These societal norms have been curbing/crushing down everyone’s passion now and then just like it did with mine and most of my fellow friends. In a race to have a settled job, a salary you can spend on your own, the timing you wanted to work in, we forgot about the passion we’d to create our own identity. And you know what happened?? We question ourselves in return just because of you asking us about the passion I'd, which is no longer sustaining. The most painful regret I'd is asking a question which i never wanted to ask my own eternity; When did my passion DIE? Well, Thank you by the way to the people who made this situation to come up at the moments when I'd neither any clue about it.

Honestly, when I was shuffling my racks the other day, I found a folder with bunch of papers in it. I’m not surprised to figure out what they’re but I was scared to read them out, because it is the story I’ve been writing about my love with a person I planned for rest of eternity and of a dream with an ambition. In my memories with the days back earlier, I found my situation silly and few words made a punch on my face with a powerful statement about something which I’d a clarity about 2 years ago, but no longer any more.

A voice is still pending on! There is lot more to explain in detail how it feels like to be a graduate and how a graduate's voice be like.

To be continued....!

txt
rich_1484131943368
Description:
As a student Ambassador you should promote Zumba Riot (Zumba and Dance Fitness) event which is on 5th February, 2017, in college and get minimum number of students signed up for the event.
The Student Ambassadors will get below benefits:
1. As it stands currently, nobody knows where the man is, his wife has reported him missing since the video went viral.
Is this blatant power abuse by the BSF? I cannot fathom why one would give an alcoholic a gun, that's like the worst thing you can do, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that BSF's allegations are malicious and intended for character assassination using ad hominem attacks against the Jawan, instead of actually fixing the issue.
I can only hope the BJP walks the talk and looks into the matter, the BSF stops acting like a dictatorship, and that his wife hears from him soon.

txt
rich_1484053980076
1. The statements "you are a girl, this is a boys' sport"; "you're a girl, this sport is dangerous for you"; "you're a girl, taking part in a sport like this shames your family" might seem like translations of dialogues from the movie Dangal but were actually experienced by this 20 year old student Saara Qureshi. Born to a middle class family from Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, Saara was always good at sports and at the age of 12, her school coach advised her to stick to one sport and that's how she chose boxing. She was in the news recently for being selected to represent India in the upcoming World Chess Boxing Championship; in the heavyweight category.

txt
rich_1484220327349

Chess Boxing is a unique that combines Chess and Boxing, wherein the boxers take part in alternating rounds of Chess and Boxing. "Though I am a boxer primarily, I like the mental challenge that chess gives me and that is the reason I am also into this sport," explains Saara, who has won several medals in various levels since 2009. The road so far has been rough for her, as her family was against it. "I am from a Muslim family and in our society in Gadchiroli, girls taking up sports is heavily looked down upon and it was very difficult for me in my initial stages. My father was dead against me taking up the sport," shares Saara, whose coach slowly convinced her father to let her pursue the sport.

"Even after I started winning medals, there was still a lot of pressure from everyone and to get away from the restrictions and to be able to pursue my sport with all my concentration, I came to Hyderabad and I joined in AV College here and since then, I have been able to practice freely," says the 5'9 tall girl who practices for over eight hours every day. After she came to Hyderabad, things became tough for her financially as her father could not afford to pay for all of her coaching, fitness and nutritional needs, as she explains "My father found it very difficult to afford it all but luckily enough, my friends have been helping me out financially and right now I am on the look out for a sponsor."

When asked who her inspiration is, the reply is instantaneous and she says "It is my coach, Durga Prasad sir. He is the one who keeps inspiring me and motivating me." But she also says her father is her motivation, in the sense that though he had his inhibitions initially, he trusted her and had faith in her and she believes that is what every father should do, "Parents should trust their children and believe in them rather than the society. Especially parents of girls; they should trust their girls and give them the freedom to pursue anything they want to," she says, before adding "Girls, in turn, should not be scared of anything and should never be scared of stepping into something that is traditionally considered to be a male arena, like my own sport."

We wish her the best and hope to see her as an Olympian boxer!

SS Rajamouli took to facebook earlier today to praise the work of Director Krish and actor Balakrishna for their latest movie, Gautamiputra Satakarni, calling it one of Telugu cinema's best works in years. With the movie getting rave reviews, and your friends making plans to watch the movie, did you know that the movie is based on a real life king of the Satavahana Empire based in the Deccan Region? Here are facts you should know!

1. Satakarni ascended to the throne in 2nd Century CE

Gautamiputra literally translates to Son of Gautami, and with other Satavahana kings also named after their mothers, it was speculated that their's was a matriarchal society. Narendranath Datta, better known to the world as Swami Vivekananda, was born on January 12, 1863.

Since 1984, we observe January 12 as National Youth Day. And after his death on July 4, 1902, all his teachings and lectures were gathered into nine volumes. He was the perfect embodiment of intellect and humanity; he has been an inspiration for the youth of the nation and will remain so for many more generations to come. Don't believe everything just because someone tells you! If the old grandfather's story was true then my neck would have been broken long ago.'

