I’ve got thoughts more tangled than my headphones.

Sometimes grownups and sometimes stiff kids- This is where the world filled with confusion starts when a student enters teenage- CONFUSION. A teenager feels that life has changed from an answer sheet to a question paper. A life filled with peer pressure, birthday parties, multiple choices of career, the problem of scoring marks, night outs and what not.

By the time 10th class students exactly understand what life is they will realize that it’s time for them to leave a shielded world of guidance to a place which is totally new and unknown filled with confusion just like how impossible it is for a newborn baby to handle the responsibility of the world as a king. If teenagers got a chance to pause the world and play again, they would surely be interested to go back into childhood life filled with innocence, naughtiness, and fearlessness.

Should they read or sing, write notes or slams, explain or chat, describe or comment, attend late-night parties attend classes or bunk out for movies??? But their likes are never accepted. They are given choices where they don’t have a choice to choose. Every second in their life is filled with ample of questions which don’t have answers.

Dreams which gave them no conclusions, science which gave them no clues, Math which gave their thoughts no solutions. In such a state they are expected to choose a career where even a small wrong step can ruin their life forever. Many scientists may be made and new discoveries can take place in this mysterious world but it is quite impossible to clear the confusion of a teenager. Every nook and corner of a teens life is filled with confusion.

Sometimes in life what happens is that what has to happen never happens but what we don’t want to happen always happens and sometimes this happening which really makes our lives happening!! This is confusion.😐

Time, let’s leave these questions and move on to questions much more peculiar than those about our existence, the motive of our existence and the aim of our existence. Everything is created from something but where did that something come from? If blue was called to be green and green as blue then what would have happened? Why do we feel that real-life incidents were dreamt even before their occurrence?

Until then it is all “Why this Kolaveri Kolaveri Kolaveri di……???”

Meet Hardik and Karan from the Institute of Aeronautical engineering. They came up with an amazing idea to prevent car accidents due to drowsiness using computer vision, after wining the college level project expo, they look ahead to collaborate with leading automobile industries to implement it as a safety measure in every car, lets know more about it :-

" We completely believe the concept of ‘Driving drowsy is as bad as driving drunk’. Car accidents due to drowsiness in commute contribute to near majority of deaths anywhere in India. Irrespective of the reason leading to the drowsiness, we identified that there is no proper consolidation to prevent accidents besides self-driving cars. If answered very honestly, how many us or families in India can afford higher end luxurious expensive cars like BMW, MERC, TESLA, etc to save ourselves. So, we decided to build compact system (size of a long ruler or less) and with a price almost equivalent to AirPods which can make the driver alert when he feels drowsy or fall asleep during driving in any car (trust us, even in nano :p). We have built the product prototype with very less complexity which makes our prototype very reasonable in price. Just two are our libraries used in Guido’s Python along with a high quality webcam to record the driver’s face (say cheese!) and a buzzer to alert. Our algorithm will be installed in our product’s heart- the ODRIOD.Our algorithm triggers the camera to record driver’s handsome face as soon as he is seated in the car. Moving on, when the driver is drowsy or falls asleep for more than 2-3 seconds (we can customize it)then you will be awake soon with loud sound. To the quick final lines, our product will be easy to install to upgrade your car to a premium one .We completed the initial prototype and looking forward to evolve it more. Meet us to dive more into the product functionalities "
"}]
"You don't stop laughing because you grow older. You grow older because you stop laughing." says Maurice Chevalier, was a French actor, cabaret singer and entertainer. He made his name as a star of musical comedy. And yeah, what all he said was absolutely true in my view. The second line from the above word's is what we are encountering with these days. I'm not sure how you feel about this but I'm pretty overwhelmed about laughing and having fun all the time. It's not just me who enjoys my "lame jokes", the people surrounded around me do! That happiness when people laugh harder at my jest makes my heart tough to hold! Well that is what making people to divert their minds from all the unwanted stuff of which they are suffering from. If their comes a typical situation which makes the pulse rate higher and higher, and people start doing exercise like controlling thier breath, and seriously what I say is this doesn't work at that situation to get rid of their problem. The only medicine for predominancing the situation is just think about the person who makes you laugh all the time...!I'm Shivani Sunkari, a student from Sri Indu. And I'm the one who doesn't like people being sad and sitting dumb always. "Spread laughs heartfully, and their you'll find real happiness! God gave you teeth for not just brushing with Colgate and not for chewing, God gave them even for laughing whole heartedly!" I say.
"}]
“Life comes in stages. We all have different ages. We do what we do because of our ages. Knowingly or unknowingly, we act because of where we have reached in life.”

