Few days ago I have tried something new it's monte Cristo sandwich. And I loved it. After that when I tried to browsed the recipe. I got something interesting fact that On September 17th, National Monte Cristo Day is celebrated and it recognizes the indulgent and delicious sandwich.

A Monte Cristo is a fried ham and cheese sandwich. The French sandwich called the croque-monsieur inspired the Monte Cristo. Sometimes you can get enough of a good thing, but you can make a good thing better. The Monte Cristo Sandwich is one such thing. If you’ve never had this amazing love child of a club sandwich and french toast, it’s far past time you change that. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner just got better, and Monte Cristo Sandwich Day celebrates that fact. Now how to celebrate Monte Cristo sandwich. For those who aren’t seeking to create their own masterpiece, the magic of the Monte Cristo Sandwich is available at many higher class restaurants. We encourage you to head out and enjoy this sandwich, especially if you have never had the unique opportunity of dining on this incredible creation. For those more daring, you can prepare a simple french toast dip and make a club sandwich on the usual sourdough. Don’t skimp on the ham, turkey, or bacon. Once it’s assembled, dip it in the french toast mix and carefully grill it on a hot skillet until it’s golden brown. Top it with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar, and serve. Invite a friend or family member to join you for a Monte Cristo. Savor the delicious sandwich as an indulgent celebration and share a photo of your meal too. Be sure to share using hashtag MonteCristoDay

txt
In the past couple of days, a college has been in the news for its moral-policing way of imposing a dress-code, because of the way it termed the imposition of dress-code by stating that wearing certain clothes would ensure girls get 'good' marriage proposals and because of the college employing security guards to scrutinise students' clothes in a humiliating manner before allowing them inside the college. That got me thinking.

All my life, even when I was in school, I somehow hated the concept of wearing the school uniform as it felt as if something that's supposed to be very personal was being imposed on me. I hated the way my first school made students stand outside for an hour for not oiling their hair and after I spent a few days continuously standing outside for not oiling my hair, the school eventually gave in.

In my second school, I did what I could to make sure my school uniform didn't look like a school uniform, I wore black sports shoes instead of the usual Bata shoes, I always wore a denim jacket or a polo neck sweater on top of my uniform and all. Now, the purpose of a uniform, as the word suggests, is to ensure uniformity. Even the well-off kids and the kids from economically backward families wear the same clothes if a uniform exists but the disparity existed even within the uniform. Well-off kids wore the same white shirt but stitched from a quality cloth while the others wore what they could afford. I observed this a lot in my school, where the economic disparity between students wasn't much but it did exist. When a uniform itself is failing to serve its purpose, what will a dress-code do?

I never even understood the point of a dress-code at a work-place or in a college as it just involves a bunch of people working together or studying together. Granted, when a person's work involves meeting clients or some other outside-office work, it probably makes sense to wear formal clothes as I do too when I go to colleges to address students but even then, I prefer wearing a well-ironed kurta or something that's comfortable as opposed to wearing a prim and proper shirt tucked into a formal pant that doesn't let me walk the way I want to and that leaves me worrying about ruining it instead of just focussing on my work.

Even as I write this, I am in my office, wearing a track-pants and a tee-shirt with my legs casually resting on another chair. When startups and even the tech-giants are leaning towards a no-dress-code way of working, how relevant is it in colleges is something that people need to think about. More so, if it is being imposed in a way that makes students feel bad and humiliated about themselves, the way this college did.

Students, I believe, won't really wear anything inappropriate to a workplace as I believe students of today are more sensible than people of my parents' generation in many ways. It might be acceptable to just inform the students on what is appropriate and what isn't but it is absolutely not ok for colleges to dictate what they wear in a way that can be termed as moral-policing.

It was Engineer’s Day yesterday. I have a degree in Engineering and so do most of my friends. According to news reports, 1,14,117 engineering seats were available in Telangana in 2018-2019. Considering the whopping numbers involved, it is safe to say that the number of students from premier institutions is minuscule compared to the number of engineering students and graduates from other institutions.

