Our life, as it’s said is a just like roller coaster ride. We ascend with an idea, believing in our fortune and hard work, hoping for something more fruitful in return but not realizing what we’ve left behind. Sometimes it's again an idea that make us do actions whose outcome we don't even expect and fall into abyss dreadful than ever. This happens with all of us, everything…

As it’s said in one of Sir Nolan’s film, “What is the most resilient parasite? Bacteria? A virus? An intestinal worm?...It’s an idea, resilient and highly contagious. An idea that is fully formed - it sticks; right in there somewhere.”

So what shapes that idea? It’s nothing but a leap of faith, a risk, until we’re not completely sure of what it’s gonna be like. We connect our dots of our experiences along with inspirations expecting things to happen just as we regard them to. But it’s not always we desired for. Sometimes we fall into trenches deeper that we could see and hurt ourselves so much enough, we can’t even heal completely. But my friend, all those scars, bruises...they just mean something. They become watchful signs that prevent us from falling again and keep us in check.

Well all of these reminded me of The Batman. We all, even me too regard him as a superhero in comics. But once if we get through his life as an individual, it means something very much more than what just meets the eye.

He experienced somewhat similar ride too… As Bruce Wayne, the son of Thomas Wayne, a man who’s respected all over the city, which made him the uncrowned prince of Gotham. But it’s one thing that turned his life completely. Again it’s an ‘Idea’. An idea which made him leave a cinema hall along with his parents, hoping to go somewhere else turned bitter. It just made him lose his parents to a hoodlum. It may not be completely his fault, it may just have been inevitable, but for him, a child, it’s his very own idea which killed his parents.

This feeling of sorrow and helplessness turned to guilt. It's the guilt deep down in his heart which turned to dread and then to revenge over that thug who shot his parents. It’s his take of justice...It’s his friend who made him get the contrast between justice and revenge. Be it friends, family or someone who cares for us, we all have someone like that in our life too.

This made Bruce go on a journey, which he started with an idea to master most combat techniques, to fight against criminals. It not only forged him into a living weapon but something more entirely. There a person who trained him made him conquer his guilt and fear. The anger Bruce had, is finally in his control. And it’s again an idea which that man managed to plant in Bruce’s mind to make himself more than just a man, to something else entirely - A Legend.

This idea became ever contagious and turned him a fear to the dark world of Gotham, not just as a superhero but something more...something elemental. And so all his triumphus story goes on amid many hurdles which he faced alone and mend himself to perfection.

Well...What all this has to do with all the philosophy I’ve mentioned earlier? This has very much to do with all of us too. Even we come across situations when we become unprotected and alone. That’s when we have to know life will force us to abandon all hope, but no matter what, we must never give up.

“Why do we fall? To learn to pick ourselves up.”

Batman made me think that one does not require any superpower to succeed in a mission. A strong, halcyon mind is all that one needs and be prepared for everything.

When Bruce was a child, he fell down a well filled with bats. He grew scared of the darkness and the bats over there. This made him embrace it and turn it to his his greatest fear as his strength. We ought to hold to our principles and ethics even at times when the world’s against us and we’re left alone.

Although I’ve quite a lot to learn from the Batman himself, some of the most important life lessons are imparted by The Joker. “If you're good at something, never do it for free.” This statement make us value ourselves as a highly valuable asset in our fortes.

I’ve got my inspiration lies from the Batsy, go find yours, hunt for it and try to become something more than that.

Be an icon, an inspiration, not just a successful individual. It’s all ‘ideas’ that drive our lives. ]We can’t judge what they're gonna return us. What we can do is only stick to the right side and staying resilient and always prepared to what confronts us.

Entrepreneur Staff • Entrepreneur Staff
Eat healthier. Exercise more. Be more productive. Read faster. Be friendlier. Sleep better.

Welcome to the New Year, a time when people set resolutions to form better habits and lead better lives.

Understandably, a lot of the articles, videos and other resources about starting off the New Year focus on which habits are best and the steps you need to take to achieve them. They outline the goals, plans and actions we need to make our resolutions a reality. why not consider some of the underlying and lesser-talked about benefits of kicking bad habits and forming better ones this year.

1. Challenging your norms.

Why is it that you sneak sweets and junk food so often? How come you’re always so tired in the morning? Why can’t you get your butt to the gym?

If your answer for poor habits is “That’s just the way I am/the way things are” then you’re probably underestimating yourself. Stop. Think about your actions and why you’ve taken them perpetually over time. You might learn a lot.

Take personal finance advisor and entrepreneur Ramit Sethi for example. Forming a new habit is your chance to examine your life—or at least one important aspect of it—and figure out why you’ve been making the decisions that lead to the habits you want or need to change.

2. Taking control.

We don’t have to be the sum of randomized actions and results, based simply on moral and civil codes. It’s up to each one of us individually to take control of our actions and maximize the results.