Stage 1: Imitation

We as in this stage are born helpless and fragile wings. We can’t talk, walk, and can’t pay our own damn taxes. This time of your life is simply mimicking what you see others do. All others become your heroes. Slowly with time, we observe the norms and want to be accepted by the society as we grow. The ability to make decisions and take actions develops. But, this society is weird that they don’t support our decisions. We end up being dependable on others, attempting to please others to not being judged.

Get into the habit of asking you, “Does this support the life I am trying to create?”

Stage 2: self-contemplation

You are now trying to make out decisions that will make you unique from others. It is the time you start to explore yourself, go out and leave a mark on the outside world. You develop a strong desire and willingness to take up tasks. You sow many emotions in the process of finding yourself. You make mistakes, learning from the trial and error. We encounter many people. And in this stage, we find the dearest ones and know the rigid hearts. Some people stay in your life, travel along in with your dreams and aspirations and those are considered young at heart. Honestly, this may be a good thing or a bad thing at times. We become selective.

“Start to exist loudly without any limitations.”

Stage 3: Allegiance

Once you’ve pushed your boundaries and have found your limitations; you are left with what is important to you? What should you do? At this point, you start to build your legacy. The ambitions accomplish more and more that never comes to an end. We start to arrange our priorities and cut the unimportant aspects. At the end of this stage, you would be left with a question: What next?

“Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself and that’s dedication.”

Stage 4: Conclusion

This stage is all about finding the meaning in life and death. Hence, the stage of conclusion. We all have to accept the truth in the end. No matter how you have spent 75 years of your life, happy, cribbing, and whining; in the end you should simply cherish the blessings that you had while others just dream of. You end up holding a glass of memories filled with emotions that may develop life lessons and values for the branches of your family and the world.

“Don’t die before your death. We all die. The greatest loss of life is the death you feel while you are still alive.”

"}]
Hey folks! Have you ever wondered about what's going on with your life or had worried about what's your future going to be in this kind of world? Yup, let's talk about the "REALITY AND THE CHANGE WE NEED." Yeah, Yeah i know the real world sucks!!! But do you know that we have the ability to change the world and even accomplish the impossible things; only if you believe in yourself. Let's say like why do you need to sacrifice yourself when you can compromise and adjust.Come on...this is 21st century but are we really thinking and behaving the way we should be?

We are complicating our own life by over thinking and over doing the things that hurt us. Let me say this to you guys and you decide whether you give it a shot or not. From now on lets do what makes us happy and not the society. Let's face the outcome of our own decisions and improve ourselves into a better living creature. Everyone is not perfect in this world and have their own flaws but when they tend to change their flaws they are improving and making a change, right? Our real world is not less than a fantasy. We can be better humans and change ourselves into the purest soul that you ever thought it exists. Our future always depends on the present and the right steps we take now.

Remind yourself that materialistic things are for temporary happiness. So, why to depend on those and isolate ourself from the real world. Let's make our life simple, happy and tension free. Now if your thinking how to do it, let me give you some suggestion. Is anything troubling you, go and talk it out. Why trouble yourself and make it hard for others? You like someone's character, go and compliment them. We don't know that even the slightest compliment from you can make someone's day. We never know what someone is going through in their life; so why not be kind to them and prove that humanity still exits in this world.

Meet new people and make as many friends as possible. Lets stop over thinking and over come our insecurities. Enjoy the beauty of nature and the composure it has with the living souls on earth.Cherish and live every moment of your life.

The fantasy world we always dream may turn into beautiful reality that we ever imagined. So, when you turn back and think of the past, lets not regret and instead smile with happy tears on our face. Even a small change within us can make a big difference. #LET THE CHANGE START FROM US
"}]
School days are way more special than we could have imagined them to be during the course and studying in a convent school is an experience that stays with you for a lifetime. Rosary convent high school is where most of my cherishable childhood memories lie.

