Nischal stood in a corner as all of his classmates were talking in groups. He was the only one from a village. His hard work got him to the city's best Engineering college, but his Non-English background is making him a loner. He was afraid people would laugh at him if he spoke in Telugu.

He thought about it the entire night. Next day he went to a group of students and asked a query in Telugu. To his surprise none laughed. A week later he confided to his new friends about his lack of communication skills. Some promised help. By the end of the second semester, he could write small essays and speak without mistakes.

Sounds familiar? With all that endless hours put in scoring a good rank, there is little or no emphasis on Communication skills at Plus two level, which turns into a big challenge at college. How can one learn a language as vast as that ?

1. Start small. There is no hurry. It is a small learning phase of life.

Divide learning into parts. Vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar.

2. Keep a goal of ten words a day, one rule of grammar, and two correct pronunciations.

3. Watch videos of simple conversations, or read magazines like Reader's Digest.

4. Refer to the dictionary. It never gets out of fashion. Learn new words, and explore multiple meanings and opposites of the words you already know.

5. Speak. A mistake is better than a non-action. If you are scared of sentences, start with words, and observe what response is the other person giving.

Student life poses many challenges which prove to be ample opportunities to learn, help and grow with others. Always take the initiative to any task and see great results. We will continue to explore about Communication skills in the coming days.

Happy learning!!

Privacy, A biggest concern among many Internet users in the world. It is something no user cannot compromise about. Whether it maybe for accessing blocked content, education or any other reason, A Virtual Private Network(VPN) comes handy. A VPN allows a user to bypass any restrictions and access content that is geo-restricted or to prevent ISP or Government from tracking your network.

To help such needs, Opera came up with a built-in free VPN service. It is absolutely free and you don't even need to register any account to use this service. Just download the developer version and enable VPN from settings. Opera has recently added an ad blocking service to it's browser which attracted many users and It is believed that the this service would extend user possibilities in the cyber world. 1. Search for Observation and Record

Engineers tend to misplace things in a big way. The Last minute preparations, one day batting and Group studies make these people misplace observation books and Lab records. You can't find them on Google too.

Whatever might be the story, the tense look that people wear on their face, the amount of time people spend and the revenge looks of the lab in charges all together make these Lab externals a memory to remember for a life time...
"}]
AN EYE FOR AN EYE

7:10 P.M. Somewhere in the Carver estate

Pryce! Pryce! Why did you stop us? Do you think we are happy with your acts? No lad. Not at all instead we demand a plausible explanation. Asked Clement, one of the important men in CM. Pryce bearing all the brunt tried to explain the situation that it wasn't his mistake. Perhaps, it was Carver who ordered him to roll back the troops and leave the locality as Marsh is back and he wanted to discuss something important. Listening to this, Clement said but do you think our bitter companions will leave us instead they'll make an" eye for an eye" by tormenting us. So , we need to counterattack those treacherous hogs before they do. You just give a command I am ready to trigger my rage into the hearts of those dragons from my heavenly sub-machine gun. I am waiting. Okay. Here is the blueprint of the whole Dominic estate. My plan is that I need some of you to join me for doing this. As you are aware of the drug mafia ruled by Banks in both the estates. In order to stop this obnoxious weed growing its roots deep the soil, we need to destroy it. Some of our men will be dressed like civilians of Dominic estate and enter the nearby bank there. "Bank ? why is it necessary now!"asked Clement with a perplexed voice and before his question being answered he shouted: "Yeah Pryce I am ready for the battle". Drug consignments follow in this way in his so-called drug empire .DD men will meet the bank manager of the nearest bank which is in the vicinity. A briefcase will be given to them by exchanging with a gun filled with half bullets loaded. The gun should be a desert eagle .It doesn't have any significance but it is extensively used for drug deals as a code or something and its trigger is coated with Gold. From there the briefcase will be handed to a pizza boy who will be waiting at the steps of bank and he will be throwing few notes to the beggars who are on the pavement and later he throws the briefcase in the dump yard.He then collects the drug packets and throws it in the dock where DD men will collect them and switch on the lighthouse signaling those guys that deal is successful. The structure of the deal is pretty complicated at the end because the act of throwing those notes is to alert the other mobsters and they should collect the briefcase at the dump yard and moreover the lighthouse will be lit by DD men. So, we need four men.Two at the bank with desert eagles, one fake pizza boy and a man to lit the lighthouse. Remember our plan is to make deal unsuccessful as the policy of those drug dealers is that if the deal goes vain and they will leave the locality and stop the business this eventually destroys his market. This has to be done at any cost because drug addiction is increasing at an alarming rate. Clement,"I don't understand why do you want to attack them even before they counterattack us".

Sir, I remember a great emperor saying "Never disturb your enemy when he is making a mistake". But, I also believe that "Kill the tumor before it turns into cancer. Else you need to amputate a part of your body for your delay".

So , when are we going to attack them? asked a young boy in the group. Pryce came to him and whispered in his ear "In the not so distant future".
