I stand in the mirror

And I stand staring at it

Not quiet sure who's real

Not quiet sure about the one who kneels in...

I stand in the mirror,
As they come in small packages!

But I see staring back,
A girl with grown up accolades...

I stand in the mirror, licking the ice cream off my hand,

But stares back in silence and lost hood.

The girl with a broken glass of wine in her hand...

I stand in the mirror, hugging a teddy bear so dearly,

Somehow the girl stares back standing right next to that rear mirror,

Yet she's far beyond distant than she'd seem in her eyes...

I stand in the mirror,
Singing to the marryland,

But the girl recites inspirational free verses rhyming with mine,

As if that's enough to make her stand aloft a while...

I stand in the mirror calling the universe mine.

Filling in colours and glitters which are popping out of the unicorn head and there are no lines.

To understand, I try,
Why she keeps staring back at me with color crimson in her eyes.

What is it that she lacks?

Why doesn't she play around colours alike?

I stand in the mirror, frightened, shivering,

Yet, strong somehow in defiance

She looks at me like an anxious, lost soul in a crawl out of hollowness.

There's a brawl in her head... thunderous to rage an ocean's wrath beheld...

I wish to hold her hand and ask her if she wants to sit with my teddy bear?

As I stand in the mirror, longer I stare at her, longer are the trails of blood upheaven from beneath her skin.

Horendously she's bloodstream bathed...

Does light reflect the most out of pain!?

Learnt I have from collapsing waves in globes of her disdain.

Hilst I stand in the mirror, guessing if the skyfall has her throughout her being.

If she is in torment or the torment's definition is engraved in bones of her loin.

Behest she is for me to be strengthened,

Says, I am a vision of what should if could have been...

Standing in the mirror,
I see the sky upon her,

Vortexing out the silhouettes while thining her revelations appeared.

My hair is growing longer akin since outwardly I'm peeping in...

Standing infront of the mirror,
I see the queen helming her thoughts discerning about why our palms are same.

The wings break blood and gravitates her awayward me,

Maybe it's a better world there
where this seed of inception might not go in vain??

Most people feel bad about themselves from time to time. Feelings of low self-esteem may be triggered by being treated poorly by someone else recently or in the past, or by a person's own judgments of him or herself. This is normal.

Low self-esteem is a constant companion for too many people, especially those who experience depression, anxiety, phobias, psychosis, delusional thinking, or who have an illness or a disability. If you are one of these people, you may go through life feeling bad about yourself needlessly. Low self-esteem keeps you away from enjoying life, doing things you want to do, and working toward personal goals.

You have a right to feel good about yourself.

However, it can be very difficult to feel good about yourself when you are under the stress of having symptoms that are hard to manage, when you are dealing with a disability, when you are having a difficult time, or when others are treating you badly. At this time, it is easy to be drawn into a downward spiral of lower and lower self-esteem. For instance, you might feel bad if someone insults you, or you are having a difficult time getting along with someone in your family. Then you begin to give yourself negative self-talk, like "I'm no good." That may make you feel so bad about yourself that you do something to hurt yourself or someone else. So it's very important to overcome this so called 'Low Self Esteem'.

There are few things which you may consider for yourself, which
will make you feel better about yourself. 1. Live in the moment
When you are focused on the moment, you can choose your actions consciously and wisely, unaffected by the hurts of your past and unconcerned by worries or hopes about the future.

2. Develop awareness
When we’re aware, we can recognize how we are responding and reacting to our own fears, creating a moment between our emotions and our actions. We can then choose to respond in a healthier way.

3. Be non-judgmental
When we approach our lives non-judgmentally, we simply accept ourselves, our experiences, our failures and successes and other people just as they are, neither good or bad, without pride or shame.

4. Stay connected to yourself. That can help you to develop a sense of connection to yourself and reduce your people-pleasing ways by allowing you to stop the autopilot thinking and behavior that keeps you jumping to please others without thinking of your own needs.