Walking amongst sisters or fathers, the sound of the church's bell resonating in your ears, attending Friday Masses are some of the jovial memories that will take you back to the days when you were studying in a Convent environment. To bring back those memories and outburst nostalgia these are a few more things that every convent student would relate to.

1. The strict rule of speaking in English.

English is the only language to be spoken inside the school premises and if you were found conversing in any other language then you might have been screwed. A short story is a love affair, a novel is a marriage. Just the same way for Bharath Reddy, a dubsmash video is a puppy love, a short film is a love affair and a full length movie is a marriage and the villain of his love story is engineering. We all have sad stories in our lives which have unexpectedly become turning points of our lives. In Bharath's life too there was a turning point and that was when his first love broke his heart for the first and last time, little did he know he cannot let himself break down and the only thing which helped him through that phase is his passion and that's being an actor. He just replaced the three lovey-dovey magical words with "Lights! Camera! Action!".

While it's Bharath's passion to be an actor it's Vishal's hobby to entertain people through short films. Vishal aspires to be an entrepreneur, he who aspires to bring a change in the world maybe a small one but an effective one, also loves acting in short films and spread an effective message among the audience. Bharath and Vishal collaborated with a youtube channel named as " The Atti Dudes" which was started by Ranadeep who is a student of St.Martins engineering college. Ranadeep is the backbone of "Atti Dudes", he is the director, cinematographer, editor and producer of his own channel. They have not only entertained people through their short films but have also inspired and gave many students a chance to act in their short films.

Life is not a bowl of cherries, if it was then we would not learn anything from it, even Vishal and Bharath had problems in their journey, while Bharath's drawback was not getting successful stories before joining "atti dudes", Vishal's drawback was not having enough resources, they used to shoot films on mobile phones, they didn't have a proper software to edit the films. But they proudly say that they made very bad short films cause they believe if they didn't have experienced rainy days they wouldn't understand the value of sunny days, they have been their own sunshine's on rainy days. Each and everyone have their own definition of success and "atti dudes" definition was winning audience hearts. They have won Aether 48 hour short film contest which was conducted by Mahindra ecole centrale, they have a youtube family of 4k people all these little things makes their team happy and HITAM proud.

One more dude from HITAM in "atti dudes" is Saketh who has been a constant supporter to the channel and his friends. He gives his 100% in whatever he does, be it acting or engineering, he played many supporting roles in "atti dudes" short films and made a place for himself in the channel. Though their channel name and team has "dudes" there is one girl who adds charm to their short films and to their cover song videos, that is Vaishnavi who is also from HITAM. The whole team always gave their best, they didn't look back though they got negative comments, they never stopped entertaining their youtube fam! Bharath strongly believes that he will see himself on the big screen one day or direct a movie. Vishal strongly believes that he will never stop acting in short films though he would be an entrepreneur in the future. Let's see "the power of a common man" or "power of a common dude". More luck and power to " The Atti Dudes".

CUT IT!!

Everyone has a different perception to see the world. Travelling is one beautiful method which ironically has no destination. Many call it fun, some call it wanderlust, but Roshan Bais calls it exploring. The 20-year-old traveler from HITAM is currently in his final year of engineering in the electronics department. He explores with a fine group of fun-loving friends who have their traveling-rituals. After-party on the night of their return marks their end to a great journey.

txt
rich_1564381140608

But what makes Roshan so special? And what is his take on students literally spending their time exploring the world? Let me help you meet him through words.

txt
rich_1564381140609

THE EXPLORER:

How many students do you know who traveled to 20+ cities? Roshan has been to Lakhavaram, Medak, Coorg, J&K, Ooty, Darjeeling, Andaman & Nicobar, Kanyakumari, Bombay and the entire east belt. You will be surprised to know that a lot of them were by-road. These are a few of many adventurous trips. The precocious child wanted to see the world that many kids were content seeing pictures of. “It helped me in meeting wonderful people who had similar interests and ambitions”, he said. In a world where people search for fun on YouTube, he was able to share happiness through his journeys.

txt
rich_1564381140610

After climbing the mountains, walking the beaches, diving in the ocean and getting lost on roads without any map Roshan understood that a traveler has no strangers. When these strangers sit around the fire and tell their stories that is when we relate to them and understand the essence of life. Roshan has been doing very good at academics and has organized many successful events for HITAM. He has been the backbone for SPEED events and the college fest which was 5 days long! The hangout buddy for many guys and the sweetheart of many girls can manage everything with spontaneity.

