Recently, when I met few people in my life personally, then some people said that they are completely feeling stuck in their careers, feeling like they’re too far along one path to make a change and also said confidently to me that sister, definitely we gonna succeed in our life and you get ready to watch our bright future and that sounds great for me and at that moment i clearly saw their confidence in their eyes and some other people said that they are feeling stuck in their personal lives and are unable to come out of that tragic situations and was not expecting any changes too that means they are simply going with the flow but not even trying to come out of them and always feeling sad about their fate and that was somehow shocking to me.

You don't be in that way whatever the situation it might be you have to bravely face it and fight with it and you do remember one thing seriously you should always challenge yourself and you know, There exists a famous quote that is If something that you’re doing doesn’t challenge you, then it doesn’t change you by an Unknown

Well, Every one of us has that face in our life for better improvement and that's Hundred percent true, this can also mean that if you don’t change yourself, then you can’t be responsible for changing your situation in life. Meanwhile, you can never see any improvement in your life if you stick to your comfort zone so, as soon as possible you just come out of it and hustle 24/7 to reach your dream goals and in this situation we all need a healthy dose of normal stress in our lives, after all these things we can only see what we’re really capable of if we make the effort to go over our preconceived limits.

CMRCET is a place of light, liberty,

and learning.

Ours is one of the finest colleges in Hyderabad, with a great infrastructure surrounded by greenery providing a peaceful environment for a better learning experience. It is one of the top 10 engineering colleges in Telangana. It is extremely good in terms of assuring a good placement opportunity in hand to all the students by the end of their graduation. I am proud to announce that our placement graph is tremendously increasing year by year. As of the last academic year 2018-2019, 650+ students were placed with a minimum package of 3.60LPA to the maximum being 16LPA.

The faculty is extremely good and experienced with many Phd's as well, helping and guiding us all the way not only in subjects but also to get us through good placement and also cautioning us about the current market requirements and making us ready so as to suffice its needs.

Our college is, of course, great in getting more than 100 companies belonging to the IT field, but pointed to be noted is that it is also striving hard to get core companies like Mentor Graphics to the people who are interested in that field.

We also have various clubs set up like kaggling club, robotics club etc, which also help us in learning new on-going technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Robotics etc...

I am honored to share that We got the BEST COLLEGE IN PLACEMENTS award at Undergrad Summit by Stumagz, CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE award from dialogue India, editors choice education, and another great milestone award recently on 2nd December 2018 for the ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION in indy-wood film carnival 2018.

Finally, I conclude by saying that we truly deserve the punch line, Think Placements, Think CMR.

Hello! I'm Tahniyat Fatima and I am pursuing my Engineering in Computer Science and am a Hyderabadi! I have always been this artistic girl, for as far as I remember. I personally believe that every human being is artistic in one way or another. All we need to do is get out of our comfort zone and explore both ourselves and the world, to know the wonders which we have been created for creating. My journey as an artist started with DIYs.

About Talent: Quilling

One fine day in May 2016 I came across this beautiful quilled box, which captivated me the second I saw it. I started making it, realizing how beautiful this genre of art is that I have been unaware of. I was completely awestruck by the beauty it was creating just with those regular sheets of paper! I've been quilling ever since. It feels really nice seeing your work turn good enough that others along with you like it.

Quilling is a form of paper artwork. Wherein you manipulate paper in different shapes to give it its own style.

NO! It did not quite work for me in the beginning either! My first ever artwork was not very much appealing haha. It took me 3 years to get where I am now. I've even tried Oil Pastels, Sketching and Painting, and want to continue learning new forms of art, along with nurturing my current skills.

I started Tahniyarts which is my instagram page in June 2018. Tahniyarts is the combination of Tahniyat and arts which I feel you must have guessed by now.

It is not easy for me to focus on two absolutely different things, which are my studies and my passion. Tahniyarts in itself puts forth a lot of challenges, but I am really grateful for having lovely people around me without whom I believe I wouldn't be who and where I am today.

Belonging to the millennial generation, I agree that it is one messed up world. Also because we were born into the world of technology, most of us are still living in the superficial world of glitz.

But at the same time, I think it is very important to acknowledge what all we have been able to achieve. Especially because I am simply proud of how our generation has become more open and accepting.

As a kid, although I tried really hard to laugh at the racist, sexist and body shaming "jokes" so I could fit in, I ceased trying to do so, pretty soon and it wasn't because I knew mocking people is wrong, it was simply because as a kid who wasn't exposed to the ugly hatred against certain sections of society, I knew the gay community or people with darker skin tones were still people to me and it was normal to be so.

I give this credit to my school AND the technology for educating me enough to not grow up into an ignorant person. It is scary how most of these jokes were once normalized in the society.

So we can safely say that, our generation is a tad less backward when it comes to treating everyone.