Participate in your own life. It encourages us to become active and assertive in creating our own lives. Awareness of your thoughts and choosing your responses to them enables you to take action and participate in your own life.

5. Lets not attach too much, it is the goal of mindfulness.

6. Show compassion towards yourself. You deserve love as much as anyone else. Self-compassion simply means providing yourself with the love, safety and acceptance you need.

I have attended Global Student Entrepreneur Awards arranged by Entrepreneurs Organisation at Pune on 5/1/19. Out of many applicants only 8 startups were shortlisted for the finals, I got an opportunity to pitch to the CEO and MD of Mumbai angel network Nanditha and Sachin Oswal. That was an unforgettable experience as I have to compete with student entrepreneurs from top institutes like IIT madras and NMIMS.

I stood second in the event and won a cash prize of 10k. I was blown away by the way the 1st winner is bringing a change in the farmers life, as he was making agriculture easy.

The 3 winners from EO global student entrepreneur awards (gsea) Pune were taken for a 3 day event in Indore arranged by EO INDIA.

Day 1 - we had a super startup workshop conducted by 50k Ventures, had a chance to get analysed by the investment firm and their insights were very helpful. We also had an alum of Y-Coordinator - Kavya reddy, CareerSofia who explained us the roadmap of startup journey. Some of the keynote speakers did a really good job in inspiring us, who included Chinmayee from Bollywoo.ooo, Pushpender from msg91, KC ayyagari from google etc.

Day -2 It was the best day that has ever happened in my life. We were taught and interacted by some of the best speakers, like Piyush Agarwal which was fun and productive. He shared his views about systems and processes in entrepreneurship. Anil Shivdas from enventure, also spoke about how entrepreneurship was like 30 years ago. Ritesh Mastipuram from O2 spa gave up on fat salaries in USA to start something on his own and my favourite Vishal Juneja who spoke about technology and future, which blew my mind. I found my true interest in the space of technology and I’ve made a strong plan to invest my time in technology to learn about the them in future. We also pitched at the GSEA South Asia finals.

Evening socials- we had the band Dharavi Reloaded play for us live, they flew all the way from the PM office in a special chopper arranged by Narendra Modi, the previous day for this event. We had former Miss India and Mr India walk on the ramp in the evening. The party continued till 2 AM.

Day 3- we had some really good set of keynote speakers who shared super knowledgable things with us. We had the police who implemented dial 100 talk to us. The founder of Carwale talked to us about Jugaad and entrepreneurship. We had one of the best motivational speaker, minotcher patel, who spoke about happiness and motivation. Also we had talk from Vani Bajaj and Sanjiv Bajaj, MD of Bajaj finserv about how things go. It was an amazing experience there at the EO Indore and it literally opened my mind. I’d like to thank Sri Charan from Stumagz for suggesting me to participate and attend the event.
"}]

The way he talks and the attitude he maintains is the key reason for his following.

The main reason of writing this article is to congratulate him for his spectacular achievement that is being the one and only tollywood actor to be short listed in Forbes 30 under 30.

This is the greatest achievement which inspires many.

txt
rich_1549326255040

Well, Vijay Devarakonda once don't even have minimum Rs. 500 in his bank account but now he has become a most bankable actor for Tollywood directors and producers ever since Arjun Reddy was declared box office hit of 2017. So, this is a great achievement.

Coming from a non- film back ground and within short span becoming that famous that even being listed in Forbes 30 under 30 is not that simple. This even signifies that," Odds in one's life never matter. The way you cross the odds and build up the matters".

Did you notice one thing : His dad's advice to settle before 30 had led to great zeal to achieve success in him.

Our parents go on advising us for our better sake. Their only dream would be to see their children in a good position. But how many of us listen to their words and advice?

So Vijay Devarkonda is a great inspiration to present youth in this context as he proved that following parents advices and taking them serious can lead to crack great achievements in life.

And the happiness and proud which we see in our parents due to our achievement is really awesome feeling on a whole. The way he uses simple language with his own way of jist and comedy adds the great flavor to the movie.