HITAM has a Students Self Governance (SSG) which has different leadership roles. Roshan is elected as the student Principal for the academic year 2019-20. He is working to the best of his abilities for students and the initiatives that can work for the benefits of HITAM. ‘Principal Saab’ is leading the college for a year filled with enthusiasm and motivation.

txt
rich_1564381140613

Two very diverse lives are merged into one. The goal remains unchanged. Both of his interests want to convey the message of spreading positivity. “Your reputation doesn’t matter your repetition does” the life of our principal is the Exemplary.

Bro.Vincent Reddy is not obscure when it comes to the field of teaching or being the principal, he has around 14 years of experience. He plays different roles in his life from being a brother to being the college principal, His career started right after the acquisition of his graduation, He perused the art of teaching for 2 years and later proceeded to become a vice principal and then the principal.

His years of experience in this field has taught and continues to teach him to appreciate and love the diverse phases of life.
His love for reading and teaching is unconditional, the spark in his eyes didn’t go unnoticed when the topic of his hobby was brought, Being brought up in a family with a lot of teachers has influenced him greatly and his passion for teaching lies within the subject math and physics.
If his life wasn’t dedicated to the church and college "I would be a teacher" is what Brother had to say.

He says and I quote, “Everything in life is a lesson whatever happens be it good or bad is for a reason” and we must always find and look for the best in every situation.

When asked about his plans for little flower he answered saying that making this college sought- after in Hyderabad is his priority right now, little flower degree college is known as a successful institute that molds potentials, the basic necessity of life is discipline which is highly encouraged here because discipline is what we need in life and everything else will automatically follow.

The challenges that we face in life makes us more stronger.

Getting students to follow the rules and keeping up with the expectation of parents is some of the challenges that brother faces but he still finds joy in it.

A message that he would like to give this present generation is : with the technology and massive amount of resource that we have, our prime focus should be on learning and applying it in our life positively.

Sometimes not knowing what tomorrow has in store for us can help us live today :).
"}]
India is a country where engineering and medicine are shown as the only ‘good’ professions to students right from primary school. In fact, most schools center their teaching methodology around ensuring the students crack entrance exams pertaining to those two streams, with IIT/NEET foundation being used as an advertising tool. In a scenario like this, school students rarely get an idea of any other profession and even if they do, they don’t know what exactly the profession entails. Aiming to give this kind of exposure to students is what led city-based Manvi Kansal to go up the path of entrepreneurship, through her startup Out of Box Communities (OoB).

Like the name suggests, OoB encourages students to think out of the box, by exposing them to mentors from various fields. “When I was in school, MBBS seemed to be the only option but thankfully, at the age of 17, I got to know about the world of startups and I had the privilege of getting to experiment with various things during my college years. I understood my strengths, weaknesses, interests, passion, and then I felt I should start something to give opportunities to school students,” explains Manvi, who got the idea to start OoB while brainstorming with her co-founder Aman Sharma. It was started in August 2018.

Currently functioning in schools and some undergraduate colleges, OoB conducts sessions for students, with experts from various fields (ranging from medicine to photography to dancing to government sector and more), giving students a glimpse into a certain profession; covering topics like the need for that profession, opportunities, challenges and the way one can get into that profession.

“We try to explain them the pros and cons of any job profile by having our mentor speak to them and spend time with them through the workshops. Along with activities which are closer to the reality, we also try and organize sessions wherein a few people could actually spend some time with the mentor and have a closer look at the real work. This gives the student an idea as to if he/ she wants to spend time doing the work and if they find sense in it,” shares the 21-year-old entrepreneur, adding, “We also offer a variety of services after the session, to ensure it is not restricted to just that one session and we also help with professional counselling, placement and internships, in the case of senior students.”

According to Manvi, the major challenge in running this has been getting established institutions to get to experiment with their methodology. “People usually look for static training modules and what we offer is something which leads the student onto a path where they can figure out what they want to do by themselves. It will take a little time for established institutions to accept this, but we know we will get there soon,” she says.
"}]