Now that's exceptional common sense for an 8-year-old, isn't it!

3. He was incredibly compassionate:

Swami Vivekananda represented India and Hinduism in the Parliament of World religion, in Chicago, and before going abroad, he was tested by his mother on whether he had the right to preach Hinduism. After a delicious supper, both of them sat down to eat some fruits. Swami cut the fruit, ate it and after that, his mother asked him for the knife; he handed over the knife to his mother and she was more than pleased. She said 'you have passed the test and you are now eligible to preach the world,' a confused Swami questioned her what was she talking about?

His mother replied, "Son, when I asked for the knife, I saw how you handed it to me, you gave the knife by holding its sharp edge and kept the wooden handle of knife towards me; so that I would not get hurt when I take it and this means you took care of me. And this was your test in which you passed."

To have compassion and being able to take good care of others is a remarkable quality, it is the law of the nature that the more selfless you are the more you will receive; and so did Swami Vivekananda.

4. The Wit:

Swami was travelling in a train and was wearing a wrist watch that caught the attention of a few girls present in the train, they were making fun of his clothes and his appearance; they decided to play a prank.

The girls asked him to give them the watch else they would complain to the cops that he was harassing them, he then remained silent and acted deaf; made signs to the girls to write what they wanted to say on a piece of paper, the girls wrote it on the paper and gave it to him.

Any ideas what he did next? He then spoke; he called the cops and said 'I have a complaint to make.'

5. The Power Of Concentration:

While Swami Vivekananda was in America, some boys were standing on the bridge and trying to shoot eggshells that were floating in the water. They failed almost at every try, Vivekananda who was watching them from a distance went close to them, took the gun and fired twelve times, and every time he fired, he hit the eggshell. The inquisitive boys asked him how he did it? He replied "Whatever you are doing, put your whole mind on it. If you are shooting, your mind should be only on the target. Then you will never miss. If you are learning your lessons, think only of the lesson. In my country boys are taught to do this."

In recent times, I’d been complaining about life being so tough/complex to handle with the ones who stood there waiting for the moment I would be speaking out. Unfortunately, I failed every other time to explain them in detail, how it feels like to achieve what you’ve aspired for and what it takes, to be the one you always wanted to be. To me it was okay to handle the peer pressure, but my loved ones are in a stake of fear about my health, which kept ruining every other time with the load of stress, which ultimately looked like a load of bull I’ve been pulling all alone along.

Yes, it was not easy for me, it is never easy for the ones who always think about why it is not okay to keep an end to the thoughts, your brain has been running on! As an individual I failed every other time to express what it feels like, to keep running on the thoughts to provide a solution for the problems rather than staying back there and complaining/crying about which has already happened. As a graduate, we always had a problem with the society I.e, we need an opportunity to prove ones within! But ultimately the situation we fall in is: Either no one is interested in giving us an opportunity / If given, we need to prove in one shot. Boom! And you know what happened? We failed in the first instinct. We failed not because we ain't good at it, we failed because we are not in a position to handle the peer pressure you put on us, which we couldn't succeed. Damn, just because we failed it doesn't mean we fail every other time! Give a thought on about why we failed, but not on how to replace you is the question we wanted to burst out, but no one cares to listen it either.

Well, I live in a confusion. I’m in a confusion that am getting older every other day, but not sure what am I actually doing. I wanted to make it big, I wish to make things worth the wait, but no sooner, there comes a moment I question again saying: Will this “Realistic World” accept the change I want to bring in? Will these people around me understand not to demotivate me with the idea I dreamt of?

Why should I wait for someone in the world to understand my dreams can be a question you can ask me? Well, what for am I making this dream come true is the question to you? #Bingo We use technology more than what we needed it for. We have time to comment on posts on Facebook about ones depression, but not okay to take a moment to control your own depression and making your pillow not to see your tears again every other night.

Most importantly, there is a common question to every individual, asking about their passion. My dear people who are asking this question, try to understand you dare not to ask me that question again.

"}]

So here's the thing, when a Jawan posts a video on facebook showing the pathetic state of food and the lack of it, in some cases, saying him and his fellow jawans go to sleep on empty stomach goes viral, why is the BSF so hell bent on character assassinating the man that has bought a potentially lethal problem to light instead of actually solving the issue?

After BSF Jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav's complaint went viral on social media, causing outrage, the home minister Rajnath Singh promised to look into the matter and solve it fairly, meanwhile the BSF itself has seen it as a blot against their honor, of sorts, and has been busy discrediting the soldier. As it stands currently, nobody knows where the man is, his wife has reported him missing since the video went viral.

Is this blatant power abuse by the BSF? As someone who hails from an army background, it is pretty much an open secret that while the officers get the crème de la crème when it comes to food, the Jawans are often given barely edible food, the kinds shown in the video by the Jawan.

Keep in mind, the BSF is not part of the army, and hence Tej Bahadur Yadav cannot be court martial-ed, but that hasn't stopped the BSF from claiming that the castle is not, in fact, on fire and that Yadav was a known alcoholic and was previously court martial-ed in 2010 after he pointed a gun at his superior.

"}]
