact there is no such science to prove it. They calculated the rotations of planets including earth in our solar system exactly without any science. But how is it possible? We have to question ourselves. And no wonder if we say is is the spiritual power obtained by meditation. Now what is this meditation? How to do it? And what is Meditational frequency? How it can be obtained? what is the use of this meditational frequency? Now you can learn and understand by this article.

Meditation is nothing but concentrating on a certain thing. During meditation one's concentration should be on a single thing without any disturbance. We should not think anything. It is possible only by mere practice. There are certain methods to meditate. Concentrating on the region between eyebrows( It is the place where Agna chakra lies). The place is also called as BRUGUTI. And the easiest way of meditation is concentrating only on our breath(Inhalation and exhalation). We should just observe it, we should not inhale or exhale wantedly. By practicing it very regularly, one can see his soul inside. This happens through some steps. At starting stages, once we concentrate on it our breath slows down and one can listen the silence inside our body. Then one could see the light at BRUGUTI. Later one can realise the soul inside. Then one shall come to the conclusion that "I AM NOT THE BODY, I AM THE SOUL LIVES IN THIS BODY. I AM ONLY THE WITNESS TO THE BODY" It happens only when the 6 chakras(MULADHARA, SWADHISTANA, MANIPURAM, ANAHATAM, AGNA and SAHASRARA) of our body gets activated.

This happens only through mere practice. Later the frequency of the spirit increases while meditation and decreases after meditation. This is called as meditational frequency. Now once the frequency of one individual soul matches with other, there generates a type of bondage and the communication starts.

EXAMPLE 1: After the death of Swami Vivekananda, At somewhere the disciple of vivekananda is meditating, then the frequency of his soul matched with vivekananda. So he listened the voice of vivekananda that he has passed away 3 hours back.

Example 2: We all are familiar with Tyagaraja. The Devotee of Lord rama. He got message from rama in his dream that at the bank of the river, my idol is there. You take it and place it in your house. How this happened he used to sing songs on rama and in the mean while unknowingly he went into meditation, always thinking about rama, he had acquired the frequency of rama.

Once we realise the spirit within us, we can acquire any frequency basing upon our wants.

For example The person A has realised his spirit, then he has got final frequency. He want to give some message to person B, but the frequency of B does not match with A as B did not acuired high frequency, then A can reduce his frequency and can make match with the frequency of B and can give message.

The next stage of meditation is ASTRAL TRAVEL. The spirit in our body comes out with some support like umballical cord. It can go anywhere, irrespective of materials like fire, water, air etc. We can see the planets, sun with any inconvinience. Thus our sages and rishis made astral travel and they found the secret of universe. The 9 planets, rotations etc.We can say our sages as spiritual scientists.

the above images are images of astral travel. Once we come t the stage of meditational frequency we can be able to know about our past lives. (Reincarinations)

And If all stages are completed then there will be no birth later. The soul will merge into the Infinite potential of almighty.

This is the process and uses of meditation

Many of us perform the rituals like Fasting, Jagaran, Abhishekam, and many more, but most of us are not aware of the exact reasons behind the practices.

Fasting: Intermittent fasting gives your digestive system a rest, and this can energize your metabolism to burn through calories more efficiently. Circumambulation( Pradakshina): Circumambulation around the Shivalinga should begin from the left side, till the Shalunka's extended outlet, through which the continuous stream of water (Abhishek) flows. Then one turns back without crossing the starting point and completes the circumambulation in the reverse direction. The reason for not crossing the extended portion of the shalunka is that the energy flow at that point has an adverse effect on the production of semen and the five internal vital energies namely Pran, Saman, Apaan, Udan and Vyan in our body.
