There are different stages in our life. One of these stages is student days. This stage is considered one of the most important stages in our life where our present, future desires & dreams and everything depend on this stage only. At this time, our mind is like a clay. Clay is a soft thing used to design various shapes. Like clay, our minds can also be shaped in different ways. Onces the pots are made their shape cannot be changed. Likewise, onces our character is formed in one way,it cannot be changed easily. If we make the right use and receive a good education during our student life,we shall be successsfull in the future. On the other hand,if we aren't serious at this time,we can't achieve our goals. Students therefore, should be very careful. We must think seriously before every step we take. We must learn new things as much as possible at this period.

txt

The most important factor that students have to learn is Time management. We know that Time is most valuable thing in everyone's life and It never wait for anyone. If we dont know time management,it is difficult to achieve our goals. So every student has to plan accordingly and follow it daily. At the beginning of every step like 10th class or inter or BTech or any other fields, every student will have dreams to score good percentage of marks or someones will have dream to become the topper of university........... but at the end,the maximum students cannot achieve their respective goals. This is just because lack of preparation or lack of time management or underestimating themselves or laziness . If we ask any student about their preparation strategy, most of the students will answer "ONE DAY BATTING",completing the whole syllabus in just one night, and scoring average marks. Don't you think, how great they are!!!! Because it is difficult task to remember all the formulas within a short period. And some students say that surrounding matters alot, I dont know why it affects them. Because if you want to read or if you want to achieve your goals, it has to depend only on you, not on your surroundings, if you are really deterministics, nothing will affect you. And also some students who dont want to waste their time on movies or parties or chilling with friends. According to me, A student has to know everything about every field. Because this is the only stage where we learn and experience, after that we can only teach. If we dont know anything How can we teach our future generation???

txt

I suggest you work for your goals for at least an hour, which matters alot. Every step is valuable. Count your steps and know where you are and where you have to be. Never give up your dreams, and dont underestimate yourselves. Believe in yourselves and try hard and hard until you reach your success. Never giveup your dreams for anything. If you prepare a plan to achieve something, dont skip it. Follow it daily.

txt
I make resolutions, I have a list of them,When I say this I mean loads and loads of them. And for obvious reasons I know I won't work towards everything from that list. And no, I am not proud of it. But I think resolutions should not only be made on a specific occations, If there is something I want to work on then I'll start working from that instant, and if I dont want to do it then I wait until the deadline knock my door. Because I think enthusiasm and time are inversely proportional, as time increases the enthusiasm to do something decreases. Yes, I do resolute on special occasions like new years,my birthdays and all,but i don't wait for them. Speaking of my resolutions, ---I want to improve my performance in basketball. I want our team to be undefeated and I want to play the better part to make our team be the one. I want me to have those muscle tear on a very frequent basis after my practice sessions, which makes me count my every step i walk, but which also makes me feel good about the great practice session i would have had, and generates the motivation to work harder everyday. ---I want to perform well in my acadamics. No, I dont want to be a topper, I do not aim to perform better than anyone, I just want to perform well enough that it gets me placed. I believe in my passion in regards to the first one, but for the second one i think i need a lots of push and a little luck, May god bless me with that. These are the two major things I want to concentrate on,there are other little things I want to work on,I know there are many that would add on to the list, but these two top my list right now. WORK POSTPONED IS WORK DENIED!! Do not do that,do not postpone your work. If you want to do something ,remember the right time is the very particular instant, The right place is where it has to be ; ) Regards,
Sreeja Kalvala.

txt

Behavior and comfort level goes hand in hand.

let's talk about the changes that we see in students today, Are you exactly the person you were when you entered the four walls that you are spending your 3 years in? I can feel you shaking your head a no and I'm shaking my head too as I answer this question.

And the reason is simple it's because the level of comfort that we develope in our surroundings automatically influences our behavior for better or for worst. In the beginning, our behavior is like someone walking on eggshells praying they don't crack we are very
aware of what we say and the consequences of our actions, we put on a mask the mask of kindness, the mask of a good listener, the mask of a learner, and most of all the mask of a whole new person.

But then a few weeks pass by and it all sort of changes we commence getting comfortable with each other it becomes more facile the mask comes off, we are no more afraid to bring out who we truly are we become more of a rebel, we start caring less of what people have to say
and the fear that we had, in the beginning, to fit in is no more we just blend in,
the more you get used or habituated to a situation the more chill our personality becomes.

I think everybody would agree with me when I say this initially we would run to college either to learn something (which is very rare) or to meet our friends but now its come to such a point where the only reason we get up from our cozy beds is for the word ATTENDANCE that haunts our
beautiful slumber.

Initially, in the beginning, our grades mattered but now just seeing the word PASSED feels like a trip to heaven these are few of the many changes that all of us as students witness, the teachers that we were once terrified of turn out to become our friends and the strangers that we are put with become our good friends that we ultimately share our life with.

These changes can be good when we start becoming comfortable in our surroundings the fear within us drastically reduces it becomes easier to break into
new territories and help us build lasting relationships.
"}]

"The beginning is the most important part of the work"

At the beginning of the semester, students will be full of energy and enthusiasm. They try to accomplish success in all possible ways. Also, they will try to correct their earlier mistakes, without repeating them this new semester.