It’s the same in business. There’s nothing you do without careful research and consideration in order to maximize productivity, profits, etc.

You’re your own boss. You control your thoughts and actions; these things aren’t up to chance. Having the ability to make significant changes to your life is empowering, so long as you seize the opportunity.

Take control. Be the entrepreneur of yourself, 100 percent.

3. Achieving clearer self-awareness.

Some people say it takes only 21 days to form a new habit. Others say that just isn’t true. However long it takes, habit formation is a personal journey; one that requires desire, motivation, dedication, perseverance and change.

Habit formation takes you out of your comfort zone, to a place of self-discovery. If you’re getting into shape, how far can you push yourself physically? If you’re trying to eat better, how much temptation can you withstand?

Figure out what was required to succeed or why it was that you failed. Either way, you can obtain a clearer sense of your personal limits and, hopefully, how to achieve your goals—and sustain them—within your constraints.

As Benjamin Franklin said, “Your net worth to the world is usually determined by what remains after your bad habits are subtracted from your good ones.” Not only to the world, but to yourself as well.

"When we change our habits, we can then change our life"
"}]

GLIMPSE OF HIM & HER!

In the unchangeable format of sun a son was born on June 5th. Loved ones called him different names. He thought that all these are of no use then he decided to name himself which is epic, describes him.So he named himself as “Shakespeare”.

In the unmatchable glow of stars a moon shined on 22nd June. The first cry of was heard by the hero. Her first cry was a melody which made a sense in nature. She was such a beautiful thing that people called her “Avani”.

SHAKESPEARE:

He created a brand that he is the best person.God has damn given everything to him.He is Mr.Perfect.If ideality is in the form of human then it’s shakespeare. He can do everything.

He is like...once he steps in,the history is to be ironed and hidden in pocket.
He loves to travel…. Likes to know about people. The main goal of shakespeare is to travel all over the world, click the pictures and see those pictures when he becomes old!
The main weakness of shakespeare is he always cares about the heritage of the personality.

AVANI:

She is a rare girl, wherever she go... She selects people and fills her world with them.
She is good,decent,lazy,proud,sarcastic.

Her eyes always looks at sky.Bottom of her is something best to others. She designed her own rules which are inspiration to others.

The main additive of avani is her innocence. She makes people mad of her with her innocence. One can't ignore her after having a talk with her!

If she is sky then he is the shore!

In the number 10,She is number ‘1’, He is number ‘0’!

If he is in kanyakumari, then she is in Kathmandu!

At present he is in hyderabad and she is in secunderabad. They both have their respective sphere’s.
So, does this both people meet?
Did they talk to each other?
Did he said anything interesting to her?
And who is SITA?

Changing your path isn’t failing

Successful people -- and entrepreneurs especially -- are driven by their goals. It’s a fine line, though, between goals that inspire and goals that trap. The best stories about entrepreneurs are full of fresh starts and unexpected detours. If you find yourself disliking what you’re doing, or feeling frustrated even when things are going well, think about making a new plan. Changing your path isn’t bad or wrong or failing -- it’s simply a new choice, and often the right one.

Never perceive anything as a setback

Circumstances can spiral out of control -- plans tank, products fail, companies come apart. When something is running off the road you can be consumed by it, or you can realize that what you took to heart before isn’t your reality anymore, and the seeming chaos around you disguises a new reality. Don’t beat yourself up about it, don't mourn the wasted time and the discarded mission. Negative experiences aren’t a setback, they’re a chance to make new decisions that are right for you.

However bad the situation, there’s always an angle

When things get rough, take five minutes and give free rein to let it all out. Find a private place, get mad or cry, let whatever’s struggling inside you get out. Then get to work finding the angle. There’s always an angle, and a path forward to success. Usually, it involves getting over yourself. Whatever your emotions, stop thinking it’s about you. Recognize that you’re in service to something larger than yourself -- your company, your staff, the people who depend on you. That’s where you’ll find the angle you need, beyond your emotions, and outside of yourself.

Success looks different to different people

We can all relate to the true believer who challenges conventional wisdom and beats the odds. When we make these challenges, our parents, bosses, society at large – insert appropriate authority figure – sometimes just won’t see it our way. But often it’s our own internal schoolmaster that’s the barrier we need to overcome. We persist in judging ourselves by standards that once seemed essential, but have outlived their usefulness. In fact, there are many different ways to succeed. The important thing is being comfortable with knowing there is more than one right answer.

It’s a never-ending experience

Is it ever time to stop chasing perfection? No. Chasing perfection is the opposite of a hamster wheel or rat race. It’s about your never-ending pursuit of happiness. The sooner in life that we master the flexible mindset needed for continuous evolution, the better.