A warrior fought inside his heart

We come across a lot of choices in our everyday life. Choices which mean something or choices which may lead somewhere. Everything we do is a choice. If you want to stop making choices, technically you can't stop, because you will be making a choice(again) not to make choices. We can never stop making a choice, so quit trying. Life is full of choices or should I say - Life is only about choices.

Somebody once told me -" The Choices you make will decide the chances in your life" I couldn't understand what it really meant. I couldn't help but wonder-" Did my choices really effect the chances in my life?" So I looked back into all my choices I ever made or at least remembered. They all seemed to have one thing in common , they were never really my choices, they always had influences. We always do this , we always let somebody influence our choices. We never take our choices seriously. We are all just along for the ride. We randomly make a choice and regret later. Or we choose what everybody else is choosing and again regret( we love following others, don't we ?). Making a choice might be important but making your choice is the most important.

I heard many people saying " I don't have a choice" I said it too. The truth is you do have a choice but you are not choosing it, you are not letting yourself think otherwise. If you don't want to you don't have to. If you wanna get out of something, get out of it. If you wanna do something , do it.

Every choice hold tremendous power that can effect your life either in a good way or bad way. But we hold greater power because we are the ones who will be making the choice. Don't let anybody take away your power. You know yourself better than anybody else, so you should be the one making choices for yourself. You can't risk your precious chances just by letting some random person influence you. Besides, they are not going to hang around forever to help you make your choice. At some point you might have to take up the responsibility of making your own decisions.

Choices are crucial and will be deciding your chances . The least you could do for yourself is make your own choice , doesn't matter if it's right or wrong , just own it.

So now, if you are looking for a choice that can possibly create more chances for you in future, then check out the link below.

All of us have been spending our lives in focusing on so-called "goals" and “successes”. These so-called successes vary from marrying a perfect human to getting a gradually increasing amount of money in our pockets.

Let us talk about the success we are going to get from our education: Most of us hate our colleges.

I am a proud Indian. I am not emphasizing that the Indian education system is the worst. Indian colleges are not a time-waste. We have the best colleges. It is you, who, either utilize his time or waste it. Right?

Then why is it that, only 47.38% Indian graduates employable and 94% of engineering graduates are not fit for hiring. Seems like colleges are not really great. But we live for the journey, not the end result. Then why Indian Students are more stressed than ever?

We live in a country where ONE STUDENT COMMITS SUICIDE EVERY HOUR.

More than 20% of students are suffering with anxiety and depression due to parental, academic and peer pressure.

Parents can’t be the cause of any problem right? They advise us to study.

Study means to do what our teachers tell us to do. What our teachers tell us to do is to copy the stuff from the board, memorize it until you can solve a particular set of question, and vomit your knowledge out on an exam paper.

That exam paper will take you to another exam paper which will take you to another one and then one for the placement. As far as engineering is concerned, you do not need to worry. Regardless of our branch, we can become good software engineers.

Hey, but you wanted to play guitar right?

Well, guess what? You can still do it but after your 9 to 5 job.

But you wanted to play guitar professionally? Which college offers a course like that? How could you make the money? These were the question which put you back.

It seems that a professional guitarist earns more than triple the amount of money a software engineer earns.

We are different. Times have changed. We are not ready for the change.

Being a Gen Z, I feel our generation is the most misunderstood generation of its kind. We saw internet changing our lives, we saw things which people from decades didn’t expect they would see in a lifetime.

We are more informed and diverse, but we still study the same concepts our parents used to study in their college times.

We aspire and prioritize our time but it is not the same as what people of our ages did a decade back.

We want to be free and adventurous, but we want to make our parents proud. We love to spend money like water, but we want ourselves to become financially stable.

We look for our life partners but we evolve with more partners entering and leaving our lives.

We love to celebrate the end result but we live for the journey.

Most importantly, we don’t live the dream of others. We live our own dreams.
Now is the time for us to chase our dreams which increase our Adrenaline and not try to follow some one else's dream and increase our Cortisol."}]