Like every other student, I make promises below to be followed from the beginning of a new semester but fail to withstand most of the time.

-> To attend the classes regularly without bunking the last hours

-> To maintain a well-written note of all chapters

-> Mainly, to control my sleep during afternoon hours

-> Listen to the classes with utmost concentration, without deviation/distraction

-> To stop one-day batting, and to learn the concepts on the day that they are being taught itself

However, not only making mere promises but standing firm on them makes a person reach great heights.

As days go on increasing, interest and intensity come down decreasing and most of the students act in a very casual manner toward their studies. The intention of scoring good marks turns into a motto of attaining a pass mark.

So, at least from this new year, I pray to God to help me and all other students out there to give us the ability to stand firm on the decision we make and help us achieve all success.

Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous NEW YEAR ahead:)

Today is the last Monday of 2019 and that makes this my last Monday blog of 2019. I have been writing these blogs for exactly 23 weeks now, that means I have been writing these for the past six months and now as this year comes to an end, I want to talk about my dreams for 2020. All of us have dreams and aspirations but the difference exists in what we do to achieve those dreams and the steps we take and the efforts we put towards achieving those dreams.

One of my primary dreams is to take stuMagz all over the country, serving students pan-India. stuMagz was started with the goal of enabling students to realise their dreams, explore their potential and get great opportunities and as we enter a new decade, I want stuMagz to enable every single student in every single college across the nation. I always dreamt of giving students a platform where they can connect with any other student in India, collaborate with like-minded students to build great things to make the nation a better place to live and I do hope we will get closer to that goal in 2020.

And as 2019 comes to an end, I want to reminisce on my learnings with students in this year. Having worked with students throughout, I understood their needs and their wants in a better manner and we brought stuMagz VIP for students. stuMagz VIP is a one-of-its-kind student privilege program and through this, member students can have great cashbacks on products and services that they regularly use and on a professional note, have access to exclusive events and have access to exclusive opportunities. You can become a stuMagz VIP and have all these privileges!
In 2020, I hope to serve students with this all over the country and I firmly believe with the way my team at stuMagz is striving hard to ensure students have a perfect platform, we will achieve it in 2020. To re-iterate, the steps we take and the efforts we put towards achieving our dreams makes all the difference.
"}]

“A strong woman looks a challenge in the eye and winks”. In every aspect of life people are taught to respect women and women are expected to be stronger. If means to grow up with their family and leaving for her family for pride, she is expected to be strong. From knowing her limits and still touching the sky. But hang on are we really treated right? We women are worshiped as Goddess, said to be treated right and taught to be respected and yet not done.

We live in country where women are most unsafe, things like Domestic violence, eve teasing, Rape, Acid attacks, Dowry killing, Human trafficking, cyber bulling and lot more happen in a daily bases. I know its quiet cliché to talk about women safety after a hell lot of articles, blogs and stuff and yet not done anything about it except from controlling her freedom, binding her. I am not here to ask you people to raise your voice, fight or rebel, but then I am here to tell you that It’s something that, this not about we women getting controlled. It’s about them knowing that they are wrong; they need to know that we are important for the society, to grow, to live.

We do matter in every aspect of life to go on, you don’t have to treat women like goddess or something, at least treat us as HUMANS. Treat us as humanly creature as part of a nature that matter, treat us right. We have suffered for years for our country’s independence, what’s the point of having such independence that can’t make us feel free or safe. Imagine to have a life were we are fairly treated. Let’s have a better world for her to spread her wings and let her fly higher and shine brighter.

"}]
For 23-year-old Hyderabad based writer Kadali Sathyanarayana, writing has always been something more of a habit and a way to express. "Writing for me was almost like a medium to get things done. Whatever I could not speak out, I used to pen it down on paper and having grown up on a steady literary diet, I knew writing is what I want to do," says the author of a recently published book 'Letters to Love'.

What is interesting about her is that unlike most young age writers, Kadali writes exclusively in Telugu and all of her works have been in Telugu. This brings up the question as to why she chose a language that has a limited audience compared to English and how she chose it in the first place. To this, Kadali says, "All my life, the medium of education was English but everyone around me was Telugu. I somehow wanted to stick to my roots and also, there's a certain appeal to Telugu that one can't get in English. And about the language being accessible only to a limited audience, I don't feel limited at all because I only want to write for a Telugu audience. So it doesn't matter to me if English or any other language has a larger audience base."

One striking thing about Kadali's works are how they depict romance with feminist themes and doing this, hasn't been easy for her considering how judgemental a significant portion of our society is. But, according to her, judgement and comments don't stop her as she believes in her perspective also being known whether anyone agrees with it or not, saying, "Before I started writing and when I was consuming books extensively, I was not allowed to read certain books, like Chalam's books. Later when I started writing, I was reminded of that and I felt I should not worry about what people think about my works and just express myself because my angle also has to be out there."

According to her, there are several instances when people come to her and ask her why she is writing in the romance genre being a girl and she says the fact that people ask her this is exactly why she wants to write more. "The more people say things like that, the more I want to write because I am breaking gender stereotyping in a subtle manner. Even when one reads my works, it is evident there," shares Kadali, whose other works have been published many times in compilations.
"}]