This implies that there is a huge supply of engineers in the country and based on my experience, the demand for skilled engineers is also something that is consistently increasing. Even I didn’t study in a premier institution and in my years as an entrepreneur and working in the startup sector, I came across many techies who are brilliant at what they do despite not having studied at IITs or NITs.

So what is it that enabled these techies that I know to build their skills and go ahead to become good engineers despite their limitation of not being from a premier college? One thing that immediately pops to my mind is that all of these techies worked extensively to acquire practical knowledge as opposed to just passing the exams with a decent score. In fact, I was talking to an HR recruiter recently and the person told me they prefer polytechnic or ITI technicians rather than engineers as they have more practical knowledge.

In a scenario like this, it is imperative for students to understand what the industry relevant skills are and work on acquiring those skills. It is also important for fresh graduates to continuously update their skills to stay relevant. Platforms like this can help you network with students for knowledge sharing. There are other platforms like Board Infinity and more, which let you learn the industry relevant skills. Once you start exploring, you will automatically have an edge as an engineer as opposed to being just an engineering graduate.

Remember, engineers are problem solvers. Learn the skills, solve problems, do your part towards making our lives better.
"}]
Forests! As we all know , they are the lungs of earth. We totally rely on forests for our survival, from the air we breathe to the wood we use. They provide habitat for many animals, reptiles and also for the tribals. They safeguard us from soil erosion and they even mitigate climate change. They provide us Oxygen, fruits, flowers and many other resources like bamboo, sandal wood etc.., They shower the mother earth with rain. They even reduce the chances of global warming. What not? Everything.

NALLAMALA forest is the lungs of both the telugu speaking states " Telangana and Andhra pradesh ". It widely spreads over in Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Kurnool, Prakasam, Chitoor, Guntur, Kadapa and Nellore districts. The forest area is pristine and provides shelter for a large ecosystem. It harbours a very great biodiversity likely mammals, avians, reptiles, insects and even enumerous plant species. It's all richness lies in the tiger reserve.

According to the reports, In the month of May, the Union Ministry of environment, Forest and Climate change had acknowledged the principal approval to the Department of Atomic Energy(DAE) to survey and explore for the radioactive Uranium in the Amrabad Tiger reserve.

Central government asked the DAE to check whether there is a lavishness of Uranium available in the nallamala forest, the Central government has permitted for the exploration of Uranium in the forest. This operation results in the depletion of enumerous resources in the forest zone. Once If the land is susceptible to the nuclear particles, the plant growing capacity of the land comes to zero. No more the land would be adaptable to grow the plant resources. The land becomes infertile. Also the tribals have to face the toxic effects of the Uranium mining.

Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy said that he would not allow Uranium exploration in Nallamala forests. He also adjoined that he would fight till the end if the Central government has no plans to change it's idea. He said Uranium exploration would not only affect the lives of 10 crore people living across the two states but also would possess a grave threat to the biodiversity. He also requested not to threaten the 'Chenchus' living inside the forests.

A Struggle Commitee has been setup ,which includes many organisations. It blocked the roads and started checking all the vehicles going into the forest. Only after the complete inspection on the vehicles and verifying the identities of the people travelling in, they are letting them go into the forest.

'Chenchus' were terrified that even the experimental drilling would cause land and water (mining has been marked in and around the regions of Krishna river) contamination. They are very much concerned about the land in the forest. They were horrified that the entire wildlife would get disturbed.

After much outcry of several organisations (around 63), including political parties, several environmental activists, many animal lovers and tribals , Our honourable IT and Municipal administration minister K T Rama Rao Garu assured that Uranium mining would not be permitted in the nallamala forest region by our state government. Also, mining requires the permission of our state government, only exploration is under the control of the Union government.

IT Minister K T R Garu said on the floor of Telangana Legislative Council that the state government has not yet given any permission for Uranium mining in the area and also will not give permission in future either. He explained that there is a variation in between exploration and mining and also added that mining requires state government's authorization.

