[{"type":"txt","id":"rich_1512825290477","data":" CMRCET-CMR<\/b> College of Engineering and Technology, established in 2002 which is sponsored by MGR Educational society, a UGC <\/b>autonomous institute, and Targetorate Consulting LLP, a management consulting and enablement organisation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding<\/b> (MoU) on 8th December 2017.<\/p>The MoU for Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) was signed by Mr.C.H. Gopal Reddy, the Secretary and Correspondent of CMRCET, and Mr.Abhijeet Ballurkar, The Managing Director of Target rate Consulting. CIE aims at fostering a vibrant ecosystem which will help young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into viable businesses.<\/p>CIE will involve a range of activities around building start-up ecosystem such as identifying areas of focus and market relevance, building investor relations and business partnerships, leveraging government programs and accelerating initiatives.<\/p>\"It is necessary for the students to have the zest of innovation with industries increasingly hiring highly skilled resources,\" said Mr.C.H.Gopal Reddy. \"CIE nurtures entrepreneurs in students who have a passion for leveraging knowledge for creating impact\" signing the MoU he added we are glad to be collaborating with Targetorate Consulting, where Abhijeet will contribute in building and nurturing the start-up ecosystem.<\/p>Mr.Abhijeet said \" I firmly believe that innovation and entrepreneurship play a vital role in the career growth of this generation students from different branches of engineering and domains. The evolution of industry 4.0 and its underlining technologies are paving paths for students to grow their professional careers in corporate and technology start-ups\".  <\/p>The event included an interactive session on 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship' by Mr.Ballurkar. By speaking about this session, he shared insights on the changing of landscapes of industries, opportunities and challenges faced by start-ups. Respected Principal, Dr.V.A.Narayana also attended the MoU exchange program who emphasised on entrepreneurship increasingly gaining as an alternate career path for students. Dr MSR Murthy, Dean (R&D) of CMRCET suggested students focus on latest technologies trending in the market and implement their ideas in CIE.