While we complain about the education system, we do so, mostly because of the right reasons. As the education system became profitable for most of the institutions, it has lost its charm of its only purpose - educating. We aren't taught about taking care of our planet but are forced to get a degree on outdated subjects.
Being students of mainstream Intermediate colleges, we were asked to write our ethics and human values final by copying from their books. So when we say that the education has not only turned into a rat race but has also suppressed our thinking abilities (because apparently, writing our own thoughts in Ethics test is not worth it), we are not lying.
And as a millennial, I am pretty confident that this scenario will change shortly since we now know this is not what we want. (Either that or heaven forbid we'll simply wait until it kills all our youngsters)

We hear a lot about climate change these days and honestly, many of us are yet to understand the pathetic situation we are in. One needs to understand it is not against men. This is a concept that started decades ago and still has a long way to go but it is worthy of mention of how women from various backgrounds are understanding that they need not be confined to the image, others decide for them and that they too, have a voice.

And henceforth dear fellows, continue supporting the voiceless victims of cruelty, continue avoiding plastic whenever possible and do continue taking that extra step to dispose the waste in the proper way, even if you have people mocking you.
The world needs your help more than anything else.
"}]

If you were born in the 90s and are reading this, it is most likely that you played the iconic video game Mario at one point in life, more specifically, the Super Mario Bros. And I am sure you can also hear the tune as you read this. The game came out on this date, i.e. September 13 in 1985 and in the thirty five years that the character has existed, the pudgy mustachioed Italian plumber battling various demons has appeared in over 200 video games and has also become a mascot of sorts for the video game giant Nintendo. In fact, Nintendo took the Mario so seriously that in 2016, it named March 10 as World Mario Day, as Mar 10 resembles the character’s name.

Of all the games, Super Mario Bros., released in 1985 is regarded as one of the greatest games of all time, having sold over 40 million physical copies overall. In fact, this game is credited to have revived the video game industry after the video game recession of 1983. It became so popular that it continued to be sold even in the late 90s and early 2000s, when there were hundreds of games with high level 3D graphics.

There are several iconic factors to that game, from the peppy background music to the quirky toink sound that’s played when the character breaks things with his jumps and more. The credit for these goes to Koji Kondo, a Japanese music composer, who composed all the sounds in this game.

For everyone who grew up playing that game, listening to any of these sounds is a sure shot way down the memory lane as they bring up waves of nostalgia of long summer days spent playing the game, struggling to finish it in one go (in an era where the concept of saving the game to continue later didn’t exist).

However, there are many things that most players don’t seem to know about the game as just playing the game was engrossing enough to let players not be bothered to find out intricacies about it. For instance, not many know that the mushroom enemies are called Goombas or the tortoise enemies are called Koopa Troopas.

The game also served as a major inspiration for other games such as Sonic the Hedgehog and more, in addition to having served as inspiration for one of the first movies based off of a video game - Super Mario Bros.: The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach!, a 1986 anime movie. The 1993 live action film Super Mario Bros was also based on this video game and despite its box office failure, it received a massive cult following through the years.
"}]
In the world full of insecurities, judgmental society and pessimistic people. Where do we stand? We are in a society where our success and failures are being judged monotonously. We either become the news headlines or meme content on social media pages.

The question arises …Why do people judge? They judge to satisfy themselves. They basically get nothing out of it except self-satisfaction. We get attracted to negativity more than positivity. Be it things, thoughts, habits…anything. We judge people to compare them with ourselves and feel we are in a better place than them. The truth is when we judge others, we are falling way behind the bar.

It all starts from your birth itself. Yes, you are being observed and criticized the way u look. "Does he look like his mom or his dad?" " Isn’t she so fair?" "I think there is a problem with his hands?" Wow!! It’s been few minutes you’ve been on this planet and you are already being judged. Isn’t it a great start?

We are judged by many things, our profession, our lifestyle, our behavior and our thoughts because everyone prefer to assume rather than knowing the truth. We are always interested in what we want to hear than what it is. We are often judged by our mistakes but in reality we are learning from our failures a bit early than them. We are in a rat race competition, where everyone’s wants to become the best and they try to pull you down in many ways. We don’t become a better person, when we are best, we become better when we stop judging and start accepting everyone as they are.

There isn't an end for criticism. All you have to do is focus on yourself rather than others. Next time, when people laugh at you for what you are, give them back a smile. Don’t be afraid to be outnumbered. Pigeons flock together, Eagles fly alone!
"}]
If you’re a lover of grains and light breads, cereals, and pastries, then you have a life deeply steeped in gluten. Throughout the world, this includes most people as bread has been, in all its forms, one of the foundational ingredients in most cultures diets. So therefore Celiac Awareness Day was developed to raise awareness of the condition that makes the consumption of gluten a painful and harrowing experience, and the millions of people who experience it. It is estimated to affect 1 in 100 people worldwide.
The best way to celebrate Celiac Awareness Day is by developing an understanding of how to prepare gluten-free foods. 1 out of every 100 people on Earth are thought to suffer from some degree of this disease, so it’s likely that someone in your friends or family would be grateful for another person who understands their needs. There’s nothing better for someone who suffers from Celiac than being able to be presented with a special meal they can enjoy without reservation. Celiac Awareness Day is your opportunity to learn a little more about the lives of those who live with Celiac.

txt