We care for our forest resources. As a popular saying goes "NATURE HAS ENOUGH FOR OUR NEED BUT NOT FOR OUR GREED" by the father of our nation "Mohandas karamchand gandhi(MAHATMA GANDHI)". Save forests for the better future of our young INDIA . A suggestion from me to the world around is "DON'T SPOIL YOUR FUTURE FOR YOUR TEMPORARY COMFORTS". Taking into account , for our future needs(especially oxygen), don't cut the trees for your comforts(furniture etc., ) I conclude, don't cut them for your greed.

Recently, when I met few people in my life personally, then some people said that they are completely feeling stuck in their careers, feeling like they’re too far along one path to make a change and also said confidently to me that sister, definitely we gonna succeed in our life and you get ready to watch our bright future and that sounds great for me and at that moment i clearly saw their confidence in their eyes and some other people said that they are feeling stuck in their personal lives and are unable to come out of that tragic situations and was not expecting any changes too that means they are simply going with the flow but not even trying to come out of them and always feeling sad about their fate and that was somehow shocking to me.

You don't be in that way whatever the situation it might be you have to bravely face it and fight with it and you do remember one thing seriously you should always challenge yourself and you know, There exists a famous quote that is If something that you’re doing doesn’t challenge you, then it doesn’t change you by an Unknown

Well, Every one of us has that face in our life for better improvement and that's Hundred percent true, this can also mean that if you don’t change yourself, then you can’t be responsible for changing your situation in life.
In fact, The fine world all-around you seemed to be completely different and changed and somehow, it was incredible when compared to the past and the few things that once existed were now, seem out of range. CMRCET is a place of light, liberty,

and learning.

Ours is one of the finest colleges in Hyderabad, with a great infrastructure surrounded by greenery providing a peaceful environment for a better learning experience. It is one of the top 10 engineering colleges in Telangana. It is extremely good in terms of assuring a good placement opportunity in hand to all the students by the end of their graduation. I am proud to announce that our placement graph is tremendously increasing year by year. As of the last academic year 2018-2019, 650+ students were placed with a minimum package of 3.60LPA to the maximum being 16LPA.

The faculty is extremely good and experienced with many Phd's as well, helping and guiding us all the way not only in subjects but also to get us through good placement and also cautioning us about the current market requirements and making us ready so as to suffice its needs.

Our college is, of course, great in getting more than 100 companies belonging to the IT field, but pointed to be noted is that it is also striving hard to get core companies like Mentor Graphics to the people who are interested in that field.

We also have various clubs set up like kaggling club, robotics club etc, which also help us in learning new on-going technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Robotics etc...

I am honored to share that We got the BEST COLLEGE IN PLACEMENTS award at Undergrad Summit by Stumagz, CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE award from dialogue India, editors choice education, and another great milestone award recently on 2nd December 2018 for the ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION in indy-wood film carnival 2018.

Finally, I conclude by saying that we truly deserve the punch line, Think Placements, Think CMR.

All we need to do is get out of our comfort zone and explore both ourselves and the world, to know the wonders which we have been created for creating. My journey as an artist started with DIYs.

About Talent: Quilling

One fine day in May 2016 I came across this beautiful quilled box, which captivated me the second I saw it. I started making it, realizing how beautiful this genre of art is that I have been unaware of. I was completely awestruck by the beauty it was creating just with those regular sheets of paper! I've been quilling ever since. It feels really nice seeing your work turn good enough that others along with you like it.

Quilling is a form of paper artwork. Wherein you manipulate paper in different shapes to give it its own style.

NO! It did not quite work for me in the beginning either! My first ever artwork was not very much appealing haha. It took me 3 years to get where I am now. I've even tried Oil Pastels, Sketching and Painting, and want to continue learning new forms of art, along with nurturing my current skills.

I started Tahniyarts which is my instagram page in June 2018. Tahniyarts is the combination of Tahniyat and arts which I feel you must have guessed by now.

It is not easy for me to focus on two absolutely different things, which are my studies and my passion. Tahniyarts in itself puts forth a lot of challenges, but I am really grateful for having lovely people around me without whom I believe I wouldn't be who and where I am today.