Vince Lombardi said it best:

“We will chase perfection, knowing all the while we can never attain it. But along the way, we shall catch excellence.”
"}]
I was frantic and in a tizzy very recently, now lest your mind starts ticking and according various reasons to that, let me quickly put an end to your conjectures and tell you that it was for no other reason than my hair dresser taking ill and cancelling my Monday morning appointment. Mondays as you know are the start of the week and I always start my week with a proper hair set and well planned out clothes for the whole week taking into careful consideration and to suit the engagements and assignments that I have lined up. My PR career has also awarded me a degree in crisis management and this my friends was a kind of crisis wasn’t it? Not to don your regular work hair style and to quickly change the clothes for the day to suit the style which the new stylist would be adept at. Needless to say frayed tempers, numerous telephone calls, mad rushes from one location to another, fingers crossed through traffic jams and bottle necks saw me eventually face the Monday office routine with a smart albeit a different appearance than planned. My new hairdo was no ordinary one, for it sat on a smart thinking head and that’s when my thoughts progressed towards the need for smart appearances and dressing for success.

Be it any profession unless you are uniformed, sparing some time on your daily appearance does take you a long way. Power dressing or just dressing you can choose your prefixes and suffixes but they do their bit by adding to and enhancing your appearance. Picture a scenario, when you are faced with an individual who comes in with crumpled unironed clothes , unruly hair , finger nails unclipped and dirty or even if we don’t go to that extreme let’s say there are two broad and distinct categories of individuals – Ones who spend time on their appearance and the ones who don’t consider it important enough.

Let me attempt a quick clarification here- by time I do not mean wasteful hours at the cost of other important activities and by clothes not only designer expensive brands but functional and good clothes which contribute to your smart and professional image. Not many would disagree that power dressing is as unique as the individual himself/ herself and contributes to their overall success in terms of noticeability, position, authority and seriousness of purpose.

A well dressed individual definitely conveys the impression that they mean business. It is highly likely that since power dressing exudes power, there are fewer chances of people ending up arguing with you for various reasons, superiors too would refrain from rebuking you unless you have created an absolute mess at work and it is completely unavoidable. The general belief being that if these well dressed individuals have taken the time out to work on their appearance, it indirectly also conveys the message that they will take care to work and devote adequate time to whatever they are handed out or are currently handling. They mean business. What you wear directly influences your body language and confidence. Well dressed individuals carry themselves well and create a generally good impression and send out positive and good vibes.

Many of you may well argue and rightly so, that only good clothes are not a mark of your intelligence and expertise at work but they do give you the edge to convey what lies beneath by creating an appealing exterior. The right clothing is unarguably a confidence and morale booster.

Your clothing contributes to your first impression and makes people perceive you in a certain way. So the next time you complain of lack of time and mouth the “ I am in a tearing hurry ,” next time you reach out for that unironed shirt or a hasty mix and match combo , stop, pause and think , think what difference you would have made had you just planned it a night in advance. Your clothing, your hair your outer appearance though not endowed with a mouth do speak and speak volumes. They go a long way in creating BRAND YOU - therefore it’s important that you recognize it as a living entity that walks with you and accompanies you throughout your life !

Love is an ocean,

Let us wander about to measure the fathoms,

But my love, let me not sink within the deepest oceans of love!

Love is a diamond,

Let us go through every test which turns the stone to diamond to shimmer magnificently,

Let the diamond be embedded in the jewel that embraces my neck,

But my love, let it not cut my throat to take the life out of me!

Love is a power,

Let it be my strength,

But my love, let it never weaken me!

Love is noble,

Let us forget and forgive,

But my love, forget the past and not the love!

Love makes us travel through time,

Let us experience things together and make memories,

But my love, let the memories not be the reminiscences of the broken love!!!

We like to elicit happiness of whatever we do .Happiness is the destination inevitably and universally . Do we need to ponder too long over why we seek happiness ? Not really , seeking trait is an instance of absolute truth . Doing what we do has to be contextual and appropriate to deliver success in the overall happiness .This emotion , that is happiness is the subjective reflection of corresponding evolution . Do we need to ponder too long over why there has to be evolution in the universe . ? Not really .Evolution is the inevitable mechanism of happiness.

Doing what we do has three lobes of consequence . The three lobes are reorganization , happiness and empowerment . Exercise of intellect is the triggering act that ought to be oriented in the direction of dream . Dream is eternal , universal and absolute desire to be higher and better .Thus the reason behind what we do has five components : dream , exercise of intellect , reorganization (evolve), happiness and empowerment to dream higher-intellect-evolution-happiness chain.

Why we look for happiness ? Why can't we see it ? Nothing good comes without work..!!Why this? Why do many people look for happiness (though we can't see it ?) to pull their work hard but for what ? Have you asked yourself ? Why you do what you are doing ? Actually , I didn't get the answer yet , but if anyone know I will appreciate his/her in helping me to get the answer.
